Jason Hladyniuk has been in the auto service industry for over 18 years which includes 10 years with Ford Dealerships and 8 years as a partner in Oxford Tire and Auto Centre.
He is a big believer in ongoing training and personal self-improvement. He believes that our external world is a reflection of our internal world. Understanding what it takes to be a better person (from within) translates to a better external world. Jason says, “Hard work, passion and trying new ideas and processes is what keeps us motivated at OXTAC. 
Knowing there is no limit to our success so giving away what we want is one of our principles”.
