Shownotes

Being emotionally blocked can actually stop your body from healing properly causing emotional and physical pain later in life.  Our guest today is Nana Hogan turned personal tragedy into a powerful mission.  Today, she is a Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique Practitioner and Energy Codes Facilitator, helping people remove their stuck and blocked emotions to help heal effectively.

Don’t miss these Highlights:

  • Learning to welcome the emotional blockages instead of resisting them in an effort to overcome them
  • How subconsciously a stuck emotion can stay in our body, causing physical injuries to not heal properly and show up in later life
  • Losing her daughter to a tragic car accident, Nana came face to face with the other driver and instinctively knew to forgive him.  This energy then transferred to her journey into other energy work and later coaching
  • Learning to embrace and direct the quantum energy coming into our lives every day
  • Channeling your energies into your focus and utilizing the expertise of others into what you don’t readily know

About the Guest:

Epic Life From Epic Loss… Nada is the host of Dare Ah New Belief Podcast and the founder of Dare Ah New Belief Spiritual Coaching, where changing your beliefs changes your life.  Nada has served clients in the healing arts field for more than 30 years.  She earned her collegiate degrees in Sociology, Occupational Therapy, Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is formally certified as a Spiritual Life Coach, Life Mastery Consultant, Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) practitioner, and Spiritual B.E.S.T. practitioner.  Nada was devastated when she unexpectedly lost her 18-year-old daughter.  Through that loss, she learned firsthand that the power to change is only available within yourself.  It doesn't matter how unfair a circumstance is, it is solely your choice of how you are going to respond.  Through spiritual laws & principles, and energy work Nada teaches how to navigate through the pain and immobilization from the loss of a loved one or other life traumas to access your body's wisdom to go into the world boldly and live an audaciously succulent life, carrying with you cherished memories, but not being defined by your loss.
