Speaker:That's where I talked to Robert who's one of the owners
Speaker:of at-home events.
Speaker:We talk about virtual shows in general,
Speaker:which is great information because Mark my words,
Speaker:we're going to see more and more of these popping up,

Speaker:If you're a first time exhibitor for today's show,
Speaker:I'm starting out with a little bit of a warning.
Speaker:No, you don't have to get the kids out of the
Speaker:room or anything like that,
Speaker:but we are going to get a little quote,
Speaker:unquote, woo spiritual.
Speaker:If you will,
Speaker:law of attraction kind of stuff.
Speaker:I've mentioned from time to time that I've seen for myself,
Speaker:the results that come from putting an intention out into the
Speaker:world. For me,
Speaker:it's undeniable that our energy plays a role in the opportunities
Speaker:that come our way.
Speaker:My guest will tell you that the universe always says,
Speaker:yes, think about this.
Speaker:The universe always says,
Speaker:yes, if that's the case,
Speaker:what are you putting out into the universe that it is
Speaker:saying yes to if it's negative defeatist or I'm not good
Speaker:enough thoughts,
Speaker:the no wonder you aren't seeing the results in your business
Speaker:or living the life that you want.
Speaker:Let's investigate this idea some more and talk about how you
Speaker:can link arms with the universe to make some very welcome
Speaker:changes today.
Speaker:It is my pleasure to introduce you to Petia coli Bova
Speaker:Patea is a transformational coach who helps women who have been
Speaker:pushed down and have been playing small,
Speaker:create a life that is true to them.
Speaker:And their sole purpose.
Speaker:Her mission is to help women who are on the path
Speaker:to healing from toxic relationships or unhealed childhood trauma.
Speaker:She helps them move through their limiting beliefs and internal blocks
Speaker:so they can take action on what they want to do
Speaker:and what feels good to them.
Speaker:Patea pairs feminine flow with strategic planning to give entrepreneurs immense
Speaker:clarity and the exact steps to transformation from side hustler to
Speaker:CEO. If she's not interviewing on her podcast,
Speaker:unapologetically, abundant,
Speaker:working out or reading,
Speaker:you'll find her disconnecting from the world and connecting to herself
Speaker:patio. Welcome to the gift biz on wrapped podcast.
Speaker:So excited to be here as you.
Speaker:Thank you so Much.
Speaker:I'm really looking forward to the conversation.
Speaker:But before we start,
Speaker:I have a little bit of a tradition here,
Speaker:and that is to have you describe yourself by way of
Speaker:a motivational candle.
Speaker:So if we got to see a little bit more about
Speaker:you over and above your introduction,
Speaker:that I just did,
Speaker:what color and quote would be on your candle.
Speaker:So my Color would be white and the quote on it
Speaker:would be Hoboken,
Speaker:Bringer. Oh,
Speaker:I love that.
Speaker:And that totally falls in line with everything that you're doing.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:It's such a beautiful question.
Speaker:And of course I never heard it before.
Speaker:No, nobody has.
Speaker:It's an original only here,
Speaker:but you know,
Speaker:I figure that everyone who's listening here with us right now
Speaker:are creators.
Speaker:So kind of just falls in line with things that we
Speaker:like to know here and all of that.
Speaker:I love that share with me a little bit Patea as
Speaker:to how you narrowed in on the niche of people that
Speaker:you like to work with and how everything evolved to where
Speaker:you are today.
Speaker:I love that question.
Speaker:And if I would believe in accident,
Speaker:I would say that I just fell into it.
Speaker:And it was an accident where I am today about of
Speaker:course always when we look back,
Speaker:we can see how the dots are connecting.
Speaker:Even if it doesn't make sense in a present moment when
Speaker:we're going through something.
Speaker:But I became transformational coach for a woman podcaster and international
Speaker:retreat host because that's something that I truly needed in my
Speaker:journey. I needed someone who would bring me hope and make
Speaker:me feel safe and understood and seen and heard because I
Speaker:didn't have that when I was growing up.
Speaker:So I became what I needed on my own journey.
Speaker:And then I got really clear and really unapologetic about who
Speaker:I am,
Speaker:what I stand for and what kind of people I want
Speaker:to be supporting.
Speaker:Did you take any training or find it out on your
Speaker:own or how did you personally make that transition from questioning
Speaker:things that you were going to do to becoming a strong,
Speaker:powerful woman today?
Speaker:So I was working in a corporate,
Speaker:I moved from Spain,
Speaker:I'm from Czech Republic,
Speaker:but I lived in London,
Speaker:Spain, and then I got an offer to go to school
Speaker:in the United States.
Speaker:That's how I got there.
Speaker:So I never applied into being an entrepreneur or working for
Speaker:myself. I was looking at the path of going to school.
Speaker:So I got my college,
Speaker:I got my bachelor's.
Speaker:I got my MBA in business administration.
Speaker:And then I was working in a corporate,
Speaker:yeah, on a side.
Speaker:I just felt like something is missing.
Speaker:Like I'm really meant for more.
Speaker:And I felt that there was such a toxic environment in
Speaker:the work that I been,
Speaker:that I started to numb myself in a sense of brainwashing
Speaker:myself. I started to listen to motivational videos on YouTube,
Speaker:motivational podcast,
Speaker:positive podcasts.
Speaker:And that's how I find my first life coach.
Speaker:And that's how I got really on my path of discovering
Speaker:who I really am and what I want.
Speaker:So I feel that most of the things that I am
Speaker:doing now with my clients,
Speaker:I learned by myself and of course,
Speaker:books, podcasts,
Speaker:courses, all of these things I was learning,
Speaker:but I never went to like school or certification of a
Speaker:life coach or a business coach.
Speaker:I allow myself to evolve throughout my journey because as we
Speaker:are changing,
Speaker:the things we are doing are changing too,
Speaker:right after my corporate,
Speaker:that was doing social media marketing business because my first life
Speaker:coach wanted to help with his social media.
Speaker:I'm like,
Speaker:okay. And then also one of his client wanted to help.
Speaker:So I started to help them.
Speaker:And out of that,
Speaker:I made side hustle.
Speaker:And when I got out of the corporate,
Speaker:I made it to my main business and then it transitioned
Speaker:into a woman's coaching because even though it was great having
Speaker:my own business,
Speaker:it wasn't fulfilling.
