We speak about the goal toward a happy career but is that the answer to happiness and success or merely a piece of it?

Certainly, we want to love what we do and decide as soon as possible what environment and type of work is most suited to our unique selves. But having that and performing in that space is not the sole reason we can expect to be happy and satisfied.

There is our relationship to the other, as I say in the book (It IS All About You), we are not here alone but with others and that is profoundly meaningful. Those relationships we share and how we are being in those relationships, at home, work and out in the public arena, contribute greatly to our happiness, optimism and peace.
