This is the fourth interview in my Young Gun update Series and the message is clear. Each person has found their number, the sales number they wanted and are ready to pivot in their operational processes to take profits. Taking profits is really the goal of any successful business.  Knowing what YOUR number is and then developing a plan on maximizing the profits form YOUR number.