Speaker:It wasn't to me,
Speaker:I feel like I was really missing that creative part,
Speaker:that intuitive part,
Speaker:that feminine part,
Speaker:because I was always in my masculine and doing,
Speaker:and doing and going,
Speaker:and there was never time for fun creativity and flow.
Speaker:And when I tap into that,
Speaker:everything started to flourish.
Speaker:So I truly love that your TRIBE,
Speaker:our creatives,
Speaker:because I feel that we really,
Speaker:in our core are we are creatives and we are meant
Speaker:for freedom.
Speaker:So that's how I got where I am today.
Speaker:Well, I love hearing about the journey that you had because
Speaker:with our group and what I see over and over again
Speaker:is I'm hearing from you,
Speaker:the contradiction and the dissonance between doing which you're saying is
Speaker:more masculine versus that creative more sensitive side,
Speaker:which we'll just call feminine.
Speaker:We know that they can traverse each other,
Speaker:but let's just put it that way.
Speaker:But for some reason,
Speaker:and you've honed in on this,
Speaker:which is a huge issue within my community gift biz listeners.
Speaker:I know you agree with me is many times we do
Speaker:play small and we don't even realize we're playing small,
Speaker:but we just can't get out of that cycle.
Speaker:And so when paperwork came through for you to be on
Speaker:the show,
Speaker:I was like,
Speaker:yes, because this is something we need help with.
Speaker:I mean,
Speaker:the people who are listening have a product that they make,
Speaker:maybe they're already monetizing it and still staying small,
Speaker:or maybe their businesses could be so much bigger if they
Speaker:wanted to,
Speaker:but we always are holding ourselves back.
Speaker:Why do we do that?
Speaker:You know,
Speaker:when you think about it too,
Speaker:we're conditioned to,
Speaker:you know,
Speaker:when you're a little girl,
Speaker:Lilla boy,
Speaker:you're wild.
Speaker:You're running around.
Speaker:You love yourself.
Speaker:You love the world.
Speaker:You're curious,
Speaker:you're creative.
Speaker:You are doing things that are really aligned with who you
Speaker:really are.
Speaker:You're connected with your intuition.
Speaker:You eat when you're hungry,
Speaker:you go sleep when you are tired.
Speaker:And then when you start to grow up,
Speaker:you're being told,
Speaker:no, don't do that.
Speaker:Don't be too loud.
Speaker:Don't be too much.
Speaker:You cannot do this.
Speaker:So we are raised in a world of filled with no,
Speaker:instead of being really supported in our creative endeavors and being
Speaker:free, it's so much easier to control people and have them
Speaker:playing small and living in a fear versus having people living
Speaker:in a freedom.
Speaker:Because imagine the world,
Speaker:if everybody is creative expressing themselves,
Speaker:it's going to be a little bit harder to tell them
Speaker:what to do.
Speaker:Don't you think For sure.
Speaker:And I think you're right.
Speaker:We're so uninhibited when we're younger.
Speaker:I'm curious as to your thought here,
Speaker:and this is just a little bit of speculation here generations
Speaker:ago. It's still here today,
Speaker:but I think it was way more generations ago,
Speaker:a generation or so ago.
Speaker:Let's say that we did treat boys different than we treated
Speaker:girls. Cause as you're talking,
Speaker:I'm thinking,
Speaker:well, why is this more of an issue for women than
Speaker:it is with men?
Speaker:And as you're talking,
Speaker:you're being told,
Speaker:no, maybe you're being taught your manners or what's appropriate or
Speaker:cultural things that are significant.
Speaker:And it feels like the guys were able to be more
Speaker:bold and the women or the girls were more subdued.
Speaker:Do you agree with that?
Speaker:Absolutely. You know,
Speaker:when I look at my grandma or my mom and even
Speaker:me Sue,
Speaker:you know,
Speaker:like I am millennial,
Speaker:but when I look the way I was raised,
Speaker:I was a mental and physically abused by my stepfather.
Speaker:I had a half brother who was younger than me and
Speaker:who had so much more freedom and creative expression and be
Speaker:who he really is versus me who had to be home
Speaker:before sunrise.
Speaker:And I couldn't express myself.
Speaker:I couldn't say express my thoughts.
Speaker:So I feel that yes,
Speaker:it is changing and shifting now women are speaking their truth
Speaker:more, but still like we look at our parents,
Speaker:we look at our grandparents and that's who we learn from.
Speaker:We really model what they're doing,
Speaker:not what they say,
Speaker:but what they're really doing.
Speaker:So I'm still noticing the differences now.
Speaker:And I saw it in my life.
Speaker:Do you think it's getting better?
Speaker:I hope so.
Speaker:I think we acknowledge it more today.
Speaker:Yes. And it'll take Several generations if it can possibly neutralize,
Speaker:like it's not going to happen overnight.
Speaker:You know,
Speaker:I feel that the no changes like really happen overnight.
Speaker:I think that we planted the seeds of women rising and
Speaker:women speaking their truth.
Speaker:I also am really seeing that the world it's more conscious.
Speaker:Men are more conscious.
Speaker:They are expressing their sensitive parts because women,
Speaker:they were told to just shut it up and work and
Speaker:do things and nurture others.
Speaker:Right. But man,
Speaker:the same way you have to be provider,
Speaker:you have to be protector.
Speaker:Don't complain.
Speaker:Don't express your feelings,
Speaker:boys don't cry.
Speaker:But I see that the younger generation,
Speaker:so many more men are coming forth and there are meeting
Speaker:in the groups and there are expressing their feelings and there
Speaker:are working on their communication and they are treating women as
Speaker:the Queens that they are.
Speaker:So yes,
Speaker:I do feel the changes.
Speaker:Even in my fiance.
Speaker:He is younger than me.
Speaker:And he is a coach for men and I see how
Speaker:much beautiful work he is really doing and educating men on
Speaker:how to be expressing their feelings,
Speaker:how to be overcoming addictions,
Speaker:how to be healing their past.
Speaker:So I truly believe that the times are changing and they're
Speaker:more expensive for all of us and especially men and women
Speaker:coming together and seeing each other.
Speaker:I don't want to call it equal,
Speaker:but seeing the gifts and the strengths in each other and
Speaker:supporting them instead of putting them down.
Speaker:Yeah. We're putting each other in certain buckets of how you
Speaker:need to be,
Speaker:because there's still that human overlay.
Speaker:I mean,
Speaker:yes, we're made differently.
Speaker:We have different hormone levels.
Speaker:I mean,
Speaker:that's just the way things are,
Speaker:which might precipitate certain actions versus others,
Speaker:strength, all those types of things.
