Today on the Leadership Tales Podcast, we’ve got a double header! 

Tom Kaden and Michael Gingerich are the co-founders of Someone To Tell It To, a non-profit organization they created to help others cultivate meaningful relationships through compassionate listening, training, and education. They support so many people who are going through trauma and difficult times.  Their style is to listen in pairs which I find fascinating.  Overall I love their listening-focused mission and their goal of addressing loneliness to be deeply inspiring. 

It’s evident from hearing testimonials that Tom and Michael’s approach is deeply impactful. Really listening to people has the power to make all the difference in their lives, and they illustrate this well with a true story that made me emotional hearing it.
