Teamwork makes the dream work. There’s no “I” in “team,” let’s work together. You’ve heard all of the “go team” sayings before, but what about the meaning behind them? After all, teamwork DOES make the dream work, but that’s only if the entire team is on the same page. Once everyone is working together for the common good, how do you keep everyone motivated? What are some ways that managers could improve their emotional intelligence? These are some heavy questions, and to help us get our teams organized and working together is our guest Lisa Gruenloh.
Lisa is a certified professional coach and emotional intelligence coach who has held leadership positions in a variety of corporate, government, advocacy and consulting organizations throughout the country. Lisa has worked on Capitol Hill, as director of communications and a spokesperson to a U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative, and federal agency Board member. She held management roles at some of the nation’s top PR firms. She is also the founder and president of Purpose Journey Consulting, Training, and Coaching.
