This week's episode is all about mouth noises. We'll focus on three most common - saliva clicks, nasal farts, and behavioural lips and tongue smacks. We'll learn to identify and understand why we produce them and focus on what we can do to avoid them.

- What nasal farts are and the best ways to avoid them


Soft palate awareness, release and toning exercises are great for preventing some of the most annoying mouth sounds. Proper hydration and healthy eating habits are also great tools, and we should always keep them in sight to keep our voices clean and clear.
