Whether you're dealing with autoimmune problems, sleep issues, trauma, mindset blocks, or any other health issues you are in the right place. In this show, we cover all of these topics and more. She has made it her life's mission to teach others who are suffering, how to lead a more holistic life. We are so excited to welcome you to the show. Now let's get to improving our health.

Amanda Elise Love:

What is health, health is not the lack of disease present a presence of vibrancy, the lack of any undiagnosed disease is not asserting the that you are indeed healthy. It's always something that is changing and you can only do the best you can. Yes, it's true that genetics play a part in our inherent weaknesses. That does not mean genetic predispositions to certain conditions are a life sentence. Remember, that switch can be turned on. But it can also be turned off just think we don't even need to think about turning it on. If we do things that build up our health and not do the activities that deplete it. GOP city and heart disease run in your family. Though it can be your lifestyle choices that can pass it along. We all know that not eating the right foods that aren't healthy, supportive isn't great, along with not getting enough deep restful sleep enough exercise not dealing with stress in a healthy manner. Not working out and not drinking enough fresh filtered water, along with our general deposition is what causes ill health or disease in the body, then we can realize that doing the opposite of that would build up our health. This means that everything we do during the day and night matters. This means that while we put into our body, what we think about and the relationships affect whether we are building health or building disease. This also means food. I want you to think about what you had the last three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Think about each meal was and all the ingredients that were in that meal. When you think of this, it will give you a clearer idea of whether what you eat is going to build up your health and your health goals, or is it working against you. That small thought of what is on your plate or in your cup is a big thing. That one query about what's in your cup or on your plate will tell you all you need to know know there are eight keys areas to consider on this path of health or disease. The one I'm not going to talk about is our attitude, and how we process the challenges and highlights that we experienced. This will come in at later episode. Number one hereditary. This is the stuff we are born with, and that our family gets us. So this is a big excuse that we use a lot is that it's our hereditary and we can't feel better. This includes things such as kidney stones, depression and cancer. And those do run in our families. Now I'm sure this is true. And I'm certain healthcare finishes run more in one family than another. But think about that, you know that? That it's a gift, you know the weaknesses you are dealing with, and it's your responsibility to take charge of it and work to prevent it. Number two, poor diet and lifestyle. Most of us have been to all have the rare luxury to be able to choose what we want to eat. But with all the choices we have this led most of us down a long winding path and direction that we shouldn't go. We can eat this healthy meal with proteins carbs, healthy fat and vegetables, such as that Dilek super powered green salad, complete with sunflower seeds, avocado sprouts for chicken or Tapi and delectable balsamic dressing. Or we can eat that fast food burger. Well what are you going to choose? It will affect how you move along the path to wellness or illness. Number three vitamin and mineral deficiency. With our best effort with eating well we are most likely lacking in vitamins and minerals because the quality of our soil is not the same as it was hundreds of years ago. Also the hundreds of miles that our food travels plays a part and lost nutrients. Also during signs of stress, we need more nutrients. Some signs of depletion are severe hair loss Bone pain, brittle hair and nails, bleeding gums and more. This is a good time to top up with vitamins. Number four artificial food additives. Now think about the question, does food build illness? Or does it build health? Of course, food additives are definitely not building health. They are pure chemicals that have no nutritional value, and may actually have serious health hazard warnings. They are dangerous and been banned in other countries. When a doubt keep it out.

Number five pesticides and chemical exposure. This is one of those things we don't have much control of like, for example, what the workplace is clean with, are we if we get stuck behind a truck on the freeway, though, we can make good choices on what cleaning products we buy, along with cosmetics and the foods that we eat. Six environmental pollution. This is something you can't control especially if you're living in a city, though there are ways that work to to avoid pollution as much as possible. This can mean not being a rooms that been freshly painted, staying away from anyone while they're smoking, and making sure to put a filter on your shower and sink bosses, which helps avoid the chemicals in our water. These are just some of the ways that we can reduce the pollution on our part. Number seven digestion problems and inner internal toxicity. Are you think about where this came from? This happens when we leave a lot of feedlot meat, processed dairy, refined flour, sugar and booze. And, frankly, used depressant medications. This is how we create a ripe environment of pollution in our digestive systems. This, in turn, will impair our ongoing ability to digest and assimilate the nutrients from our food aid suppressive medications. When you have health symptoms, this is your potty telling you that there's something not right with your body that you need to do something. Well we do don't we we end up popping a pill to make that warning go away. That's equivalent of taking a sledgehammer to the check engine light on your car. Yes, the light is no longer flashing, but the root cause of the problem hasn't gone away. Can you see how we do that every day has an impact or whether we move up the path towards health or continue to cart Well, our way down the path to the end stage of disease. I hope these eight keys to building health were helpful, I want you to know that health is for everyone. You don't have to be diagnosed with fibromyalgia as I was almost 12 years ago to work on your health. There are many ways to improve your health. And this podcast is for those who are tired of the traditional medical approach. I want to leave you with this most healthcare practitioners don't know what holistic health is. So how do I expect you the layperson to know the concept of holism as the whole consists of interconnected and interdependent parts, the parts are interconnected and that they cannot exist without the others and interdependent and that what affects one will by necessity alter the others. addition, when the parts operate as a whole. They bring synergy. In other words, the whole is greater than sum of its parts. There is a synergistic effect and dressing the whole person when it comes to let's take health. One plus one plus one equals four, though, therefore it's fully to perceive physical health and neglect the spiritual and mental emotional aspects of our being. And this is a quote from David Sanderson and the book is called the Christian's guide to realistic health
