Speaker:It is my pleasure to introduce you to Jessica
e-commerce bad-ass Taree.
Speaker:Jessica is an eCommerce and email marketing strategist for boutique owners
Speaker:and product business owners.
Speaker:She supports scrappy female entrepreneurs with actionable strategies and tactics to
Speaker:grow and scale their eCommerce businesses.
Speaker:She's worked in corporate retail for over 20 years,
Speaker:owned her own multi six figure brick and mortar clothing boutique,
Speaker:and has spent three years as the only employee of a
Speaker:seven figure online store learning from the top experts in the
Speaker:digital marketing and eCommerce industry.
Speaker:Now she's sharing everything she's learned the hard way,
Speaker:so you don't have to.
Speaker:And today we will be talking all Facebook shops,
Speaker:Jessica, welcome to the gift biz unwrapped podcast.
Speaker:Thank you so much for having me.
Speaker:I'm super excited for today's conversation.
Speaker:Me too.
Speaker:And I know I'm going to be learning a lot about
Speaker:Facebook shops myself,
Speaker:so I can't wait to dive into it.
Speaker:But before we do,
Speaker:I have a traditional question that I have to ask you,
Speaker:Jessica. Okay.
Speaker:If you were to describe yourself as a motivational candle,
Speaker:what color really resonates that you would have is your candle
Speaker:and what type of a quote or a mantra would be.
Speaker:I love this question by the way,
Speaker:because it's so unique.
Speaker:My candle would definitely be black just because I love all
Speaker:black, everything.
Speaker:It's like my power color and the quote would be get
Speaker:your big girl panties because I'm a new Yorker born and
Speaker:raised, and we just have like a different sort of get
Speaker:it done,
Speaker:kind of energy.
Speaker:And entrepreneurship is hard.
Speaker:That's where that comes from.
Speaker:Yeah. You know,
Speaker:it is hard.
Speaker:And we have to,
Speaker:like you said,
Speaker:get your big girl panties on because you can't just say,
Speaker:Oh, I'm scared of doing this and run away.
Speaker:Right. You gotta just buckle up and do it right.
Speaker:Fear or not.
Speaker:Exactly. And when it is hard and you're able to push
Speaker:through it,
Speaker:that's when the magic really happens.
Speaker:So true.
Speaker:And I always say,
Speaker:it's those hard parts where most people will back off.
Speaker:So if you can just be strong and get whatever it
Speaker:is, that's the challenge that you have.
Speaker:You are so much further along and you can rise above
Speaker:the crowd.
Speaker:I feel like it's like a running race where that one
Speaker:person just bolts ahead of everybody else.
Speaker:100%, 99% of people are not going to do anything.
Speaker:So just be part of that 1% and you're going to
Speaker:see success.
Speaker:Like you couldn't even imagine,
Speaker:well, Jessica,
Speaker:there's your new quote,
Speaker:right? 99% won't do anything.
Speaker:So yeah,
Speaker:It is love it.
Speaker:Sure. With us a little bit more about how you've gotten
Speaker:to where you are today,
Speaker:For sure.
Speaker:So I'll go far back just to set the stage.
Speaker:I used to sleep in my new shoes as a little
Speaker:girl, so I've always been obsessed just with clothing and fashion.
Speaker:So it was no surprise that I went down the retail
Speaker:fashion path and I've been in the industry for a long
Speaker:time. And I love my job and what I do working
Speaker:in corporate.
Speaker:I love to the day to day,
Speaker:but I didn't feel fulfilled.
Speaker:And I actually started this business by accident because I was
Speaker:in Facebook groups,
Speaker:talking to people about email marketing and the Klaviyo platform.
Speaker:And they started reaching out to me to help them.
Speaker:So I did,
Speaker:and my husband looked at me one day and he was
Speaker:like, so babe,
Speaker:like, are you gonna start a business or what,
Speaker:because these women really want your help and your support.
Speaker:And after working with a few of them,
Speaker:it just lit me up so much to see these female
Speaker:entrepreneurs who started this business at their kitchen table,
Speaker:put their blood,
Speaker:sweat, and tears into it.
Speaker:They're so passionate and creative,
Speaker:but they just didn't know the business stuff.
Speaker:Right. They just knew how to create this amazing product.
Speaker:And so being able to come in and give them those
Speaker:tools, I've never felt so excited and happy and just lit
Speaker:up. And it fulfills me in a way I just never
Speaker:really thought was possible.