Speaker:Right. But we're still all human with emotions and feelings.
Speaker:And so there's a lot of similarities.
Speaker:In addition to the differences.
Speaker:I don't know,
Speaker:we're kind of getting off topic there,
Speaker:but I don't want to gloss over the fact that you
Speaker:mentioned that you been abused.
Speaker:I'm sorry that that happened to you.
Speaker:And I hold that in respect to that.
Speaker:You even brought it up on the show.
Speaker:So thank you for that,
Speaker:that shares a little bit more of your experience in what
Speaker:you know of what you speak.
Speaker:If I can say it that way.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:I didn't want to gloss over that by any means.
Speaker:Let's talk about the people who are listening now.
Speaker:So everyone of course has had different experiences.
Speaker:You hear often the story about how there was one teacher
Speaker:you had,
Speaker:who said you weren't good at math,
Speaker:let's say.
Speaker:And so then you decide you're not good at math.
Speaker:And that lays the groundwork for the rest of your life.
Speaker:So that happens in all different spheres.
Speaker:So some of it is someone that you look up to,
Speaker:it makes a statement about who you are and you hold
Speaker:that to be true.
Speaker:Sometimes there is verbal or physical abuse.
Speaker:So everyone comes from somewhere.
Speaker:I think with some form of that experience to some intensity,
Speaker:I guess I would say,
Speaker:I don't know if all the professional words for this,
Speaker:but we're all left in a position that we double think
Speaker:ourself. And let me bring this back down a little bit
Speaker:further, even.
Speaker:So within our community,
Speaker:I see a lot of women who make beautiful products and
Speaker:they've been told they make beautiful products and they see other
Speaker:people who make similar products,
Speaker:starting a business and being successful.
Speaker:But then when they turn the mirror on themselves,
Speaker:they say,
Speaker:but no,
Speaker:I can't do that.
Speaker:That's not something that I could do.
Speaker:How do we work with that person to get over those
Speaker:thoughts that she has?
Speaker:Yeah, you're so right.
Speaker:I can see it in many of my one-on-one coaching clients.
Speaker:They are so eager to celebrate and see the gifts in
Speaker:others. But then when they turn around the mirror,
Speaker:they cannot see that in themselves.
Speaker:Because like you said,
Speaker:someone along the way,
Speaker:or they were told that they're not good enough or so
Speaker:something that they took it as the evidence.
Speaker:But the foundational idea that you get to wrap yourself around
Speaker:is that you're perfectly made for your purpose.
Speaker:Each of us,
Speaker:it's so unique in a such a different way.
Speaker:Even if you have two artists doing exactly the same product,
Speaker:they will have a different energy day will have a different
Speaker:story. I will go to the store.
Speaker:And even if the seller it's not there or the creator,
Speaker:it's not there.
Speaker:You can feel the energy from the product.
Speaker:So when you embrace that,
Speaker:that you're perfectly made for your purpose and that you're perfectly
Speaker:made for your clients and that people will be attracted to
Speaker:you and see your story.
Speaker:You will start to see your value.
Speaker:You will start to see your word.
Speaker:It's really all about you seeing yourself as worthy and perfect
Speaker:for what you came here to do.
Speaker:And looking at others.
Speaker:It's amazing when it inspires us and what's possible.
Speaker:But when we look at others and compare ourselves and stop
Speaker:our growth and expansion,
Speaker:and he doesn't feel good,
Speaker:then I wouldn't even go there.
Speaker:If it doesn't feel good that you can't do it or
Speaker:it doesn't feel good that you're worried about whether you can
Speaker:do it.
Speaker:Hm, No,
Speaker:no, no,
Speaker:no, no.
Speaker:What I meant is when you look at others like how
Speaker:they are doing their work,
Speaker:how they are doing their own.
Speaker:Well, the energy coming off of that doesn't feel good.
Speaker:You mean exactly.
Speaker:Got it.
Speaker:Okay. So this is all easy to say,
Speaker:but to actually in your mind change your thinking about all
Speaker:of this is where it's harder because I think we can
Speaker:agree if someone else started from nothing in their garage,
Speaker:at their kitchen table.
Speaker:And step-by-step,
Speaker:you know,
Speaker:when you hear the stories,
Speaker:which is what we talk about on this show all the
Speaker:time we bring up people and have them talk about how
Speaker:they got from point a to point Z every single step
Speaker:is so doable.
Speaker:And it sounds like,
Speaker:Oh, I can do that.
Speaker:I can do that.
Speaker:I can do that in those individual steps.
Speaker:It just looks like a big leap going from a starting
Speaker:point to where someone who's established already is.
Speaker:But if one person can do it and give biz listeners,
Speaker:thousands, millions of people have taken a handmade product and turned
Speaker:it into a business of some sort.
Speaker:But where's the mind set switch.
Speaker:Patea that?
Speaker:Is it thinking about abundance and is attracting abundance?
Speaker:Are we going to get into some woo conversation here?
Speaker:Oh, anytime I'm ready,
Speaker:let's do it.
Speaker:You know,
Speaker:and I love that you are describing it as a step-by-step
Speaker:process because when we look at our ultimate desire,
Speaker:what do we really want in our life for ourselves?
Speaker:Sometimes it can be daunting and overwhelming,
Speaker:but when we can take it one step at a time,
Speaker:that's when all these changes happen gradually.
Speaker:That's what we get to remember the saying Rome wasn't built
Speaker:in one day.
Speaker:That's something that we can remember.
Speaker:It can happen fast.
Speaker:There's some changes and shifts that happened in my life fast,
Speaker:but most of them were gradual.
Speaker:And then when we look back,
Speaker:we can see them.
Speaker:But it's really about acknowledging where you are and asking yourself
Speaker:what would be the best next step.
Speaker:And it's not going to,
Speaker:like you said,
Speaker:change overnight,
Speaker:but there are things and rituals and routines that you can
Speaker:be doing daily that are going to make you feel better.
Speaker:And when you're feeling better,
Speaker:you're attracting better.
Speaker:You're more confident.
Speaker:You're more courageous.
Speaker:People can notice your energy and changes.
Speaker:You become magnetic for your clients and you will be taking
Speaker:inspired action steps and inspired risks.
Speaker:So you get to really look at where you are in
Speaker:your life.
Speaker:And I think it all starts with relationship with self.
Speaker:How do you feel about yourself?
Speaker:How do you treat yourself?
