In today's episode, I announced my 100 day podcast challenge! I'm committing to releasing a daily podcast episode for the next 100 days.

Why 100 days? Well today is September 23, 2023 and we have exactly 100 days left in the year. I thought it would be a great goal to help me build the habit of creating daily content.

I shared that this won't be easy. There will definitely be ups and downs. But I'm excited for the personal growth and to share more value with you, my listeners.

I explained how over 100 days, you can make huge progress on a goal. I gave examples for entrepreneurs like releasing a new product, acquiring 100 new customers, establishing yourself as a thought leader with consistent content, and automating key workflows.

I also encouraged listeners to focus on their health and wellbeing over the next 100 days. I suggested trying daily exercise to lose weight, building an exercise habit, incorporating mindfulness and meditation, and more.

Could you build a thriving business, write a book, get in shape or learn a new skill.

Welcome to the first episode of the Be Well, Do Well podcast 100 day challenge.

Amin Ahmed:

My name is Amin and the countdown is on.

Amin Ahmed:

Today marks the first day of my 100 day challenge.

Amin Ahmed:

I started this podcast to share the entrepreneurial journey and all its ups and downs.

Amin Ahmed:

Both for myself personally, but also for those that I interview on the show.

Amin Ahmed:

My goal has always been to provide value and be authentic about my own path.

Amin Ahmed:

But I wanted more.

Amin Ahmed:

I wanted to create a daily podcast . So I'm publicly now committing to 100 days of daily podcast episodes.

Amin Ahmed:

Why 100 days.

Amin Ahmed:

Well, first it's September 23rd, 2023.

Amin Ahmed:

And we have exactly 100 days left . So that was a good starting point for me.

Amin Ahmed:

And I thought, why not?

Amin Ahmed:

Let's just go ahead and do the last 100 days of the year.

Amin Ahmed:

It also takes many days, weeks, sometimes months to build a habit or a skill.

Amin Ahmed:

And especially to master that habit or skill.

Amin Ahmed:

With this focused consistency.

Amin Ahmed:

I know that I will personally level up as a podcast host and also be able to serve you better.

Amin Ahmed:

I realized that creating daily content won't be easy.

Amin Ahmed:

I'll share some stories, insights and tips from myself and others.

Amin Ahmed:

And no matter what I promise to bring my best to each episode.

Amin Ahmed:

I hope you'll join me on this wild ride over the next 100 days.

Amin Ahmed:

There will be wins, fails and lessons learned, but it's all part of this adventure.

Amin Ahmed:

And I can't wait to have you alongside with me.

So let's talk about what you could achieve in 100 days.

Amin Ahmed:

My personal challenge is two-fold.

Amin Ahmed:

One is on the entrepreneurial side with my business and the other is also my health and wellbeing.

Amin Ahmed:

And as I mentioned, I'll be sharing my progress with you over the next 100 days.

Amin Ahmed:

If you're interested in joining me on this challenge, and you're looking at making huge leaps in your entrepreneurial journey, here are some things that you could try over the next 100 days.

Amin Ahmed:

You could try releasing a new product, a software product, maybe it's a course or a workbook, something that you have intellectual property on and something that you're passionate about.

Amin Ahmed:

Turn that into a product.

Amin Ahmed:

And within a hundred days, See where that takes you.

Amin Ahmed:

If you're just starting your business, you could try acquiring a hundred new customers that could be through social media marketing.

Amin Ahmed:

It could be through paid ads.

Amin Ahmed:

You could try a number of different channels and over the next a hundred days, I'm sure you'll realize which one is working for you and which one resonates with you most.

Amin Ahmed:

If you are an established business and you feel like you're stuck in the day-to-day business, what you could do is you could try to establish yourself as a thought leader.

Amin Ahmed:

Create multiple pieces of content.

Amin Ahmed:

Try daily content like me in this podcast.

Amin Ahmed:

And publish them all over social media.

Amin Ahmed:

LinkedIn is definitely one of my favorite places right now to be posting content.

Amin Ahmed:

And that could be an area that you explore a little bit further as well.

Amin Ahmed:

And lastly, you may want to automate your key workflows in your business.

Amin Ahmed:

If you feel like there's too many manual steps, if you feel like things are taking longer to finish, perhaps try automating it using either AI or using Zapier automations.

Amin Ahmed:

There are many different ways for you to be able to do this.

Amin Ahmed:

You could also try a brand refresh.

Amin Ahmed:

100 days is just enough time to take your brand, refresh it, relaunch it, and get your customers and your prospects excited about you.

Amin Ahmed:

Having business success alone doesn't mean much if your health and wellbeing are not optimized.

Amin Ahmed:

So here are some suggestions to challenge yourself for your health.

Amin Ahmed:

We all want to lose weight so you could try doing daily exercise even four to five times a week and try to lose weight.

Amin Ahmed:

You don't need to be obsessive about it.

Amin Ahmed:

But if you regularly work out, even if you just go for a walk or a light jog, I'm certain that over time your body will be a lot healthier and you'll feel better.

Amin Ahmed:

Speaking of exercise building the habit of exercise is also super important So over the next 100 days you could try picking Three days a week four days a week maybe even seven days a week and doing some kind of exercise.

Amin Ahmed:

When i feel a little unmotivated to exercise what i'll Do is instead of skipping My workout i'll go into the basement and i'll put on some yoga and i'll do a 20 minute 30 minute yoga workout Now sometimes yoga feels a lot easier Then exercise going to the gym and lifting heavy weights especially when you don't have to drive anywhere but yoga has massive benefits on your body.

Amin Ahmed:

The other thing you could do for your health and wellbeing Is to cultivate a mindset of mindfulness build a daily meditation or breath work routine That will help reduce your stress and make you feel better overall.

Amin Ahmed:
