Sebastion:

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, like I said in the intro, we have

Sebastion:

a very special guest joining us today.

Sebastion:

He's a gamer, he's an anime fan, and he's just a dope overall nerd.

Sebastion:

Ladies and gentlemen, my guest today is one, the only Tyron, honest T, sir Wright

Sebastion:

, how you doing?

Sebastion:

Doing good.

Sebastion:

How about you?

Sebastion:

I'm doing well.

Sebastion:

I'm doing well.

Sebastion:

So, but before we just dive into the show, can you introduce yourself to the.

Sebastion:

Yeah, my

Honest T:

name's Tyron.

Honest T:

I'm, uh, 33, just turned 33 last week on the 28th December.

Honest T:

I'm originally from Patterson, New Jersey.

Honest T:

Uh, have you ever seen a movie called, uh, east Side?

Honest T:

Um, that's about me.

Honest T:

Like, it's about my old high school where I went while I was younger.

Honest T:

Um, I've lived in three St.

Honest T:

States.

Honest T:

I've traveled to 36 of the 50 states.

Honest T:

I play a lot of games an.

Honest T:

Um, I'm just in there.

Honest T:

I'm a blur.

Sebastion:

That's what's up.

Sebastion:

That's what's up.

Sebastion:

So I gotta ask you some icebreaker questions that we'd like to ask

Sebastion:

first time guest on the show.

Sebastion:

So the first question I have to ask you, honesty is what are

Sebastion:

your top five games of all time?

Sebastion:

Top

Honest T:

five games of all time?

Honest T:

Uh, call of Duty, black Ops.

Honest T:

Uh, midnight Club two Dub edition Re ro Scape Horizon, for

Honest T:

forbid, Midwest and Spiderman.

Honest T:

Miles.

Honest T:

Morales.

Sebastion:

That's what's up.

Sebastion:

So have you ever heard of the character Kirby?

Sebastion:

Of course.

Sebastion:

All.

Sebastion:

So my favorite character on Smash, is it really?

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

So if Kirby absorbed you, what would his powers.

Honest T:

Ooh.

Honest T:

Um, if Kirby absorbed me, it would be game playing.

Honest T:

It would be, uh, complete nerd amount.

Honest T:

Book reader.

Honest T:

I do, uh, spoken word.

Honest T:

Ooh.

Honest T:

Would that power be something audible?

Honest T:

Um, also maybe some cooking in there and some type of device.

Honest T:

Cause I love

Sebastion:

electronics.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Got it.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

So honesty though, let's dive into the topic of the show.

Sebastion:

honesty, being an anime connoisseur like yourself, what anime do you

Sebastion:

think would make a good video game?

Honest T:

even though people might not agree, I'm gonna

Honest T:

do, um, what is it called?

Honest T:

The kid that is super smart.

Honest T:

The world is pretty much not frozen over, but there's, this is it, it's not Dr.

Honest T:

Str, is it?

Honest T:

Dr.

Sebastion:

Strength?

Sebastion:

It's Dr.

Sebastion:

Stone, Dr.

Sebastion:

Dr.

Sebastion:

Stone,

Honest T:

Dr.

Honest T:

Stone.

Honest T:

That would be a dope video game just cause of the concept.

Honest T:

And you gotta imagine they have to make that open world.

Honest T:

Um, and I would love to see what people would create and build

Honest T:

and how they would explore that.

Honest T:

It's not action, obviously.

Honest T:

It had to go action wise.

Honest T:

It would probably be.

Honest T:

Bahama, and then you just introduce certain players, kinda how, uh,

Honest T:

mortal Combat did with like the, uh, mortal Combat did with Jason

Honest T:

and all those other people.

Honest T:

Mm-hmm.

Honest T:

. But yeah, one of the, I mean, definitely

Sebastion:

I think Dr.

Sebastion:

Stone's an interesting answer because I feel like in the example you gave,

Sebastion:

you went a little multiplayer in the example, but I feel like if you like Dr.

Sebastion:

Stone, To me, when I, whenever you use that as an example, I think of

Sebastion:

that almost like a city builder game, like a city skylines or maybe like a

Sebastion:

civilization type game to where you start off as nothing and nothing's around you.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

And you have to use the area and build up your own city or your own, like

Sebastion:

your own environments or build these ingenious devices and such like that.

Honest T:

Yeah, this, that actually would make it to where it's multi

Honest T:

applicable between mobile devices as well as PC and uh, game system

Honest T:

at that, at console at that

Sebastion:

point.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Dr.

Sebastion:

Stone seems like it would be a very solid game to make as a anime.

Sebastion:

What, other games come to mind?

Honest T:

Um, I would do, I would even, it's not my favorite anime of all time,

Honest T:

but I could just see it being amazing and it's old whatever history disciple kci.