Speaker:Because that is going to reflect in all of the relationships
Speaker:around you,
Speaker:whether it's with your clients,
Speaker:family, with money,
Speaker:it's all about the relationship.
Speaker:So I would really start there,
Speaker:take an inventory about your relationships and really look at your
Speaker:core values.
Speaker:And if those core values are aligning all those relationships,
Speaker:that's something that really changed my life.
Speaker:When I did an exercise about core values,
Speaker:I realized what I stand for.
Speaker:And I look at my life and I realized that nothing
Speaker:really aligned,
Speaker:not my relationship,
Speaker:not my business,
Speaker:not my clients.
Speaker:And in that moment,
Speaker:I'm like,
Speaker:what the heck am I doing?
Speaker:What am I doing with my life?
Speaker:This doesn't feel good.
Speaker:So I started to be aligning and letting go of things
Speaker:that were not serving me.
Speaker:And I created a space for things and people and opportunities
Speaker:that come into my life.
Speaker:And I started to create space,
Speaker:even in my days,
Speaker:like in the morning,
Speaker:I don't work before 10 or 11:00 AM.
Speaker:That's my sacred time that I pour into myself.
Speaker:So I am feeling good.
Speaker:And then I am inspired to do the work that I
Speaker:was called to do.
Speaker:And especially as creative,
Speaker:you get to create a healthy boundaries and create a rituals
Speaker:that are making you feel good and expensive.
Speaker:And in the flow from that space,
Speaker:you can really attract anything.
Speaker:So This really starts with having the mindset that you're not
Speaker:just on this road of life as a rider,
Speaker:like just whatever comes to you is going to happen.
Speaker:And you just move forward in life.
Speaker:You get up every day,
Speaker:this is really driving your life,
Speaker:being the conductor of your life train,
Speaker:if you will,
Speaker:right. Being in control and thinking and having things happen because
Speaker:you've decided that's the way you want your life to run.
Speaker:Yes, I would just say that for me,
Speaker:it was about realizing that I am the creator.
Speaker:I used to struggle with eating disorder for 18 years too.
Speaker:So I'm not looking for control.
Speaker:I was in control almost the whole,
Speaker:my life,
Speaker:and it was restricting.
Speaker:It wasn't expensive.
Speaker:It wasn't fraying it.
Speaker:Wasn't giving me the creative and inspired flow to be here
Speaker:and to create,
Speaker:but I change it to feel empowered.
Speaker:I want to feel empowered and alive in my life versus
Speaker:in control.
Speaker:I gave up that control.
Speaker:I leave it up to the universe and it's not as
Speaker:me that I'm sitting here at home and doing nothing.
Speaker:It means that I know that I am the creator and
Speaker:that when I feel inspired and empowered my life and its
Speaker:results are going to be aligned with who I really am
Speaker:versus trying to control the life or feeling the pressure of
Speaker:that or it's all up to me.
Speaker:So I think that very important part,
Speaker:it's also realizing that you're never alone and it doesn't matter
Speaker:what you believe in.
Speaker:If it's a source universe,
Speaker:God, whatever you want to call it,
Speaker:there was something bigger than ask.
Speaker:And when you surrender to that,
Speaker:then it liberates you at frees you,
Speaker:and then you just tap into that trust that it's all
Speaker:unfolding for you.
Speaker:And then you create,
Speaker:but intentional,
Speaker:it's not just coming and going,
Speaker:and life is happening to you.
Speaker:You're creating it.
Speaker:Yes. And it feels so good to hear you talk about
Speaker:that. You're recognizing,
Speaker:and you're looking inside of yourself about how the daily actions
Speaker:that are happening or the relationships that you have make you
Speaker:feel empowered and energized and excited and rewarded.
Speaker:Exactly. So you're looking At that throughout.
Speaker:Okay. I get it.
Speaker:That is so interesting.
Speaker:Can we dive in a little bit more when you say
Speaker:kind of take an evaluation of yourself?
Speaker:So look at your relationship with yourself and your relationship with
Speaker:people around you and what are your core values?
Speaker:Talk about this as a business.
Speaker:Like where are you going?
Speaker:What are you planning?
Speaker:What are your core values for your business?
Speaker:But we've never really done it on a personal end.
Speaker:So that would be kind of fun to walk Through here.
Speaker:Absolutely. I love that exercise.
Speaker:And you know,
Speaker:the thing is that it doesn't matter what kind of business
Speaker:you have.
Speaker:You are your business first because you are the one who
Speaker:is going to create a product or be the leader in
Speaker:a team in your business.
Speaker:It all starts with you.
Speaker:So this exercise is very easy and you can just pass
Speaker:this recording or you can just do it afterwards,
Speaker:but you can just take a piece of paper divided in
Speaker:half, just take a pen divided and do like a line
Speaker:in the middle.
Speaker:And on one side on the left side,
Speaker:you will write down the things you do not stand for.
Speaker:I don't like saying the word hate,
Speaker:but it will be like strong feeling against what are you
Speaker:don't stand for?
Speaker:And on the other side,
Speaker:you will write down the things you do send for.
Speaker:So you will just be going back and forth on each
Speaker:side, you will write 20 tanks.
Speaker:So for example,
Speaker:I don't stand for hate.
Speaker:I stand for laugh.
Speaker:I don't stand for being cheap.
Speaker:I send for generosity and you just go back and forth.
Speaker:Once you have 20 written on each side,
Speaker:you will take a highlighter or different colored pen and you
Speaker:will circle three things on the right side.
Speaker:Where are the things that you do stand for?
Speaker:So when I did that years ago,
Speaker:I realized that what I stand for it's growth in Segretti
Speaker:and generosity.
Speaker:And I looked at my life and I looked at my
Speaker:business because back then I had social media marketing agency and
Speaker:I look at it and I look at my values and
Speaker:it didn't align.
Speaker:So I let it go.
Speaker:And then I built a business based on my core values.
Speaker:And within nine months I built six figure online coaching business.
Speaker:And before that I was working really hard.
Speaker:I was hustling and it was never fulfilling.
Speaker:I made the money and I let them go really quick
Speaker:because I didn't feel worthy of having them because it wasn't
Speaker:with my values.
Speaker:So I think this exercise it's very easy.
Speaker:Anyone can do that.
Speaker:And then you will look at what is happening in your
Speaker:life and in your business.
Speaker:And if it aligns with who you really are.
