Shownotes

Follow Your “Yes” Friday is about you.

It is about you taking a step forward in your partnerships by taking action and applying at least one thing you heard from our guests during their interviews this week.

On today’s episode, all of this week’s guests have generously provided BONUS MATERIAL, not included in the interviews you listened to earlier this week.

Each one has provided incredible examples of the power of following your “Yes”. Enjoy!

Laurie Davis Edwards

Not Following -

Laurie moved from Boston to Colorado with a past boyfriend, but did it for all the wrong reasons. It wasn’t for the relationship.

And once there were in Colorado she just knew it wasn’t going to work out.

Following -

When Laurie started her business it was the biggest Yes she ever had. But to a lot of people in her life it was a big No.

This Yes led her to seeing an application of her professional skills in a whole new way.

And she took action immediately.

She started her business that night in her pajamas and two days later, with $50 and a Twitter account, she took her company live.

When Cherry and her husband were house hunting in Los Angeles, they found a place and made an offer.

Then she woke up at night with her insides screaming “This house is a money pit.” And she thought we’ll deal with it.

Turns out they have done an 8 1/2 year renovation.

Following -

Part 1 -

Right now she is in it. Cherry has no idea where her Yes will take her.

And it’s exhilarating and liberating and completely terrifying at the same time.

Part 2 -

On Cherry’s wedding day she went into her relationship coaches group therapy group and said “I don’t know if I’m doing the right thing.”

She went into her marriage knowing she would stay as long as the love lasted.

And she knew she would survive it if it didn’t work out.