Honest T:

If you take that in all the different forms of fighting that he had to learn

Honest T:

and disciplines and masters that he had, like, I just feel like that as a single

Honest T:

player campaign game would be pretty interesting to learn the history of not

Honest T:

just how from zero to Hero, but how they positions all that they had to, to get to

Honest T:

where they're, oh, where he became an Apex

Sebastion:

person.

Sebastion:

I'd love to have a game like that, where you're playing as kche or maybe like

Sebastion:

you're also like a, a rival or maybe you're in the same dojo as Kche and Yes.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

And I would rather have that be a single player, like straight up,

Sebastion:

almost hallway experience where you're playing like different levels.

Sebastion:

And the goal is almost to.

Sebastion:

You can replay levels to try to figure out like new, fighting

Sebastion:

disciplines from those levels.

Sebastion:

maybe even create your own, oh man, that's a solid idea.

Sebastion:

And then like ma like the tournament arcs and different things you can do with that.

Sebastion:

Yes.

Sebastion:

Oh, that'd be so dope.

Sebastion:

So honesty.

Sebastion:

before we move on to the next topic, do you have any other animes you're

Sebastion:

thinking about pitching as a video?

Honest T:

I gotta put bleach in that roster.

Honest T:

Thousand year blood and seeing what Yaba Moto and everybody else

Honest T:

can do, what their bonies and.

Honest T:

Entertaining That has been because I did not read the, uh, the Manga.

Honest T:

Mm-hmm.

Honest T:

. Um, that would be a really good, you can do it either or you can

Honest T:

do it multiplayer or campaign.

Honest T:

Um, cause as a campaign you can learn the actual history of the social society.

Honest T:

Mm-hmm.

Honest T:

, soul Weers and Quincy's and all that stuff.

Honest T:

Like those, that's three different gangs.

Honest T:

You got the Quincy's, you got demons, you got, and.

Honest T:

on the other side of it, multiplayer wise, you can level up or rank up,

Honest T:

um, a person to get more of their abilities all the way up to their

Honest T:

bonai and maybe even merge a play.

Honest T:

To have a second kinda bonai like that would be dope.

Sebastion:

Yeah, I am, I'm right there with you.

Sebastion:

if I was doing the bleach game, this is probably how I would structure it.

Sebastion:

I would probably have it to where you started off.

Sebastion:

, you start off with each ego learning about the soul society.

Sebastion:

So you start off at gr uh, like square one, Or even if.

Sebastion:

, even if this went like, um, dragon Ball Xeno verse route to where like in Dragon

Sebastion:

Ball Xeno verse, you created your own character and because it was like a

Sebastion:

created character, he got to basically, it was a mishmash of different things that

Sebastion:

he got to learn from other characters.

Sebastion:

I think there's so much to you in the world of bleach that hasn't

Sebastion:

been discovered yet, but for some reason we just keep getting these.

Sebastion:

Traditional fighter games, like these fighting pla like these

Sebastion:

fighting games in the rim of bleach.

Sebastion:

And I feel like that's not doing the, the IP justice there.

Sebastion:

I

Honest T:

agree.

Honest T:

I feel like there's much left on the table.

Honest T:

Uh, you don't get full with, uh, the quick and easy.

Honest T:

Um, I think the reason why they keep doing it though is cuz it gets the attention

Honest T:

like the first person shooter would.

Honest T:

So there's micro transactions and a whole bunch of other different

Honest T:

things that people can do.

Honest T:

Mm-hmm.

Honest T:

. Um, but I would definitely.

Honest T:

A much more

Sebastion:

intricate story.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

I, and yeah, I, I think you're right on the money there.

Sebastion:

Like there's, I feel like developing a, traditional fighter, like a street

Sebastion:

fighter or like a mortal combat, it's a probably gonna be a lot easier

Sebastion:

to get that off the ground, then actually developing a three system open

Sebastion:

world game where you created another character and you have to like, yeah.

Sebastion:

Basically build everything up from the ground up in a, in a new engine.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

I, I think that's a herculean task that most developers don't wanna invest in.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Unfortunately

Honest T:

they're here for the, uh, convenience and the speed

Honest T:

versus the quality in most cases.

Honest T:

Cause you.

Honest T:

Horizon that that has, that's next level

Honest T:

, Sebastion: but yeah.

Honest T:

Yeah.

Honest T:

Horizon's also got, you know, the Sony's budget behind it though

Honest T:

, that that kinda helps when you have like that big money budget.

Honest T:

True.

Honest T:

So honesty, uh, we're gonna do something a little more untraditional for the show.

Honest T:

I wanted to give this episode its own secret sauce, so to speak.

Honest T:

Have you ever watched a good burger?

Honest T:

Of course Home of the Good Burger, Kentucky order.

Honest T:

I wanted to give it that good burger add sauce, man.

Honest T:

Let's do it.

Honest T:

Let's do it.

Honest T:

How can I help?

Honest T:

All right, so I have a game that I wanna play.

