The Freedom Paradox – Bobby Albert pt 1
My guest today is Bobby Albert, president of “Values-Driven Leadership, LLC,” where he helps other leaders to build aspiring workplace cultures through value-driven leadership. He is an author, speaker, business consultant and a contributor on “Fox News Radio,” sharing his insight on leadership, workplace culture and employee engagement.
Just one month out of college, he inherited the family business that was burdened with debt and turned that into a highly successful company, starting twelve different businesses along the way and has acquired nine other companies on top of that. He attributes his success to focusing on creating a value-driven culture where the people are the focus and the financial results are the happy reward. In fact, this type of success earned him two awards for “The Best 100 Companies to Word for in Texas” the first two years he applied for consideration!
He has served for over 20 years as a deacon in his home church and has taught for over 30 years in high school and is an avid long distance bicyclist in his spare time, where he and his wife of over 40 years, Susan, both completed the “Hotter Than Hell 100” mile bike ride in Texas – in August.
He is an author of three books. His first book was “Principled Profits – Outward Success Is an Inside Job,” his second was “True North Business” and is a leader’s guide to extraordinary growth and impact and his third book is one which we will discuss today, The Freedom Paradox: Is Unbridled Freedom Dividing America, which cuts through the haze of hatred and polarizing politics of our day and time we see ourselves in right now.
First question, other than that brief information I just shared, can you tell us in your own words, “Who is Bobby Albert?”
What did you learn back when you first started working in the family business as a youngster that served you when you took over the business?
Why did you write your latest book, “The Freedom Paradox,” for this hour in which we find ourselves, as a nation, today?
Folks, everything Bobby Albert just shared with us is so needful in the day and time in which we live. If there was ever a need for a book such as ”The Freedom Paradox,” it is now. Especially now. I highly encourage you to order your copy of Bobby Albert’s book, The Freedom Paradox: Is Unbridled Freedom Dividing America, today.
