She is smart, kind, and amazing leader and extremely good at what she does.

Not only she's reached CEO level in a male dominated industry, but she is a mom of 2 beautiful kids, runs a non for profit school in Sierra Leone, worked with Tony Blair, was Global Finance Director at Bacardi, and employee number 1 in Tandem and took the risk to build a bank from scratch when bank of England had only given 1 banking license in the past 150 years…