Honest T:

It's Would You Rather the video game edition?

Honest T:

I have a series of questions and I'm gonna p pop each one of these in and

Honest T:

you're just, you know, off the top of your head, probably like 20 seconds or less.

Honest T:

Just answer, would you rather?

Honest T:

And there's no, there's no wrong answers.

Honest T:

Of course, people are gonna judge you anyways, but

Honest T:

there's no wrong answers here.

Honest T:

So, without further ado, let's get started.

Honest T:

So, honesty, would you, have N NBA a street back or a brand new crash.

Honest T:

Bandicoot game.

Honest T:

Yeah.

Honest T:

Um, crash has been, I, I'm gonna lie, it's nostalgic.

Honest T:

Love it to pieces, but I would say NBA Street, um, I literally stopped playing,

Honest T:

well, whatever NBA Street, that's my

Sebastion:

you had to think your way through that one.

Sebastion:

Huh?

Sebastion:

I gotcha, I gotcha.

Sebastion:

Alright.

Sebastion:

So would you rather have an Xbox but you only get Xbox Game Pass?

Sebastion:

Like you don't get to any other, any other games to come with it or a

Sebastion:

Nintendo Switch, but you can only play first party Nintendo games and you get

Sebastion:

those first party Nintendo games for.

Sebastion:

So that would be like Mario.

Sebastion:

That would be Zelda, donkey Kong, all those.

Sebastion:

But that's the only games you can.

Sebastion:

That's a game

Honest T:

shame or console shame.

Honest T:

But, uh, since I've been a Sony guy, I'm gonna lean the Nintendo away

Honest T:

because those are nostalgic games that I paid played in my childhood

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Okay, so you, you're choosing the Nintendo Switch, which you can only play

Sebastion:

the Nintendo Switch, like first party.

Sebastion:

Yep.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Honest T:

I know a lot of people are gonna be like,

Sebastion:

what?

Sebastion:

I understand, I understand.

Sebastion:

So would you rather have to live in the world of horizon for Ben West, but

Sebastion:

you're not the main character, you're just some bum on the street , like you're

Sebastion:

just in DC A regular, yeah, regular npc.

Sebastion:

You're just a bum on the street.

Sebastion:

Would you rather have to live in the horizon?

Sebastion:

Forbidden West World or live in Spider-Man's New York City where

Sebastion:

you're just a random guy on the.

Honest T:

So it would be much safer to be a random guy in Spider-Man, New York City.

Honest T:

I'm gonna say that.

Honest T:

You

Sebastion:

think so like,

Honest T:

cause I love Horizon.

Honest T:

But if I had to live that life with Hades and everything, all types of random

Honest T:

robots trying to kill me, as well as you got other villages and tribes and people

Honest T:

raiding like it's so much more dangerous.

Honest T:

It's beautiful.

Honest T:

It's way more beautiful.

Honest T:

So much more to explore at Horizon.

Honest T:

But it's safer to live in Spiderman's

Sebastion:

world.

Sebastion:

Oh my goodness.

Sebastion:

Like, I, I don't know, man.

Sebastion:

Like, let, let's talk about this.

Sebastion:

Well, let's put the game on pause because I think this is a, we,

Sebastion:

there's a philosophical like question that, that just arose here.

Sebastion:

Like, is it really safer though?

Sebastion:

Because like Spider-Man, New York, you always got some bad guys coming at you.

Sebastion:

Facts always like the, the city's always being messed.

Sebastion:

True.

Sebastion:

like Spider-Man, miles, Morales, like you're just a black man minding

Sebastion:

a black ass business at the mall.

Sebastion:

And all of a sudden Rhino just runs like right through where you were

Sebastion:

standing previously with spider-man on his back, just riding through

Sebastion:

the mall, just tearing up some shit.

Sebastion:

And you were just there trying to get your Js, trying to get, eat your little

Sebastion:

cinnamon roll and all of a sudden, like the whole mall's just racked up, you know?

Honest T:

So here's my scale.

Honest T:

Spider-Man does have a lot of enemies, some inter and all that good stuff, right?

Honest T:

But he doesn't do like Marvel level.

Honest T:

Marble Avengers level damage.

Honest T:

So it's normally concentrated to this one spot or a few

Honest T:

buildings or something like that.

Honest T:

Um, I'm looking at Aloy.

Honest T:

I mean, if you go to Horizon Forbidden West, you have like 30, 40 different

Honest T:

creatures that can kill you randomly.

Honest T:

you have waring tribes that can kill you.

Honest T:

Mm-hmm.

Honest T:

, you have just nature itself that can kill you.

Honest T:

, there's so many more things to have to worry about than, uh, dropping the bucket.

Honest T:

Uh, I might be in the middle of Spider-Man versus, um, um, rhino or Spider-Man

Honest T:

versus, um, Uh, what's his name?

Honest T:

Alligator fricking thing.

Sebastion:

Whatever the lizard is.

