Hello, everyone. Welcome to another episode on Get

Seen with Leilani Wealth. I'm so excited about this

episode with our special guest and Get Seen speaker, Deanna

Jean. She is here with us today for the special Holiday

Entrepreneur Summit, our fourth annual Holiday Entrepreneur Summit

to share along with me about everything we have coming

up and why you should be there this year. Welcome,

Deanna. Hey, Leilani. I'm super excited to be here,

and I'm super excited about the you know. This is

your second year. Last year, you were the MC. Yeah, it was fun. It was

a lot of fun for. Yeah, yeah, it definitely was a lot of

fun. You were like most of the fun. You were so

good at being an MC. It was so hard to bring

you back, not as the MC, but I was like, I can't have her be

the keynote and the MC. And there we have it. So now

you are the keynote speaker. And the reason why I

asked Deanna and I'm so grateful she said yes. To be the keynote

speaker is we have been doing so much

work collaborating together, and it

just made sense. It made sense that there's so much intertwining with

our communities, and I am going to

her retreat events and just so

much to know and learn about collaborating. So,

yeah, I'm so excited you said yes and share a little bit about yourself with

everyone if they're just getting to know you. Hey. Yeah. Well, I am

Deanna Jean. I'm your Collab Queen, as you might have kind of

devised a little bit from Leilani's intro.

And I'm super passionate about bringing

experts together so that they can exchange ideas and

innovation that are really going to take their businesses to the next

level. And Leilani is a core part of

our membership. We do this in a community called the Success Tribe, and

it really, truly is a magical place. And I'm

super excited to be part of the Holiday Entrepreneur Summit

because it gives us the opportunity to bring together

these amazing experts and exchange

ideas, to be able to talk through

things that have worked, maybe things that haven't worked. Being able

to have all of that amazing energy in one space

really is no other place that I'd rather be. So I'm super excited to

be able to contribute, but most importantly, to learn from the other

amazing experts in the summit. I love that you shared that,

because this is a summit where you come to get all of your marketing

needs taken care of going into 2024. And I

am so lucky to have some of the top

experts in individual areas of their

expertise in marketing. I mean, we have someone in podcasts

launching who is an expert in marketing podcasts.

We have Deanna, who's an expert in collaborating, which is a large

form of marketing that goes over people's heads.

We have someone who does outstanding graphics, a

graphics guru who's showing you how to market through visuals and the list goes

on. Right. And so I think that it's important to understand

when we look at, number one, the need to

collaborate, let's just start there. I mean, collaborating really opens your eyes

to it's not just one person to get the job done. You need so

many people for so many different things, right? Absolutely. And

again, you need people to be able to make introductions for

you. You need people to exchange ideas with. You

need people to keep you at the top of your game. A lot of times

in the Success tribe, what we find is that people are there. Yeah. Because they

can get clients. Right. And like, clients are going to come to you, but they

really don't want to miss out on the opportunity to

exchange an idea. They really don't want to miss out on the

opportunity to create something really cool with someone else. They

really don't want to miss out on the opportunity to make an introduction for

someone when they see them. That next week. And

the Holiday Entrepreneur Summit takes that and puts it on

steroids and tells you how to be able to really pull those things

together in order to set yourself up for success for

2024. Oh, I love the way you're sharing and describing this. It's

exactly what it does. And I really hope

that all of you guys are listening to this, thinking about not

just what you are going to do and what you can take away,

but what you have done and what you have accomplished. Right. Because another

aspect of this summit is we aim to celebrate ourselves.

So, yes, we're going to learn and this is some

incredible information you're going to get. You're going to get all the resources that

you need. And in addition to that, you don't just get to sit there and

go, oh, well, I need to do this, I need to this. You get to

say, I have done this, I have done that. Wow. Pat yourself on the back

before you dive into the holidays and spend that time with

your loved ones. And you can really just sit in the fact that even if

you're here, the simple fact alone that you made it to the Holiday Entrepreneur

Summit will tell you that you are intentional

and you are someone to be celebrated. And we're excited to

celebrate with you. We're excited about all the giveaways and being

able to just really celebrate you and your

accomplishments with you. Yeah, it's going to be a great

opportunity to be in community, which is a core

value between you and I. And honestly, I think that's the

thing that drew us to one another so quickly, but also the thing

that allows for us to continue to build relationship and to

build those bridges for our clients as well. So

anytime you have the opportunity to be in community

with a group of experts who are

excited about sharing the things that they've learned, who

are excited about exchanging ideas. You don't want to miss

the opportunity. And again, that's exactly what's going to be happening at the Holly

Entrepreneur Summit. Wonderful. Wonderful. I'm loving this

so much, and I know that so many of you, if not hopefully all of