Speaker:So I'm doing this while we're talking Over achiever,
Speaker:right. It's not really As hard for me because I asked
Speaker:people to do core values for their business.
Speaker:But it has to also be ingrained in you for exactly
Speaker:the reason that you're saying,
Speaker:because as an artist,
Speaker:many people have their name as their business too.
Speaker:So it does.
Speaker:It's so totally aligned together.
Speaker:Can you afford,
Speaker:instead of just three?
Speaker:Why three?
Speaker:Yes. Just picking up three,
Speaker:the magic of the three.
Speaker:Right. But we can really easily focus our mind on the
Speaker:three. If you pick five or one,
Speaker:it's really challenging to live for one core value.
Speaker:Right. But when you have three,
Speaker:they usual encompass what you really stand for.
Speaker:Whether it's on personal level,
Speaker:business level,
Speaker:you can really put more into it yourself.
Speaker:Yeah. No,
Speaker:my three-step my fourth.
Speaker:I'm going to merge them into three at some point,
Speaker:If you're unformed it's okay.
Speaker:I did for two,
Speaker:the first time when I was doing it,
Speaker:it's completely fine.
Speaker:But also once you finish this exercise,
Speaker:it's not only about writing it on the paper and then
Speaker:just, Oh,
Speaker:okay, this is cool.
Speaker:And like,
Speaker:you're done.
Speaker:You get to put it somewhere where you can see that.
Speaker:So I put it in my wallet.
Speaker:I put it in my mirror.
Speaker:I put it in my office so I can see it.
Speaker:And I can check in with myself because this is something
Speaker:you very often,
Speaker:we are overcoming the limiting beliefs.
Speaker:And I have actually a couple of clients who are artists,
Speaker:they're painters.
Speaker:And I know there's so many limiting beliefs.
Speaker:They get to be overcoming.
Speaker:Whether they're on the show,
Speaker:whether they have a meeting with a client,
Speaker:when you have your core values backing you up in your
Speaker:wallet, you're feeling stronger.
Speaker:You're feeling more courageous.
Speaker:You know who you are.
Speaker:And when you know who you are,
Speaker:that energy it's attracting people who are matching that energy.
Speaker:So it gives you the confidence to present yourself and your
Speaker:business in a way that helps you to attract the people
Speaker:that want to pay you abundantly to be you and doing
Speaker:your work because As you're in alignment with each other.
Speaker:So if you want to go the manifestation route here,
Speaker:then you are emitting out into the environment,
Speaker:your values,
Speaker:right? Which means that you'll attract other people who have similar
Speaker:values as you do Exactly.
Speaker:It's like you become the magnet for people and things that
Speaker:align with you.
Speaker:But very often we are brought up in a different way
Speaker:and people pleasing and the need or desire to belong and
Speaker:to be part of something.
Speaker:And then we easily lose ourselves.
Speaker:Sometimes as wives,
Speaker:sometime as mothers,
Speaker:sometimes as a business owner,
Speaker:we are wearing so many masks that we forget what is
Speaker:really underneath it all and why we're doing things that we're
Speaker:doing. And that's why it's sometimes confusing.
Speaker:Like, Oh,
Speaker:I have a great month.
Speaker:And next month socks.
Speaker:And the next month is good.
Speaker:And we are wondering what's happening with the consistency.
Speaker:Right? So I think it's really important to know who you
Speaker:truly are.
Speaker:So you can be attracting people and opportunities that are alike.
Speaker:I love this.
Speaker:Okay. So when you have your three words and then you
Speaker:post them different places,
Speaker:give biz listeners.
Speaker:If you have my planner,
Speaker:the inspired daily planner,
Speaker:there's a place there for you to write your core values.
Speaker:You can put it right in there.
Speaker:It's in one of the first pages or print it out,
Speaker:put it as one of your wallpapers on your phone even.
Speaker:Right. Yup.
Speaker:But then make sure that what you're doing,
Speaker:this is what you're saying.
Speaker:Patea is make sure that what you're doing throughout the day
Speaker:and throughout your weeks is in alignment with those values that
Speaker:you've stated after.
Speaker:Self-reflection that really,
Speaker:are you the internal you,
Speaker:what you stand for?
Speaker:Absolutely. Because when you think about it,
Speaker:then that was my experience in my life.
Speaker:The universal way says,
Speaker:yes, if you say I'm not good,
Speaker:enough universe will say yes.
Speaker:If you say these are the values that I aligned with
Speaker:universities. Yes.
Speaker:And it always brings you the evidence,
Speaker:whether you like it or not.
Speaker:It's a reflection of your inner feeling and inner thinking.
Speaker:Yeah. So I'm trying to decide whether I should tell you
Speaker:a story about what happened to me this year,
Speaker:that falls right into this.
Speaker:Do you think I should?
Speaker:Absolutely. Okay.
Speaker:If you got the inspired idea,
Speaker:somebody needs to hear it.
Speaker:So one of my keywords is integrity just like you.
Speaker:And what integrity means to me is integrity to myself and
Speaker:integrity to other people.
Speaker:And one way that is,
Speaker:is if I say,
Speaker:I'm going to do something like Sue,
Speaker:you are going to work out at four o'clock in the
Speaker:afternoon. You're going to get on that Peloton bike.
Speaker:And you're going to work out for an hour.
Speaker:Like whatever my plan is.
Speaker:Right. So I could so easily rethink it,
Speaker:but no I've said,
Speaker:that's my plan.
Speaker:So that's how I'm in integrity to myself.
Speaker:Same thing with other people.
Speaker:Like I'm pretty reliable.
Speaker:If I say I'm going to do something,
Speaker:I get it done on time,
Speaker:if not early.
Speaker:So that's another way that I am in alignment with that
Speaker:in my relationships with others.
Speaker:And I don't know why I brought that up because the
Speaker:real one,
Speaker:and this is where the word comes in.
Speaker:And this leads to my story is I'm not sure what
Speaker:my word is,
Speaker:whether it's kind or accepting of differences or what that second
Speaker:word is.
Speaker:But here's the story this past year 2020,
Speaker:just putting a frame in time for whenever listeners are listening
Speaker:to this exact episode was challenging on many fronts.
Speaker:None of us can debate that worldwide challenging.
Speaker:And there were a couple of relationships in my life that
Speaker:didn't align with my values,
Speaker:but I always made justifications for it.
Speaker:Oh, that's okay.
Speaker:Because when we get together,
Speaker:we always have such a good time.
Speaker:Or like there were different things.