Speaker:And I just kind of went with it from there.
Speaker:And here we are.
Speaker:And it's been really amazing.
Speaker:Well, Speaking my language,
Speaker:because most of the people who are listening here are doing
Speaker:exactly what you described.
Speaker:They make something,
Speaker:they started at their kitchen table.
Speaker:Cause it was a hobby at first.
Speaker:And now they're thinking,
Speaker:Oh, maybe I should look at monetizing this.
Speaker:Maybe I could start a business for myself.
Speaker:Just exactly what you're describing.
Speaker:And I really like that.
Speaker:You talked about the fact that there were a lot of
Speaker:people coming and asking you for help because that's such a
Speaker:good sign and give biz listeners,
Speaker:I'm talking to you right now,
Speaker:too. If someone's looking for your product and likes your product
Speaker:and you're not a business yet,
Speaker:that should give you and say,
Speaker:Hmm, maybe there is a market out there for me.
Speaker:So it's a great first step.
Speaker:Like some acknowledgement kind of like the light bulb,
Speaker:right? Jessica?
Speaker:Yes, totally.
Speaker:It's like,
Speaker:Oh, Oh wait a minute.
Speaker:Maybe there's something to this.
Speaker:Yes. Yeah.
Speaker:I didn't even really think about it.
Speaker:I just liked being in those conversations and in those entrepreneurial
Speaker:spaces and I just like learning,
Speaker:right. So I would learn and apply it even to my
Speaker:day job.
Speaker:And I didn't think that people were going to pay me
Speaker:for this.
Speaker:I was very wrong.
Speaker:It was very wrong.
Speaker:So definitely take that as a sign that you've got something
Speaker:special. Yeah.
Speaker:Let's just dive right into this Facebook.
Speaker:Like many social media platforms keeps changing,
Speaker:keeps adding and so interesting.
Speaker:Cause we just have to kind of figure it out or
Speaker:rely on experts who know to the point about learning from
Speaker:others. And so Facebook keeps coming up with new things.
Speaker:We know that video is important.
Speaker:We know that lives is important.
Speaker:Now we have groups,
Speaker:which is awesome.
Speaker:And now there's this new thing called Facebook shops.
Speaker:So I know that there have been some people who are
Speaker:listening, who have experimented with it,
Speaker:but I'd like to take this from the top.
Speaker:When did Facebook shops first appear on the scene?
Speaker:What's it all about share with us everything,
Speaker:you know,
Speaker:You got it.
Speaker:So Facebook shops,
Speaker:like what they're calling Facebook shops is actually relatively new.
Speaker:It's only been about a month or so that they made
Speaker:the announcement admittedly,
Speaker:the last couple of months or one big blur.
Speaker:So I don't remember exactly when it was,
Speaker:but what they're doing is it's a step up from the
Speaker:old Facebook catalog that you could have where you can actually
Speaker:create a storefront.
Speaker:Now you can create collections of your products.
Speaker:You can have lifestyle imagery,
Speaker:make it look pretty things like that,
Speaker:just like you would do on your own website,
Speaker:but you have the power of the Facebook ecosystem behind you.
Speaker:So there is checkout on Facebook.
Speaker:People can save their payment information,
Speaker:things like that.
Speaker:So their goal is to give you a place where you
Speaker:can create a mini store is very similar to Etsy in
Speaker:that way,
Speaker:but they want you to sell on the Facebook platform,
Speaker:fall in love with it and then advertise with them.
Speaker:That's how they intend to make money off of this.
Speaker:So what that means is you can get started on it
Speaker:for nothing.
Speaker:And you only pay if someone makes a purchase just to
Speaker:cover the cost of processing the sale,
Speaker:like you would do on any other platform.
Speaker:Right. But this is different too,
Speaker:in that you don't pay unless a sale is made versus
Speaker:other sites where you pay by listing.
Speaker:Right. Right.
Speaker:Exactly. So it's more like if you had your own website,
Speaker:granted you would have the monthly fee to have it up,
Speaker:but you really only pay when someone makes a purchase on
Speaker:Facebook. You're not going to pay until someone buys something.
Speaker:So you can get started for $0.
Speaker:Okay. So I'm thinking about the Facebook platform and in the
Speaker:past, I'm being one of our listeners right now.