Sebastion:

Is that what you're Yeah, yeah.

Honest T:

Or like, you know, that's like a concentrated area.

Honest T:

Where, you know, some people might lose their lives, but if you're on

Honest T:

the other side of Brooklyn while this is happening, you're safe.

Honest T:

You got normal traffic, normal theft, and normal craziness to worry about.

Honest T:

Whereas if I'm immersed in the horizon world, there are so many things that

Honest T:

are potential threats and that can

Sebastion:

actually kill me.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

That.

Sebastion:

Hold on, hold on for a second.

Sebastion:

Cuz I, you have a point though, because like, if you're a per

Sebastion:

particular person in the Spider-Man world, you still have access to all

Sebastion:

the technology you do today as well.

Sebastion:

Yep.

Sebastion:

Yep.

Sebastion:

But, but here, here's my, my counterpoint here.

Sebastion:

You remember like spoilers everyone for Horizon Forbidden West and,

Sebastion:

um, spider-Man, by the way.

Sebastion:

Spider-Man, miles Morales and Spider-Man ps4 because we're about to

Sebastion:

do a, like a deep dive debate here.

Sebastion:

I wanted to talk to you though, so you played through Spider-Man,

Sebastion:

um, PS4 and PS five, right?

Sebastion:

The the one with Peter?

Sebastion:

Yep.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

Here's the scary thing.

Sebastion:

Do you remember like at the, towards the end of the game, like when Doc

Sebastion:

o unleashes devil's breath and all of New York gets infected and then

Sebastion:

you're dropping like for us, Yeah,

Honest T:

okay.

Honest T:

Valid point.

Honest T:

That's a very valid play.

Sebastion:

Like if you, that's one, you were just minding your business in

Sebastion:

Brooklyn and all of a sudden, like you just, you're just dropping, dropping dead

Sebastion:

because Spider-Man decided like Spider-Man and one of his villains just decided, Hey,

Sebastion:

we just don't want to act right today.

Sebastion:

You know?

Sebastion:

Would you rather

Honest T:

be a person on the sideline having faith and Spiderman to do his job?

Honest T:

That he's here for with the support of the entire, uh, Avengers behind

Honest T:

him at some point in reality?

Honest T:

Or would you rather be a random villager in the Horizon franchise having, you

Honest T:

can't even trust Aloy because she's using foreign devices that you are not, you

Honest T:

know, that's not allowed, that's taboo.

Honest T:

And she's not even allowed in your village.

Honest T:

So how you don't have anybody coming to protect you or Xavier , it's just.

Sebastion:

Yeah, that's true.

Sebastion:

That's true.

Sebastion:

Ooh, man, this is a hard question cuz like spider, there's so many in

Sebastion:

convenient things that you're right.

Sebastion:

You, you do still have the technology in, in the world of Spider-Man, you

Sebastion:

still have Spider-Man and the Avengers

Honest T:

Protection.

Honest T:

Literally go home, close my door in and maybe make it through Spider-Man

Honest T:

fighting one of his villains

Sebastion:

here.

Sebastion:

Here's the thing though, surpris, oh, go ahead.

Sebastion:

Go ahead.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

I was supposed to say like, here's the thing though, like

Sebastion:

Spider-Man almost attracts.

Sebastion:

Disaster and it attracts like other things.

Sebastion:

Like there's almost instances that wouldn't happen in the comic

Sebastion:

book universe, in the comic book world, just because Spider-Man

Sebastion:

being there made it happen.

Sebastion:

You know, like they were just mm-hmm.

Sebastion:

. , they were created because like Peter ended up doing something

Sebastion:

that he probably shouldn't have.

Sebastion:

And you know, like, or they were like, Hey, like I'm craving the hunter.

Sebastion:

I was minding my business over at the other side of the world.

Sebastion:

I hear there's a spider-man, I want to come to New York now just because

Sebastion:

I want to challenge that spider.

Sebastion:

You know?

Sebastion:

Yep.

Honest T:

I mean, but then you gotta think how many other characters

Honest T:

live in New York that attack the same, attracts that same a.

Sebastion:

Mm.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

I mean, Daredevil.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Yep.

Sebastion:

Um, fantastic career.

Sebastion:

I dunno if you're like

Honest T:

me, if you're, I automatically place Gotham in, in New York.

Honest T:

I'm sorry.

Honest T:

It's just my thing.

Honest T:

. Sebastion: So, um, I always thought Gotham

Honest T:

, Honest T: no, for me.

Honest T:

Uh, so here's how I.

Honest T:

If I had to place it like in actual New York City, Gotham would be like Brooklyn.

Honest T:

And then, um, what's the one for Superman?

Sebastion:

Uh, metropolis.

Sebastion:

Metropolis

Honest T:

would be like Manhattan.

Honest T:

So, oh, that's kinda, um, if I really wanted to be like unfair, I would say

Honest T:

Gotham is Harlem because black Mecca.

