Speaker:episode with our special guest and Get Seen speaker, Deanna
Speaker:Jean. She is here with us today for the special Holiday
Speaker:Entrepreneur Summit, our fourth annual Holiday Entrepreneur Summit
Speaker:to share along with me about everything we have coming
Speaker:up and why you should be there this year. Welcome,
Speaker:Deanna. Hey, Leilani. I'm super excited to be here,
Speaker:and I'm super excited about the you know. This is
Speaker:your second year. Last year, you were the MC. Yeah, it was fun. It was
Speaker:a lot of fun for. Yeah, yeah, it definitely was a lot of
Speaker:fun. You were like most of the fun. You were so
Speaker:good at being an MC. It was so hard to bring
Speaker:you back, not as the MC, but I was like, I can't have her be
Speaker:the keynote and the MC. And there we have it. So now
Speaker:you are the keynote speaker. And the reason why I
Speaker:asked Deanna and I'm so grateful she said yes. To be the keynote
Speaker:speaker is we have been doing so much
Speaker:work collaborating together, and it
Speaker:just made sense. It made sense that there's so much intertwining with
Speaker:our communities, and I am going to
Speaker:her retreat events and just so
Speaker:much to know and learn about collaborating. So,
Speaker:yeah, I'm so excited you said yes and share a little bit about yourself with
Speaker:everyone if they're just getting to know you. Hey. Yeah. Well, I am
Speaker:Deanna Jean. I'm your Collab Queen, as you might have kind of
Speaker:devised a little bit from Leilani's intro.
Speaker:And I'm super passionate about bringing
Speaker:experts together so that they can exchange ideas and
Speaker:innovation that are really going to take their businesses to the next
Speaker:level. And Leilani is a core part of
Speaker:our membership. We do this in a community called the Success Tribe, and
Speaker:it really, truly is a magical place. And I'm
Speaker:super excited to be part of the Holiday Entrepreneur Summit
Speaker:because it gives us the opportunity to bring together
Speaker:these amazing experts and exchange
Speaker:ideas, to be able to talk through
Speaker:things that have worked, maybe things that haven't worked. Being able
Speaker:to have all of that amazing energy in one space
Speaker:really is no other place that I'd rather be. So I'm super excited to
Speaker:be able to contribute, but most importantly, to learn from the other
Speaker:amazing experts in the summit. I love that you shared that,
Speaker:because this is a summit where you come to get all of your marketing
Speaker:needs taken care of going into 2024. And I
Speaker:am so lucky to have some of the top
Speaker:experts in individual areas of their
Speaker:expertise in marketing. I mean, we have someone in podcasts
Speaker:launching who is an expert in marketing podcasts.
Speaker:We have Deanna, who's an expert in collaborating, which is a large
Speaker:form of marketing that goes over people's heads.
Speaker:We have someone who does outstanding graphics, a
Speaker:graphics guru who's showing you how to market through visuals and the list goes
Speaker:on. Right. And so I think that it's important to understand
Speaker:when we look at, number one, the need to
Speaker:collaborate, let's just start there. I mean, collaborating really opens your eyes
Speaker:to it's not just one person to get the job done. You need so
Speaker:many people for so many different things, right? Absolutely. And
Speaker:again, you need people to be able to make introductions for
Speaker:you. You need people to exchange ideas with. You
Speaker:need people to keep you at the top of your game. A lot of times
Speaker:in the Success tribe, what we find is that people are there. Yeah. Because they
Speaker:can get clients. Right. And like, clients are going to come to you, but they
Speaker:really don't want to miss out on the opportunity to
Speaker:exchange an idea. They really don't want to miss out on the
Speaker:opportunity to create something really cool with someone else. They
Speaker:really don't want to miss out on the opportunity to make an introduction for
Speaker:someone when they see them. That next week. And
Speaker:the Holiday Entrepreneur Summit takes that and puts it on
Speaker:steroids and tells you how to be able to really pull those things
Speaker:together in order to set yourself up for success for
Speaker:2024. Oh, I love the way you're sharing and describing this. It's
Speaker:exactly what it does. And I really hope
Speaker:that all of you guys are listening to this, thinking about not
Speaker:just what you are going to do and what you can take away,
Speaker:but what you have done and what you have accomplished. Right. Because another
Speaker:aspect of this summit is we aim to celebrate ourselves.
Speaker:So, yes, we're going to learn and this is some
Speaker:incredible information you're going to get. You're going to get all the resources that
Speaker:you need. And in addition to that, you don't just get to sit there and
Speaker:go, oh, well, I need to do this, I need to this. You get to
Speaker:say, I have done this, I have done that. Wow. Pat yourself on the back
Speaker:before you dive into the holidays and spend that time with
Speaker:your loved ones. And you can really just sit in the fact that even if
Speaker:you're here, the simple fact alone that you made it to the Holiday Entrepreneur
Speaker:Summit will tell you that you are intentional
Speaker:and you are someone to be celebrated. And we're excited to
Speaker:celebrate with you. We're excited about all the giveaways and being
Speaker:able to just really celebrate you and your
Speaker:accomplishments with you. Yeah, it's going to be a great
Speaker:opportunity to be in community, which is a core
Speaker:value between you and I. And honestly, I think that's the
Speaker:thing that drew us to one another so quickly, but also the thing
Speaker:that allows for us to continue to build relationship and to
Speaker:build those bridges for our clients as well. So
Speaker:anytime you have the opportunity to be in community
Speaker:with a group of experts who are
Speaker:excited about sharing the things that they've learned, who
Speaker:are excited about exchanging ideas. You don't want to miss
Speaker:the opportunity. And again, that's exactly what's going to be happening at the Holly
Speaker:Entrepreneur Summit. Wonderful. Wonderful. I'm loving this
Speaker:so much, and I know that so many of you, if not hopefully all of
Speaker:you listening, will be with us in the room. We are virtual this