Speaker:Okay. I have a business page I've posted on the page
Speaker:a lot.
Speaker:I don't get a lot of viewers.
Speaker:I've gotten people to come and like my page and all
Speaker:that, but I know that a lot of people aren't seeing
Speaker:my posts on Facebook.
Speaker:So I'm a little confused about the platform in that way,
Speaker:in terms of reach.
Speaker:If I were to add in some of my products and
Speaker:kind of create a Facebook shop,
Speaker:if you will,
Speaker:because that's what it's called.
Speaker:Where does that align with visibility as compared to like posts
Speaker:on my page?
Speaker:Got it.
Speaker:So the way Facebook shops is going to work is it's
Speaker:going to be over Facebook and Instagram.
Speaker:So let me just take one quick step back to say
Speaker:they are releasing a beta version and there's going to be
Speaker:a lot more features that slowly roll out to help you
Speaker:sell better.
Speaker:But let's talk about kind of the goal and where it's
Speaker:gonna end up.
Speaker:Okay. Can I clarify something first though?
Speaker:It's going to be just like,
Speaker:if you're running ads,
Speaker:you can run to Facebook or Instagram or both that type
Speaker:of thing.
Speaker:Will the Facebook shop also have options or maybe it does
Speaker:already to show up on Instagram too at the same time.
Speaker:Yes. Okay.
Speaker:That's where you were saying.
Speaker:It's like the overlay of the two.
Speaker:Okay, exactly.
Speaker:But it sits on Facebook.
Speaker:Right? Got it.
Speaker:But it will still tag your photos.
Speaker:It will tag your products in your photos on Instagram,
Speaker:just like you can do right now.
Speaker:Okay. It's going to work that same way.
Speaker:So you're still gonna have those other platforms to push traffic.
Speaker:Additionally, the products in your Facebook shop,
Speaker:if they're eligible and Facebook is a little vague on how
Speaker:they describe these are going to work.
Speaker:Cause they haven't rolled out a ton of information yet,
Speaker:but your products will also show up in the marketplace on
Speaker:Facebook. And when a customer is shopping in shops,
Speaker:they can shop multiple stores.
Speaker:So they haven't been super clear on what the search experience
Speaker:will be like for the customer.
Speaker:But I do expect that you will be able to kind
Speaker:of search within Facebook shops to find products that you're looking
Speaker:for, like you would in a marketplace,
Speaker:right? Because they're going to definitely want to compete with all
Speaker:of the Other platforms.
Speaker:Right? Exactly.
Speaker:This is it's going to get pretty clean and proficient and
Speaker:all of that.
Speaker:I'm just kind of thinking this through here.
Speaker:If I were to go to Facebook to look at someone's
Speaker:shop right now,
Speaker:do I just have to pick and choose and see if
Speaker:I can find someone who has a shop or how would
Speaker:I see a shop just by way of example,
Speaker:if I'm researching and thinking about putting one up for myself,
Speaker:Right? So it's not fully rolled out.
Speaker:So right now,
Speaker:yes, you would have to go look for specific people.
Speaker:And I have three examples that you can go look at
Speaker:Rebecca Minkoff,
Speaker:inc meets paper and Arctic R T I C outdoor.
Speaker:They all have active Facebook shops that you can look at
Speaker:and you can see it on Instagram as well.
Speaker:Perfect. So then we can see,
Speaker:and even though it might not be rolled out to everybody
Speaker:because I'm assuming if you haven't updated your app lately or
Speaker:potentially all of us don't even have the capabilities yet,
Speaker:although we will soon.
Speaker:Right. Is that true at this point in time?
Speaker:That is true.
Speaker:So I think what they did is obviously some companies or
Speaker:brands who already had a large shopping presence on these platforms
Speaker:got first access and they also built the integration with Shopify.
Speaker:So anyone who has a website on Shopify already will be
Speaker:the first to get access to it.
Speaker:Oh, I so love that.
Speaker:I love Shopify.
Speaker:Anyway, one of my websites is a Shopify site,
Speaker:so that made me smile right away.
Speaker:So if you are on Shopify now and you had the
Speaker:old Facebook shop app,
Speaker:right. Where it fed your products over,
Speaker:that will automatically convert to the new Facebook shops.
Speaker:Okay. Okay.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:Perfect. But we can also just go in and look at
Speaker:these three that you just mentioned,
Speaker:whether we have it for ourselves.