Speaker:And this year I decided,
Speaker:I mean,
Speaker:there was no blow ups or anything like that.
Speaker:I decided that those relationships weren't healthy for me in my
Speaker:life now,
Speaker:are we enemies?
Speaker:No, but we're more distant friends now.
Speaker:And my life feels lighter and better for it.
Speaker:Thank you for sharing that.
Speaker:I love that because sometimes we outgrow people and I feel
Speaker:that many people are afraid to let go let go of
Speaker:with walls.
Speaker:And I think that it's beautiful because if it's making you
Speaker:feel better to be without those people,
Speaker:like having them close,
Speaker:I think it's time to let them go and create the
Speaker:space for something even better.
Speaker:It's beautiful that you are truly the embodiment of your core
Speaker:values because someone is listening right now and maybe they're feeling
Speaker:bad that they don't have anything in common or talk to
Speaker:any more with people.
Speaker:And they're afraid to let them go.
Speaker:So hearing your story might really inspire them to give themselves
Speaker:the grace and the space.
Speaker:Yeah. And when it becomes toxic or you're anxious about getting
Speaker:together, because something that's going to go on,
Speaker:doesn't align with the way you treat people or talk about
Speaker:people or whatever the issues are.
Speaker:I mean,
Speaker:they're not bad people,
Speaker:in my opinion,
Speaker:they're just different than me.
Speaker:And they're still my friends.
Speaker:If ever there was an emergency and they called up and
Speaker:they really needed me.
Speaker:I would be there.
Speaker:It's just,
Speaker:it's in a different level of friendship now.
Speaker:And I think more than anything,
Speaker:what it does is it's,
Speaker:I'm being true to myself where before I wasn't quite as
Speaker:true to myself,
Speaker:it feels sad a little bit,
Speaker:but it feels right because I want to align myself with
Speaker:people to your point,
Speaker:who energize me,
Speaker:who believe in the values that I believe in and live
Speaker:the values that I believe in.
Speaker:Yeah. It's part of the evolution.
Speaker:I believe for Ailey,
Speaker:surround ourselves with people that really light us up and make
Speaker:us feel alive.
Speaker:Those should be the closest people to us.
Speaker:Yeah. Okay.
Speaker:So not to make this as SU counseling session or anything
Speaker:like that,
Speaker:do your values change over time.
Speaker:Should you go back?
Speaker:And re-look at them from time to time?
Speaker:Oh gosh,
Speaker:I got really personal here for a minute,
Speaker:but I decided to leave it in because I'm hoping that
Speaker:in some way it will help someone who's out there listening.
Speaker:Maybe even you,
Speaker:we will continue this conversation right after a very short break.
Speaker:Yes. It's possible.
Speaker:Increase your sales without adding a single customer.
Speaker:How you ask by offering personalization with your products,
Speaker:wrap a cake box with a ribbon saying happy 30th birthday,
Speaker:Annie, or at a special message and date to wedding or
Speaker:party favors for an extra meaningful touch.
Speaker:Where else can you get customization with a creatively spelled name
Speaker:or find packaging?
Speaker:That includes a saying whose meaning is known to a select
Speaker:to not only are customers willing to pay for these special
Speaker:touches. They'll tell their friends and word will spread about your
Speaker:company and products.
Speaker:You can create personalized ribbons and labels in seconds,
Speaker:make just one or thousands without waiting weeks or having to
Speaker:spend money to order yards and yards print words in any
Speaker:language or font,
Speaker:add logos,
Speaker:images, even photos,
Speaker:perfect for branding.
Speaker:We're adding ingredient and flavor labels to,
Speaker:for more information,
Speaker:go to the ribbon print company.com.
Speaker:Yes, you can Absolutely look at it,
Speaker:but I feel it's because these are core values.
Speaker:I look back and my core values are the same for
Speaker:over three years.
Speaker:Now, those things are still to priority for me.
Speaker:I have other values.
Speaker:For example,
Speaker:like family always comes first to me,
Speaker:always, always,
Speaker:always, but I don't have it in my core values because
Speaker:the growth,
Speaker:integrity and generosity,
Speaker:they go hand in hand and they are reflecting everything.
Speaker:So you look at your values less than maybe a couple
Speaker:will shift,
Speaker:but most likely,
Speaker:if you're really honest with yourself,
Speaker:the core ones are not going to change that much because
Speaker:I am not available for people who don't live in integrity.
Speaker:I am a not open for people who are not believing
Speaker:in generosity or are generous.
Speaker:It just doesn't feel good to me.
Speaker:So I'm not going to change those.
Speaker:Okay. So first gift is listeners.
Speaker:I want you guys,
Speaker:we've never talked about it this way in relation just to
Speaker:yourself before.
Speaker:So what a perfect and very easy thing.
Speaker:It might take some reflection foil,
Speaker:but it's an easy exercise.
Speaker:It requires some thought,
Speaker:maybe you go to a quiet place or you go out
Speaker:for a walk or you spin on your Peloton bike and
Speaker:you give this some thought,
Speaker:but I'm thinking it should come up pretty easily because you
Speaker:know, what's important to you in your heart,
Speaker:Right? But many people don't allow themselves to think about themselves,
Speaker:their visit with family,
Speaker:visit with word,
Speaker:visit, with creating,
Speaker:and they don't really pass to ask themselves what is really
Speaker:important to me.
Speaker:Like how often do you ask yourselves you and have you
Speaker:always asked yourself,
Speaker:like for me took decades to start taking care of me.
Speaker:Not only like,
Speaker:Hey, let's get manicure,
Speaker:pedicure, right?
Speaker:But really the internal me,
Speaker:how am I really feeling?
Speaker:How am I really doing what is really important to me
Speaker:that took me decades because we get so busy that we
Speaker:forget to live and really check in and years passed by
Speaker:exactly. It's really important to create,
Speaker:like you said,
Speaker:the space,
Speaker:whether you do it on Peloton or you go for a
Speaker:walk, I love doing a journaling or being in nature that
Speaker:just feels fulfilling to me and expansive.
Speaker:So in a nature,
Speaker:I feel home.
Speaker:That's where I do that.
Speaker:And I think it's really important for us to the space,
Speaker:because if you are really not aligned with who you really
Speaker:are, nothing else will work.
Speaker:You cannot build strong foundation on something that it's shaky on
Speaker:a shaky ground that it's unsecure.
Speaker:Well, And I also feel like when you're more clear on
Speaker:who you really are,
Speaker:you present yourself stronger because you have the confidence that those
Speaker:values give you.
