Gordian dynamics, Quill health tau site nuance, Canon medical, and current health. Check them out at this week. health.com/today. All right. It's Friday. And as you know, on Friday, I like to explore some things and just throw out some different topics and see what the thoughts are when I was CIO at St. Joe's, we.
Developed playbooks. We develop playbooks around a handful of things. We had a playbook for M and a, we had a playbook for a acquisition of a new medical group practices and bringing them into the. The fold we had, I had a personal playbook for my first 90 days as the CIO. There are things that every health system faces or is going to face that I believe you should have a plan for.
And so we develop playbooks. And one of the things that we're thinking about over here and batting round was different people at this week, health, our advisors and others is this idea of playbooks. And I've talked to a lot of CEOs this week. It's just happened to my calendar was pretty full. With, , one-on-ones this week with CEO's and I threw this concept out there and I want to get your feedback on it. And it is the concept of this week health actually developing playbooks, more generic playbooks, but playbooks, nonetheless.
Let's say a playbook for the first 90 days for a CIO or the playbook for moving to the cloud or the playbook. That's pretty broad. But anyway, , playbook for M and a, or those kinds of things. And when you think about it, Not only could we work with CEO's and others to collect information? , around what they do or what they normally do in those cases, in those scenarios.
But the other thing we could do is we could augment it with video interviews, with organizations. That have done some of these things, organizations that have gone through M and a, what are the first step? Second step, third steps, four steps. And one of the things we try to do at this week health is we try to amplify great thinking to propel healthcare forward.
And hopefully we can aggregate some great thinking. So people don't have to recreate the wheel. Every time they do something. Think about it this way. , first 90 days as a CIO, every CIO I talked to has gone through their first 90 days. And I actually asked this question for a handful of people, , ed marks, and I had a significant conversation on this topic.
, Sarah Richardson. I recently had a, an extensive conversation on this and I was shocked. Sarah and the number of people Sarah Richardson saw in the first 90 days. At her system was, was incredible. And, but that's what a lot of people have. They have a set of things that they want to accomplish a set of people that they want to establish a relationship with.
A, , set of evaluations. They want to do on the technology, on the platforms. They want to get a, sort of a lay of the land. What have I inherited? What is coming next? , so there's a handful of things that every first 90 days looks like. And we could, we could have essentially a page on this week health.
Where you go, there has a downloadable playbook and then it has a series of interviews. That we've done with various people on their first 90 days as a CIO. I think the same thing for, , whatever topic. I mean, I used M and a, because I believe there should be an M and a playbook for any health system of size.
That could potentially acquire either a practice or another health system. And, , and I think that playbook would be good. And then quite frankly, I open it up to you. What playbooks would you love to be able to go out on our website right now? Download and see a handful of short interviews. With people on that topic.
, you know, could it be standing up your data governance groups, standing up governance in general? , could be something that we do a playbook on, or if that kind of topical page anyway, just some of the things that we are batting route over here at this week, health love to get your feedback on it. , already talked to some advisors, already talked to some CEOs.
, to get their thoughts on it, always, always welcome the input of the community.
