Today we celebrate the Ghanaian Women in Business and Entrepreneurs making a statement in Africa and across the World, coming from Ghana.

The 2020 Mastercard Index of Women Entrepreneurs (MIWE) has once again ranked Uganda (39.6%), Botswana (38.5%) and Ghana (36.5%) as the world’s three leading economies, having the most women business owners.

Ghana has the highest percentage of women business owners (46.4%), as measured in the second edition of the Mastercard Index of Women’s Entrepreneurship (MIWE)