Honest T:

But anyway, um, yeah, so you got all these other different characters

Honest T:

that live and attract the same type of attention smack dab in that city.

Sebastion:

Hold on, hold on, hold on.

Sebastion:

I'll, you know, just, just philosophically speaking and comic nerd in me, I don't

Sebastion:

think you can do that with Superman because like, you know, Smallville,

Sebastion:

Smallville, Kansas is like, yeah, he's and his, he and right next door

Sebastion:

to like, can like Smallville wills.

Honest T:

I get what you're getting at.

Honest T:

Yeah, but I'm going based off of, um, Batman versus Superman.

Honest T:

Oh

Sebastion:

man movie.

Sebastion:

We can't take that bad movie as.

Sebastion:

I actually

Honest T:

enjoyed it.

Honest T:

This is the reason why, what, what, there's a reason why I gotta speak

Honest T:

about this, that Ben Af, like as Batman, even though he was persecuted

Honest T:

and now everybody wants a back, he was the most realistic Batman.

Honest T:

Batman wasn't a just gun superhero, he was a dick, and he

Honest T:

wasn't really necessarily nice.

Honest T:

Um, so the, the persona.

Honest T:

The outfit, the do you Bleed?

Honest T:

That one line made that whole scene for me.

Honest T:

Um, and you know, how many times did Batman kill Superman in the comics?

Honest T:

Nobody wants to talk about that, but him doing it in movies, it was like shunned.

Honest T:

And I'm just like, bro, this is, this actually happened.

Honest T:

He makes so many different types of kryptonite and yeah, I loved it.

Honest T:

Um, I really wish that we could have gotten to see what it looked

Honest T:

like under, uh, what's his name that made, uh, the, that series

Sebastion:

Zack s.

Honest T:

The Snyder would've been, I would love to have seen a s a Snyder bat

Honest T:

specifically would've been phenomenal to

Sebastion:

see.

Sebastion:

Oh man, you're wild.

Sebastion:

You are wild man.

Sebastion:

. Hey,

Honest T:

I'm sorry I go against the grade a little bit, but that's like in factual.

Honest T:

Um, the best, um, I'm sorry, I should say this more specifically too.

Honest T:

He's a better Batman.

Honest T:

Not, um, what's his name?

Honest T:

What's his name?

Honest T:

When he's not Batman?

Sebastion:

Christian Bale.

Sebastion:

You're, you're, you're, you're saying that he's a better Bruce Wayne than he is.

Sebastion:

Then Christian Bell and was are like that.

Sebastion:

That tragic was, yeah.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Honest T:

Oh yeah.

Honest T:

Now everybody knocks that too.

Honest T:

I didn't like that movie that much, but I understand it was the beginning.

Honest T:

It was the intro detective by, you have to understand that there's so many different

Honest T:

types, so for what it was supposed to do, Um, I still think he did his job.

Honest T:

I think he, it was weird how I trying to make him Flex muscles

Honest T:

that he didn't necessarily have

Honest T:

. Sebastion: Um, you're talking

Honest T:

With Robert Paton.

Honest T:

Yeah, I'm

Honest T:

talking about that one now.

Honest T:

Ok.

Honest T:

When he was pushing the table, I'm just like, come on bro.

Honest T:

. I,

Sebastion:

but I enjoyed the Batman.

Sebastion:

I did not like, uh, I don't like the Snyder verse

Sebastion:

, Honest T: but, oh, no.

Sebastion:

You like, I'm a real, like I love bat.

Sebastion:

That's my favorite character.

Sebastion:

I love Batman, to the point to where my mom had a customized book from New York

Sebastion:

City with me doing an adventure and me and Batman solving several crimes together.

Sebastion:

Oh,

Sebastion:

that's, that's sweet.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

So let's get back to the game here cuz we've deviated from the

Sebastion:

path let's dive back into it.

Sebastion:

So would you rather have to face Scorpion Mortal combat games in a,

Sebastion:

in just one-to-one street fight?

Sebastion:

Or would you rather have to fight Eddie from ticking?

Honest T:

So not even a contest.

Honest T:

I'd rather fight Eddie who's a living being that can actually die than a.

Honest T:

I'm gonna take my chances with Eddie cause I can shoot Eddie like

Honest T:

shooting Scorpion does nothing.

Sebastion:

can feel you.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

This next one, it might be a little difficult if you haven't

Sebastion:

played either of these games, but we'll, we'll ask it anyways.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

Would you rather be the main character in a ratchet and clink game You ever

Sebastion:

played ratchet and clink, by the way?

Sebastion:

Mm-hmm.

Sebastion:

? Yes, I have.

Sebastion:

So would you rather have be ratchet and clink where you're, you, you have all

Sebastion:

the guns or, and everything like that?

Sebastion:

Or would you rather be a Spartan in the master chief universe?

