Shownotes

Randy Hall who is the president and CEO of Batson-Cook General Contracting firm out of Georgia. Randy guides the company’s future as he carries ultimate responsibility for the firm’s strategic planning, business development, pre-construction services and construction operations. I really enjoyed speaking with Randy because he leads with a sense of uplifting his employees by giving them what they want and need. Enabling them to achieve company success by pursuing their goals pushing the company forward with innovation.

He talks about his tenure as AGC president over the Georgia chapter – and how diversity and inclusion awareness is a sure way to pushing the industry forward.