Speaker:Correct. Okay.
Speaker:So let's keep going with talking about visibility just a little
Speaker:bit more.
Speaker:So we don't know the full extent of what this is
Speaker:going to look like yet.
Speaker:So you have a shop,
Speaker:you put together a shop that has your products.
Speaker:I'm thinking it looks similar to not really a website,
Speaker:but it has the functionality of like a website.
Speaker:You see the products probably descriptions and prices.
Speaker:Exactly. Yep.
Speaker:How does that link with a page post or it sits
Speaker:there unto itself.
Speaker:You put up a shop for yourself.
Speaker:How do you work with it?
Speaker:So right now it's its own space.
Speaker:So just like you had a product catalog on Facebook,
Speaker:if you've ever seen those,
Speaker:the old school way that you either connected from Shopify or
Speaker:you just uploaded a catalog to Facebook,
Speaker:that's going to work the same.
Speaker:What's really different is how you can organize and arrange your
Speaker:products into collections or categories and then add additional imagery.
Speaker:So the way it sat before on that separate tab is
Speaker:going to be the same,
Speaker:but they're adding more features on how you actually integrate it
Speaker:into what you do.
Speaker:So this is some of the future items I'd love to
Speaker:talk about right now.
Speaker:So like I said,
Speaker:it's going to be over all platforms,
Speaker:including WhatsApp.
Speaker:So if you are already talking to customers on WhatsApp and
Speaker:making sales,
Speaker:you're going to be able to integrate your products into there.
Speaker:You will be able to sell directly through the DMS.
Speaker:And my favorite feature is if you sell,
Speaker:doing live video,
Speaker:which I will say to the audience,
Speaker:if you're not already doing that,
Speaker:you should definitely try it.
Speaker:Cause it will likely make you money.
Speaker:Amen. I preach that all the time,
Speaker:Jessica. Yes.
Speaker:100%. You will be able to tag your products in the
Speaker:live video that you are selling.
Speaker:So you don't have to say comment below,
Speaker:and then I'm going to send you an invoice.
Speaker:You'll be able to tag the product.
Speaker:They can click through and make a purchase.
Speaker:You know What this feels like to me,
Speaker:an in store.
Speaker:So like walking into a brick and mortar shop,
Speaker:but online,
Speaker:like with the DMS,
Speaker:like you're talking about,
Speaker:I'm having a one on one conversation with you and you
Speaker:might say,
Speaker:well, yeah,
Speaker:if you want it here and then you send a link
Speaker:and then you buy it.
Speaker:Right, right.
Speaker:Or if you're talking to maybe a group of people or,
Speaker:you know,
Speaker:just come in and take a look around,
Speaker:if there's anything that I can help you with,
Speaker:have you seen this with like a live presentation?
Speaker:And then there's the link there where you can buy it
Speaker:100% coming from the brick and mortar space.
Speaker:I've been in econ the last four or five years.
Speaker:But I come from the brick and mortar space when you're
Speaker:trying to sell online,
Speaker:you're trying to recreate that in person experience because nothing beats
Speaker:that. So Facebook is giving you the tools to be able
Speaker:to recreate that as much as possible.
Speaker:And they did that because they see what brands are already
Speaker:doing. They see you selling through live video.
Speaker:They see you selling in the DMS.
Speaker:They see you taking pretty photos of your products,
Speaker:sharing it on social.
Speaker:So their goal is to make it easier for you to
Speaker:do that and get the sale.
Speaker:Okay. So I just had a vision,
Speaker:someone who is putting a product or putting the final touches
Speaker:on a product could do that live and then say,
Speaker:if you want this exact piece that I just made and
Speaker:then however it comes up,
Speaker:would that be possible?
Speaker:Yes. You'd have to have some type of a product in
Speaker:the shop to be able to reference it.
Speaker:I'm thinking.
Speaker:Yes you would.
Speaker:Yeah, but we always talk about like behind the scenes,
Speaker:how products are made so interesting to see,
Speaker:even if you don't have the skill,
Speaker:it's always interesting,
Speaker:you know,
Speaker:the fast forwarding and all of that to watch how these
Speaker:things come from nothing or just literally ingredients,
Speaker:if you will,
Speaker:all of a sudden to the final product.
Speaker:And so that would be a way to do it and
Speaker:then buy right there.
Speaker:Yes. And people eat that stuff up more,
Speaker:or you can show that behind the scenes,
Speaker:they love it a hundred percent.
