A Relationship Coach Reports - Her Body Drove Her To Embrace Her Comprehensive Approach
"Before becoming a relationship coach I spent almost ten years ill with chronic illness such as Interstitial Cystitis, Fibromyalgia, and Irritable Bowel - and then healed myself through natural methods such as fitness, nutrition, and meditation. That experience transformed my life and lead me to explore holistic healing. I also spent 15 years in a bad marriage and, after 3 times separated from a non-evolving marriage, I am finally divorced.
Through those years I began having meta-physical and spiritual experiences. I went on a quest to understand them and found quantum physics. When I was only 10 all of my friends wanted to be teachers and models and I wanted to be a "brain" surgeon. My passion for the mind band brain awakened once again and I began searching for the connections between mind, brain, spirituality, science, and the physical world. My most interesting experiences have been the intuitive and healing work that I have been able to do knowing what I know.
I practice what I preach."
Amy's Objectives Include Children
"I am firm believer in education. Ignorance is not bliss. By sharing stories and experiences we begin to plant seeds and infuse the potential for change. I believe that children should be taught to meditate in some form. We should all be doing brain-type exercises as well as practice informed brain nutrition."
Amy's message in one sentence: Become active with your own recovery; just thinking doesn't work as well as using a comprehensive, action-oriented approach.