Sebastion:

So in the halo.

Sebastion:

Ooh, that's good.

Sebastion:

So both of 'em, you're both of 'em.

Sebastion:

You're carrying guns, you're, you're doing your thing, you're

Sebastion:

fighting aliens and both of them.

Sebastion:

Yep.

Sebastion:

Um, I

Honest T:

think even though Vietnam main character sounds way more fun

Honest T:

on playing, I would still choose the Spartan Cause I enjoy Halo.

Honest T:

Like that's the only game where I'm.

Honest T:

Microsoft Got it right.

Honest T:

all the way.

Honest T:

Right.

Honest T:

I would literally go to my friend's house to play spritz

Honest T:

split screen for freaking Halo.

Honest T:

Um, so I'd probably be a

Sebastion:

Spartan.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

That that makes sense.

Sebastion:

That makes sense.

Sebastion:

all right, so if one of these two games got to release tomorrow and

Sebastion:

your decision basically got to decide which one of these came out to

Sebastion:

tomorrow, which one would you choose?

Sebastion:

You got Red Dead Redemption three.

Sebastion:

A brand new Red Dead game is, you know, straight off the, the heels of

Sebastion:

Red Dead Redemption two, which was a phenomenal Western open World game.

Sebastion:

Or would you choose Grandfa six?

Sebastion:

Yeah, that's not

Honest T:

even a contest.

Honest T:

Um, I am in the minority, but I did not like Red Dead Redemption two, so

Honest T:

it would be grant theft final six, because I can play that forever.

Sebastion:

I'm being honest.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Okay, so, so not even a, didn't even hesitate.

Sebastion:

Nope.

Sebastion:

, Honest T: I traded my red debt too for

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Didn't look back.

Sebastion:

Huh?

Sebastion:

Didn't look back since then.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

I gotcha.

Sebastion:

I gotcha.

Sebastion:

So this last one, you can pick the superpowers from any game

Sebastion:

that you've played personally or,

Sebastion:

You can have the cheat codes from gta.

Sebastion:

Which power would you want?

Sebastion:

Ooh,

Honest T:

any superpowers in any game?

Honest T:

This is tough.

Honest T:

Oh, only game I played recently is I actually had a superpower

Honest T:

would be spider than Miles Morales.

Honest T:

So if I could have all of Peter Parker's powers, yeah, I'm probably doing that

Sebastion:

over the codes and G C.

Sebastion:

A hundred percent.

Sebastion:

Oh man, that that one's, ooh, that one's tough for me cuz I'm like gt gta.

Sebastion:

If all I had to do was enter in like up, down, up, down, 1, 2, 3, 4, and I just

Sebastion:

get like 10 Gs every time I do that.

Sebastion:

Oh my goodness.

Sebastion:

Boy, you couldn't tell me nothing.

Honest T:

I like the option, but I'd much rather, I don't know, I've always

Honest T:

chosen to do things the hard way than the other people, so I'm like, eh, it

Honest T:

wouldn't be super convenient, easy, but then it's like, I don't get to

Honest T:

fail to, I don't get to fail forward.

Honest T:

So I'm, I'd rather fail forward and, and figure it out than,

Honest T:

and have an opportunity in real life to have the abilities of

Honest T:

all the abilities of be partner.

Honest T:

Yeah,

Sebastion:

no, I'll take that.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

I like that.

Sebastion:

I like that.

Sebastion:

I like the, you're sticking with your convictions here and I like that

Sebastion:

Honesty.

Sebastion:

Your first question is in the realm of video games.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

Are you, are you familiar with the realm of video games?

Sebastion:

Yeah, I play a lot of video games.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

So you're feeling confident is what you're telling me.

Sebastion:

So far, so good.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

All right, so in the realm of video games, which game did Mario first appear?

Sebastion:

Oh frick.

Sebastion:

Um, super Mario Bros.

Sebastion:

That is a very good, very good guess, but unfortunately is incorrect.

Sebastion:

Mario first appeared in Donkey Kong.

Sebastion:

Donkey.

Sebastion:

You know what's

Honest T:

crazy?

Honest T:

No lie.

Honest T:

I was gonna say Donkey Kong.

Honest T:

I'm so mad I didn't go in my gut.

Honest T:

. I'm so mad.

Honest T:

The first thing that popped in was dunking.

Honest T:

I was like,

Sebastion:

nah, that can't be right.

Sebastion:

Always go with your first instinct.

Sebastion:

Always go with it.

Sebastion:

It's all good.

Sebastion:

It's all good.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

I mean, so far you missed the first one, but it's all good.

Sebastion:

You can, you can clean up the rest of them.

Sebastion:

You still have a chance to get second place with four questions.

Sebastion:

Are you ready?

Sebastion:

I'm ready.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

So in the realm of Star War, . Okay.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

You, you sound pretty confident.

Sebastion:

Let's go in Star Wars.