Speaker:Okay. So in WhatsApp,
Speaker:selling through direct messages and we all know that one to
Speaker:one contact,
Speaker:private messaging,
Speaker:all of that.
Speaker:There's so much behind the scenes now on social that you
Speaker:don't see.
Speaker:And that's really the golden section.
Speaker:That's where you can really place custom orders,
Speaker:all of that.
Speaker:So that's perfect.
Speaker:And then live video.
Speaker:Right. So do you then still post and reference products in
Speaker:your shop?
Speaker:Also I would 100%.
Speaker:That is part of having starting the conversation.
Speaker:Right. It's starting the conversation.
Speaker:It's sort of like your store window.
Speaker:If you were a brick and mortar,
Speaker:you've got to put something in front of them to entice
Speaker:them to pay attention.
Speaker:So you still have to do that part.
Speaker:So you do that first,
Speaker:right? Okay.
Speaker:Or just as regular content on your page,
Speaker:right? Yes.
Speaker:So based on whatever you have,
Speaker:you have a selection of your products.
Speaker:Let me know your opinion on this.
Speaker:Jessica. There's so much conversation on social,
Speaker:about service based businesses.
Speaker:And as product companies have gravitated to social and selling on
Speaker:social, we talk a lot about what percentage you should be
Speaker:direct selling versus just showing behind the scenes or doing lives
Speaker:of who you are.
Speaker:All of that.
Speaker:Where do you put the percentage or how you should represent
Speaker:yourself as a product based business on Facebook?
Speaker:You'll hear Jessica's response right after a quick break.
Speaker:Yes. It's possible.
Speaker:Increase your sales without adding a single customer.
Speaker:How you ask by offering personalization with your products,
Speaker:wrap a cake box with a ribbon saying happy 30th birthday,
Speaker:Annie, or at a special message and date to wedding or
Speaker:party favors for an extra meaningful touch.
Speaker:Where else can you get customization with a creatively spelled name
Speaker:or find packaging?
Speaker:That includes a saying whose meaning is known to a select
Speaker:to not only are customers willing to pay for these special
Speaker:touches. They'll tell their friends and word will spread about your
Speaker:company and products.
Speaker:You can create personalized ribbons and labels in make just one
Speaker:or thousands without waiting weeks or having to spend money to
Speaker:order yards and yards print words in any language or font,
Speaker:add logos,
Speaker:images, even photos,
Speaker:perfect for branding or adding ingredient and flavor labels to for
Speaker:more information,
Speaker:go to the ribbon print company.com.
Speaker:So I think it depends a little bit on where you
Speaker:are at in your journey.
Speaker:The newer you are,
Speaker:the more you need to be talking about who you are,
Speaker:what you do,
Speaker:why do people want to buy from you?
Speaker:Because you don't have that know like,
Speaker:and trust factor yet as you move further down and you've
Speaker:got customer testimonials,
Speaker:you've got some word of mouth going on,
Speaker:things like that.
Speaker:And you've got some repeat customers coming back to you.
Speaker:Then you can start to shift to more about your product,
Speaker:but you never really want to drop below.
Speaker:I like to say like a 60,
Speaker:40 in either direction,
Speaker:depending upon where you are in the journey.
Speaker:So you would never want to be less than 40% selling.
Speaker:Right? So almost half.
Speaker:Right? Interesting.
Speaker:And when I say selling,
Speaker:selling is not always just here's my product,
Speaker:buy my product.
Speaker:Do you like my product?
Speaker:Some of that is a little bit more subtle.
Speaker:Some of it is just you showing up and talking about
Speaker:how you incorporate your own products into your own life.
Speaker:So you're doing both of those things at the same time.
Speaker:So you're still selling,
Speaker:it's just a little bit more passive,
Speaker:right? I mean,
Speaker:you're still showing and representing your product in some way,
Speaker:but you're not saying here's my product.
Speaker:Here's the price go by.
Speaker:Right. Okay.
Speaker:Got it.
Speaker:Where do you feel?
Speaker:This is more of a general question,
Speaker:Facebook shops,
Speaker:but any of these other selling platforms,
Speaker:where does this sit in comparison to having a website?
Speaker:This supports a website.
Speaker:I will always tell my clients and any product based business,
Speaker:you have to have a platform that you own.
