As the world around us is constantly changing, evolving and calling us into a new dynamic for life and living, it's so important for us to train ourselves to be mindfully present in each and every moment. The pandemic, through emotional impact, forced us to move away from some well established paradigms.
This shows all of us that patterns and programming can indeed be changed. The key now is to deliberately and intentionally establish new paradigms (habits and programming) that support what we want to experience in our personal and professional lives.
