Funny how my second Young Gun series interview led us to the same place. Revenue growth is good but profit is better! Its like they rehearsed the message. But logically you do hit a point in business where you have enough. Enough is relative and we all know the phrase if you are not growing you’re not growing you are dying. I think that is better suited for profits. Unprofitable revenue is never good, so working on your business to get more from what you have is really smart. Matt says “I want natural growth right now” and if you put the structure and processes in place you will get just that. Seems to be the best of both worlds.
