Ken Bechtel is a speaker, an educator and the producer and host of Speaking of Partnership.

Having grown up on a farm in Central Illinois, he believed that not needing anyone was a good thing. He should be able to do it all himself.

And he wore the badge of self-sufficiency and independence proudly, until he realized it wasn't really a was armor and it was keeping him from having the amazing experiences that partnership provides.

So he decided to partner with leaders from all walks of life to bring you stories of where they have tripped up and where they have triumphed in their partnerships.

Ken’s passion is in helping you to experience the power and payoffs of partnership.  By understanding and appreciating the opposite sex, you can feel safe, confident and understood in your personal, professional and family partnerships.

Ken lives in Colorado with his lady love, Anna, and their dog Mikey.
