Self-Awareness Tools: The “CheckingIn” App- Guest CEO & Founder Sean Burke

This week I sat down with Sean Burke, the Founder and CEO of "CheckingIn"- A self-awareness app that empowers people to tune into their emotions and energy levels in order to live healthier lives.

Self-awareness is a super power that we all have access to within us, we often just need to start taking the actions to exercise and strengthen it.

An emotion wheel/chart can really help us identify and understand our emotions better. Broadening our emotional vocabulary is a huge part of how we communicate with others, and of course ourselves. If you have never seen an emotions wheel or chart before, check this one out: https://images.app.goo.gl/q6F5GNbi1jYyTHgq5