Speaker:Absolutely. And the confidence that you're feeling about yourselves gives you
Speaker:the courage to take steps,
Speaker:to start the online shop or to offer your product or
Speaker:to offer your services.
Speaker:It will give you the courage to go and take the
Speaker:steps. Yes.
Speaker:I can see it.
Speaker:I see the path.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:So we've got our three core values.
Speaker:Now what about our business core values?
Speaker:How are those different and how do we determine what those
Speaker:should be?
Speaker:You know,
Speaker:for me too,
Speaker:they're the same?
Speaker:Think about a generosity,
Speaker:integrity, growth.
Speaker:Those are my core values that I personally believe.
Speaker:And that do reflect in my business,
Speaker:the clients that I'm attracting,
Speaker:the team that I have,
Speaker:they all reflect my core values.
Speaker:I don't have different core values for my business and for
Speaker:my personal life.
Speaker:These are the things that I spent four.
Speaker:And you can see that in my team and the kind
Speaker:of clients that I am attracting or the partnerships they get
Speaker:to align with my core values,
Speaker:or we won't be working together.
Speaker:Okay. The only other topic that I think we should address
Speaker:here a little bit more is for someone who's listening and
Speaker:is like,
Speaker:okay, this all sounds good.
Speaker:It's feeling a little light because I don't have any concrete
Speaker:actions, like how I'm still anxious.
Speaker:I've got my core values,
Speaker:but I still have doubts about whether I can start this
Speaker:business. And I'm afraid to start because I don't know tech,
Speaker:I don't have an MBA,
Speaker:like all the I don't right.
Speaker:What can we do to help that person reframe their thinking
Speaker:to get started?
Speaker:There are a few things that came to my mind.
Speaker:The first thing would be an exercise that I love,
Speaker:love, love doing in the past when it was deciding or
Speaker:something, or I was feeling doubtful and secure.
Speaker:I really wrote down the best gate,
Speaker:the realistic and the worst case scenario.
Speaker:What are those scenarios?
Speaker:If I go and start selling my product,
Speaker:if I go and start a website,
Speaker:even if I don't have everything to gather,
Speaker:what is the best case,
Speaker:realistic and worst case scenario.
Speaker:So I write it down.
Speaker:I look at them and I ask myself,
Speaker:am I okay with the worst case scenario?
Speaker:Because if I am okay with that,
Speaker:it's a green light.
Speaker:And I just go for it because my belief is that
Speaker:I would read a live in a world,
Speaker:filled with,
Speaker:oops, this didn't work out.
Speaker:How can we improve rather than what AF I just can't
Speaker:live with that.
Speaker:What if it would work?
Speaker:What if this is the thing?
Speaker:What if there are people waiting there for me to buy
Speaker:my products?
Speaker:So these three scenarios writing them down,
Speaker:it really helped me to get more clarity about what is
Speaker:my next step.
Speaker:And then another one is,
Speaker:I'm sure you heard of the book,
Speaker:the big magic.
Speaker:I think it's absolutely brilliant book that basically describes you,
Speaker:that you have your desires because you're meant to birth them.
Speaker:The ideas,
Speaker:the desires,
Speaker:you don't get like crazy ideas of doing a business or
Speaker:doing a product or being talented in something to be tortured
Speaker:by them.
Speaker:It's because you are meant to bring them here and you
Speaker:get to remember,
Speaker:no one can do it like you.
Speaker:No one,
Speaker:no one will put inside the touch that you can.
Speaker:The stories that you can,
Speaker:it's only on you.
Speaker:So when you are not doing the things that you want
Speaker:to be doing like products and being creative,
Speaker:you are really hurting other people because there are people who
Speaker:need your products and you are just sitting on it.
Speaker:There are people who are waiting just for you.
Speaker:So I feel like it's a little bit selfish because you're
Speaker:sitting in your fear and doubt.
Speaker:And I know that many of my clients,
Speaker:when they're afraid to do something,
Speaker:when they take a deep breath and just go and do
Speaker:it, they're like,
Speaker:Oh wow,
Speaker:it wasn't dead bat.
Speaker:So it's really putting in the courage and goal and really
Speaker:asking yourself,
Speaker:what are the things that come to me really easily?
Speaker:What can I do?
Speaker:Where can I ask for help?
Speaker:Where can I delegate?
Speaker:Who do I know who is already doing the things that
Speaker:I want to be doing?
Speaker:Can I learn from them?
Speaker:Can I model them again?
Speaker:You are not alone here.
Speaker:You don't have to be figuring it all out.
Speaker:Look just at the next step to get clear,
Speaker:to get confident and then put all the courage to gather,
Speaker:to go and take the first step.
Speaker:And then it will really create a momentum of meeting a
Speaker:person who can help you another person,
Speaker:another opportunity.
Speaker:But if you will stay stuck,
Speaker:there is no way that people can come to you and
Speaker:help you.
Speaker:You get to start moving first one step at a time.
Speaker:And it's so true that things start happening when you take
Speaker:action. It is crazy.
Speaker:I have manifestation stories all over the place.
Speaker:It just,
Speaker:it always happens that way.
Speaker:When you start walking in a certain direction with a certain
Speaker:intent, like you said,
Speaker:you meet people,
Speaker:things open up.
Speaker:My husband and I were walking downtown.
Speaker:I'm in a small little suburb of Chicago.
Speaker:And I had a production studio like in a commercial area.
Speaker:And my husband and I were just out walking.
Speaker:And I said,
Speaker:you know what?
Speaker:I would love someday to have a shop,
Speaker:right? Downtown,
Speaker:like around where everything's going.
Speaker:It's a small,
Speaker:like, it's a more like a historic downtown.
Speaker:And I'd love to be able,
Speaker:like in the afternoon to just walk down the stairs and
Speaker:be able to go to lunch outside on the sidewalk or
Speaker:things like that.
Speaker:Wouldn't, you know,
Speaker:three months later the space right next to the chamber of
Speaker:commerce opened up.
Speaker:It was right downtown Highland park.
Speaker:And guess where I'm standing right this minute.
Speaker:Wow. I envisioned it.
Speaker:And it just automatically appeared to me.
Speaker:And that's happened to me,
Speaker:things like that.
Speaker:So many times so many,
Speaker:but then you also have to have the courage to do
Speaker:it, to act on it too.
Speaker:Exactly. It's really this.