Sebastion:

What is the name of the character who sold Anika Skywalker?

Sebastion:

Sold Ana.

Honest T:

I do not remember.

Honest T:

Dang, that's taking it back.

Honest T:

. Um, I don't, yeah, I don't remember.

Honest T:

I can't

Sebastion:

even begin to

Sebastion:

So just, uh, brush up here.

Sebastion:

Anaan Skywalker was sold a, you know, as a slave to Quan Gian

Sebastion:

bought Ankin Skywalker from wa.

Honest T:

Man, I wish I, yeah, yeah.

Honest T:

If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready.

Honest T:

Clearly, I wasn't ready

Sebastion:

It's all good.

Sebastion:

In the realm of Marvel, specifically the M C U.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

which two characters played Spider?

Sebastion:

Like two actors played Spider-Man before Tom Holland.

Sebastion:

Uh, Andy

Honest T:

Griffin.

Honest T:

Toby Toby McGuire.

Honest T:

Is it Toby McGuire to uh, so Tom Holland.

Honest T:

Andy Andrew Griffin.

Honest T:

I thought it was his name.

Honest T:

And

Sebastion:

Toby McGuire.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

What's your final answer?

Honest T:

I'm gonna say Andy Griffin and Toby.

Honest T:

Did I say that's wrong?

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Try that again.

Sebastion:

I'm a,

Honest T:

and I can't remember his full name.

Honest T:

I know it's Toby something, and then I think it's Andrew something.

Honest T:

I can't remember their last name though.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

What?

Sebastion:

What's the final answer?

Sebastion:

I'm gonna just say Toby and Andrew.

Sebastion:

I'll take that.

Sebastion:

I will take that it.

Sebastion:

It's Toby McGuire and Andrew Garfield.

Honest T:

Garfield, that's what

Sebastion:

it was.

Sebastion:

Garfield.

Sebastion:

You said Andy Griffin.

Sebastion:

Like the Andy Griffin show back.

Honest T:

Show.

Honest T:

Good.

Sebastion:

Said Andy.

Sebastion:

We're gonna give you that one.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Oh man.

Sebastion:

Like that show where they were whistling in the intro.

Sebastion:

Do, do, do, do, do.

Sebastion:

. Exactly.

Sebastion:

Exactly.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

That's, that's like, that's extremely funny.

Sebastion:

I'm not even gonna lie to you.

Sebastion:

You killed it.

Sebastion:

, Andy Griffin.

Sebastion:

I haven't thought about Andy Griffin in almost 20 years now.

Sebastion:

Oh God, that is so funny.

Sebastion:

All right, So in the realm of Star Trek?

Sebastion:

Yes, sir.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

Some other than, Picard, can you name a captain of the ship?

Sebastion:

Oh

Honest T:

man, this is terrible.

Honest T:

That's stink.

Honest T:

Other than Picard, Coca Co-captain was, um, it was the dude with the two fingers.

Honest T:

P signed greeting, what was his name?

Honest T:

Uh, Spock.

Honest T:

Then Spock, you become a.

Sebastion:

This Scott become a captain, I guess, temporarily,

Sebastion:

I guess Technically, yeah.

Sebastion:

He temporarily became a captain, so I'll take it.

Sebastion:

I'll take it.

Sebastion:

I, I mean, he wasn't an official com like captain, but I'll take it.

Sebastion:

Capacity.

Honest T:

Yeah.

Honest T:

I'm like, yeah, he had to fill in.

Honest T:

You know ? Yeah.

Honest T:

My teacher is

Sebastion:

still a teacher.

Sebastion:

? Yeah.

Sebastion:

Yeah, I guess.

Sebastion:

I guess I'll take it.

Sebastion:

So that's two answers I was looking for.

Sebastion:

Like, you know, like James TKI or or something to that nature.

Sebastion:

I couldn't remember his name.

Sebastion:

Yeah, I would've said Kirk, like Captain Kirk.

Honest T:

Yeah.

Honest T:

I love the movies.

Sebastion:

Lie.

Sebastion:

So, yeah.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

So you got two, uh, two, correct.

Sebastion:

And so far you missed two.

Sebastion:

You got two, correct.

Sebastion:

Now we're going into the final question.

Sebastion:

So in the final question, you have a choice between A or B category.

Sebastion:

Which, which one are you gonna choose?

Sebastion:

A or B?

Honest T:

I'm pretty sure most people probably say A, so

Sebastion:

I'll go be okay.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

That's not a bad, not a bad route at all.

Sebastion:

In the realm of dc what is another weakness of Superman

Sebastion:

as oppose to kryptonite?

Sebastion:

Just one weakness.

Honest T:

Oh.

Honest T:

Um, oh, frost?

Honest T:

Uh, yeah, frost.

Honest T:

Um, I'm just gonna say

Sebastion:

ice.

Sebastion:

Or Ross, that is incorrect.

Sebastion:

Really.

