- Roster news - Tyler Toffoli remains out with a lower body injury. Joel Armia remains on the NHL's COVID protocol list. Eric Staal is under one-week quarantine.
- Habs prospect report - UMD's Blake Biondi advanced to the Frozen Four. Canadiens signed defenceman Corey Schueneman to a one-year, two-way contract for the 2021-22 season. Canadiens signed forward Cole Caufield to a three-year entry-level contract. Caufield will play his first pro game in Laval. Check out The Press Zone - Montreal.
- NHL News - NHL announced updates to the Canadiens regular season schedule this week.
- Eric Staal had his first media availability as a Montreal Canadien and talked about a variety of topics.
Segment 2: Cole Caufield: The Inside Story
- The guys take a look back on being on the scene for every step of Cole Caufield's association with the Montreal Canadiens. Rocket Sports staff and contest winners travelled to Vancouver to witness Caufield being drafted 15th overall in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. Rocket Sports travelled to watch two of Caufield's road games and to record an exclusive interview with him.
- Rick and Joe are joined by Todd Milewski of the Wisconsin State Journal, who covered every moment of Caufield's college career.
