My guest this episode is Neil Wilson, Managing Partner of Yorkshire Law Firm, Chadwick Lawrence. Having started out on a very different career path, running a law firm did not feature in his early career plans. Neil is passionate about developing his staff, empowering them to make brave decisions, allowing them to grow as lawyers and people.

He's always a sports fan and the firm have developed a reputation in the Sports Law specialism, supporting a number of high profile Clubs and individuals.