Speaker:And again,
Speaker:it will go back into the masculine and feminine flow,
Speaker:right? We all have in men and women and the feminine
Speaker:flow is having these intuitive and inspired ideas like real receiving
Speaker:these ideas or impulses.
Speaker:And then the masculine really steps in and say,
Speaker:Hey, let's do it.
Speaker:Let's take the step.
Speaker:Let's do the action.
Speaker:Let's pick up the phone and call and or let's check
Speaker:out the website.
Speaker:Like it's about this beautiful dance between the inspired ideas and
Speaker:acting on them.
Speaker:Because even if some of them doesn't work,
Speaker:the inspired ideas,
Speaker:I can promise you that will always take you to the
Speaker:next step,
Speaker:to the next person you get to meet to the next
Speaker:article. You have to read it to the next podcast.
Speaker:You need to hear always,
Speaker:always, always you get to trust.
Speaker:You're always provided protected and just keep taking the steps because
Speaker:everything it's truly happening For you.
Speaker:I love what you say here is when you're faced with
Speaker:that step,
Speaker:then you determine best,
Speaker:worst, realistic,
Speaker:go for it.
Speaker:And if the worst is,
Speaker:it just didn't happen.
Speaker:Then maybe it opened up your eyes or got you into
Speaker:another opportunity.
Speaker:That is your next step.
Speaker:That is the magic step.
Speaker:Yeah. I love this process.
Speaker:This is a way to get off the starting line.
Speaker:Don't let the gun go off and you stand still,
Speaker:the gun goes off.
Speaker:Then you start to run the race.
Speaker:Right? Exactly.
Speaker:And I also,
Speaker:I really,
Speaker:I just want to reinforce the point that you made that
Speaker:lots of times we get ideas that we think have come
Speaker:from ourselves.
Speaker:Oh, maybe I want to start a candle business.
Speaker:And is it just possible that that idea comes from somewhere
Speaker:other than just you,
Speaker:this was something you were meant to be doing,
Speaker:and that's why you're thinking about it.
Speaker:And that's why you were given the talents that you have.
Speaker:And that it's more than just you.
Speaker:Exactly. Yeah.
Speaker:I mean,
Speaker:it's a totally different way of thinking.
Speaker:And also I'm underscoring all the points you said,
Speaker:but the other thing,
Speaker:and we have talked about this a bit before you talk
Speaker:about, well,
Speaker:why do people need my product?
Speaker:And like,
Speaker:band-aids we know why people need band-aids or food.
Speaker:We know why people need food,
Speaker:or you could even go as far as to say cupcakes
Speaker:or nuts or any of the things that my bakers or
Speaker:snack makers make because you have to eat.
Speaker:Right. But all the products that we make think of it,
Speaker:candles, jewelry,
Speaker:they light up our life.
Speaker:They make us feel happy or pretty,
Speaker:or energize us,
Speaker:or give us confidence as we're going out on our first
Speaker:dates or whatever it is.
Speaker:So all of these things value To lives.
Speaker:It's not like,
Speaker:Oh, well,
Speaker:people don't need what I have.
Speaker:They may not need it.
Speaker:But it's an important part of what their life's about when
Speaker:they have something that you make and they're using it in
Speaker:their life.
Speaker:So this is a different mind switch than,
Speaker:Oh, nobody needs another candle,
Speaker:which isn't true because I need every candle.
Speaker:I do see my house,
Speaker:My house it's like filled with Kenville sits like temple.
Speaker:I used to say my house,
Speaker:it's like a cemetery.
Speaker:And people look at me where,
Speaker:so I started to say,
Speaker:it's like a temple because I have so many candles and
Speaker:people really get to realize that their gifts are needed.
Speaker:Their products are needed.
Speaker:Like I need my candles.
Speaker:I need my art.
Speaker:It does enhances our quality of life and a liveliness inside
Speaker:of us.
Speaker:It's the creative expression for me.
Speaker:It's exciting when I can support artists or creatives,
Speaker:because I'm so happy they're living their purpose.
Speaker:They're following it.
Speaker:That I want to support them.
Speaker:Hundred percent agree with you.
Speaker:And I'm a big candle,
Speaker:crazy person too.
Speaker:So this is another way that we're aligned together.
Speaker:We were talking about the similarities between the two of us
Speaker:in terms of our interests before the show.
Speaker:That's what I was just mentioning with potato.
Speaker:So potato,
Speaker:where could people learn more about you and see everything that
Speaker:you're up to,
Speaker:where would be a good place to send them?
Speaker:I feel that my favorite place,
Speaker:it's really Instagram.
Speaker:I'm there every single day.
Speaker:And it's just my name particular
They're my,
Speaker:everything, my podcast,
Speaker:my freebie.
Speaker:And that's also
Perfect. What's your freebie?
Speaker:My freebie it's about money and how to be manifesting money
Speaker:effortlessly, or also helping people to shift into their abundance mindset
Speaker:with making them realize why money really matters.
Speaker:Wonderful. Those sound very,
Speaker:very interesting.
Speaker:So if that's interesting to you remember,
Speaker:there's always a show notes page attached to this podcast.
Speaker:So you can go back and grab the links there in
Speaker:case you're out in your aren't able to jot something down
Speaker:and you're interested in seeing more.
Speaker:So Patea thank you so much.
Speaker:This has been such an inspiring kind of soul searching episode
Speaker:here, which has been really,
Speaker:really interesting.
Speaker:Thank you so much for being on the show.
Speaker:Thank you so much.
Speaker:I love your work and it keeps supporting those creatives that
Speaker:are really needed.
Speaker:I don't know about you,
Speaker:but I found this episode.
Speaker:So empowering,
Speaker:Patea says we're perfectly made for our purpose.
Speaker:We've been given creative talents,
Speaker:the desire to make,
Speaker:and the idea of starting a business from somewhere sounds like
Speaker:a strong combination to me,
Speaker:but now it's up to each and every one of us
Speaker:to use it.
Speaker:We're continuing down the creative path.
Speaker:Next week,
Speaker:when we talk with a woman who has brought an artistic
Speaker:technique from India over to us here in the us,
Speaker:she's made some unbelievable progress with her business this past year,
Speaker:and continues to grow and build on her ideas.
Speaker:I would say she's connected with her universal power and I
Speaker:can't wait for you to hear her story.
Speaker:That's all coming up next Monday.
Speaker:Thanks so much for spending time with me today.
Speaker:If you'd like to show support for the podcast,