Sebastion:

Um,

Honest T:

cause he can beat the Flash, he can beat Batman.

Honest T:

He can beat Who did he lose to?

Sebastion:

So the one, a weakness of Superman besides

Sebastion:

Kryptonite is the Red sun.

Sebastion:

That was

Honest T:

way too easy and I fumbled the bag.

Sebastion:

Yeah, cause Cause when he gets into the red sun, he loses.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

He becomes just a regular human.

Sebastion:

Yeah.

Sebastion:

Shoot me in the face.

Honest T:

That was way too easy.

Sebastion:

Yeah, it's all good.

Sebastion:

It's all good.

Sebastion:

So would you like to see the road not taken, so to speak?

Sebastion:

Yes.

Sebastion:

And see.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Course I would.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Gotcha.

Sebastion:

Gotcha.

Sebastion:

So the other category, category A would've been Pokemon.

Sebastion:

What's the question from Pokemon?

Sebastion:

Okay, well, let's, let's check this out.

Sebastion:

In Pokemon, there is a, there's a specific Pokemon that has more evolutions than

Sebastion:

any other Pokemon in the franchise.

Sebastion:

Can you name that?

Sebastion:

Pokemon Vie?

Sebastion:

Yep.

Sebastion:

You would've got that one correct.

Sebastion:

If you had chose option A, you would've got it.

Sebastion:

Oh man,

Honest T:

this is terrible.

Honest T:

I have to come back hopefully and redeem myself at some point in time.

Honest T:

. Sebastion: Yeah, for sure, for sure.

Honest T:

So how'd you feel about your performance today?

Honest T:

Uh, I feel

Honest T:

like it was not premier, but it wasn't

Sebastion:

horrible either.

Sebastion:

? No, no, no.

Sebastion:

I want to commend you for doing your best on this.

Sebastion:

I know this was a Herculean tasks and I just wanna advise you, you know, if you

Sebastion:

need a support group, I know a pro nerd trivia support group that you can call

Sebastion:

because all these people are, you know, they're leaning on each other after,

Sebastion:

going through this traumatic experience.

Sebastion:

I'm here . All right.

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

they serve cupcakes on Thursdays.

Sebastion:

So before we dive into our final question of the show.

Sebastion:

I gotta ask you, where can the good people find you?

Sebastion:

Uh, honest.

Honest T:

T uh, 365 on Instagram.

Honest T:

Instagram, honest.

Honest T:

Ant 365.

Honest T:

I.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Okay.

Sebastion:

Honesty.

Sebastion:

So my last question before we get up out here is I like to do what I like

Sebastion:

to call the goodwill segment of the episode where I basically asked the

Sebastion:

guest if they would like to share, share some knowledge or share some

Sebastion:

like sage wisdom to the audience.

Sebastion:

So do you have any wisdom or any like things you think

Sebastion:

people need to hear right now?

Honest T:

Um.

Honest T:

. Wow.

Honest T:

That's a very profound question, even though it's so simple.

Honest T:

Um, I don't even know what, which spectrum we're talking about here.

Sebastion:

just internal life, like, just general life and life

Sebastion:

never made permanent decisions

Honest T:

based off temporary villas.

Honest T:

Uh, it'll cost you, um, peace of mind, literal money, um, emotional wealth.

Honest T:

Um, she was freaking emotional intelligence and I, it

Honest T:

couldn't just be damaging long.

Honest T:

So never make permanent decisions based off temporary cause You dunno.

Sebastion:

I like that.

Sebastion:

I like that.

Sebastion:

So honesty, we're about to get up out here, but before I do, I got

Sebastion:

one last question for you today.

Sebastion:

Just a bonus level of trivia.

Sebastion:

Okay?

Sebastion:

All right.

Sebastion:

Who loves orange soda?

Honest T:

I do, I do, I do.

Sebastion:

Mr.

Sebastion:

Kale, ladies and gentlemen, he knows this.

Sebastion:

Kennedy and Kale.

Sebastion:

So that's a wrap for today's episode.

Sebastion:

Honesty.

Sebastion:

Thank you so much for being on the show, man.

Sebastion:

Absolutely.

Honest T:

Thank you for inviting me.

Honest T:

Have a good day,

Honest T:

. Sebastion: For sure, for sure.

Honest T:

We're gonna have you back on the show real soon, but in the meanwhile, peace later.

Honest T:

So that's a wrap for today's show.

Honest T:

I wanna thank honesty for being on the show today.

Honest T:

And I wanna also remind you that if you want to join our amazing

Honest T:

community of nerds who love talking about single player games and the

Honest T:

games they're playing, you can join the Single Player Experience Discord.

Honest T:

It's the perfect place for single player gamers to talk about the good single

Honest T:

player games they're playing with.

Honest T:

That said, that's it for today's show.

Honest T:

I want to thank you so much for listening, and I hope to catch you in the next one.
