I told her I was overwhelmed, but she said that’s not what I mean. What I mean to say is fear.
The word overwhelm represents a feeling inside of our brain, heart, and emotions. It means that we have no idea what to do next, how to do it and we fear the outcome.
It has nothing to do with actually feeling overwhelmed.