Speaker:And the only thing you own is your own website and
Speaker:your email list.
Speaker:So if you're just getting started and you don't really have
Speaker:an online presence and you just started creating your product and
Speaker:figured out that people want to buy from you,
Speaker:Facebook shops will be a great place for you to start
Speaker:because you can get it up and running easy with little
Speaker:to no investment,
Speaker:but it's not a longterm solution.
Speaker:Okay. I would even suggest this is a great way to
Speaker:start when you're just testing out your product.
Speaker:Because before you invest a lot of time and money into
Speaker:building a business,
Speaker:you want to make sure that the product you're making has
Speaker:a market and that it sell at the price.
Speaker:That's going to allow you to build a business and have
Speaker:an income from it as well.
Speaker:Yes. Pricing in,
Speaker:especially in handmade,
Speaker:I think is very often overlooked,
Speaker:but so important.
Speaker:You do have to make sure that you are priced so
Speaker:that you can create a business and that people will still
Speaker:buy it.
Speaker:So you have to find that balance there.
Speaker:But yes,
Speaker:it definitely is a good place to test just like another
Speaker:marketplace would be because you've got some of that built in
Speaker:traffic because one of the other features,
Speaker:and this is going to be another later thing is when
Speaker:customers are shopping in Facebook shops,
Speaker:remember Facebook knows a lot about you as a person.
Speaker:So as a consumer,
Speaker:it's a little creepy how much Facebook knows.
Speaker:And as a marketer,
Speaker:it is gold,
Speaker:right? They're going to personalize product recommendations based on what they
Speaker:know about the person shopping.
Speaker:So you're going to be able to take advantage of all
Speaker:the data that Facebook has.
Speaker:So it is a great place to get started and get
Speaker:a feel for how your product will do in the market.
Speaker:Beautiful. I love that because a lot of people that's a
Speaker:barrier point,
Speaker:right? Is putting up a website.
Speaker:So before you do that within Facebook shops,
Speaker:you can put up your products and see if people are
Speaker:buying them at the right prices.
Speaker:I love that.
Speaker:That's the case,
Speaker:but there's a lot of platforms out there,
Speaker:right? Jessica,
Speaker:why would you suggest that Facebook shops would be a good
Speaker:one versus an Etsy or an eBay or one of the
Speaker:other platforms?
Speaker:We already talked about the fact that financially,
Speaker:you don't really have to put any investment in unless someone
Speaker:buys. So that's one,
Speaker:Right? So it's new for Facebook.
Speaker:And for them,
Speaker:they are using this as a tool to create more ad
Speaker:revenue. And they have said from day one,
Speaker:that ads,
Speaker:that is their monetization strategy.
Speaker:That's how they make their money.
Speaker:It's in their best interest to give you all the support.
Speaker:You need to make sales on their platform.
Speaker:Whereas someone who is more established at this point,
Speaker:they don't need you anymore.
Speaker:They've built their business.
Speaker:They're raking in money.
Speaker:They don't need anybody new on the platform.
Speaker:They're going to survive and be fine.
Speaker:So they don't care about you quite as much,
Speaker:right? Whereas Facebook,
Speaker:they want to build you up just like when it came
Speaker:to live video,
Speaker:for example,
Speaker:they want more people to do live video.
Speaker:So they give live video more reach.
Speaker:That's true.
Speaker:And I'm also thinking that there aren't as many people on
Speaker:Facebook shops yet either.
Speaker:So if they're wanting to give visibility to that portion of
Speaker:the platform overall,
Speaker:they've got do it with whoever's there.
Speaker:So now would be a great time.
Speaker:Even if it's in beta,
Speaker:even if there are a couple of hiccups along the way,
Speaker:you have an opportunity to jump in first because you're listening
Speaker:to this show and Jessica is sharing it all to us,
Speaker:but there are a lot of advantages in doing and showing
Speaker:up First.
Speaker:Absolutely. There are,
Speaker:I personally have never been great at being an early adopter,
Speaker:but there's so much power in that,
Speaker:but it's something I am being more conscious of in my
Speaker:own life and business.
Speaker:Right. So if you can innovate faster and you get to
Speaker:learn first and work out all the hiccups before everyone else
Speaker:has caught on.
Speaker:So you're going to be further ahead in the game And
Speaker:get that initial visibility just because there are less people.
Speaker:Yeah. Okay.
Speaker:So we gone to a couple of platforms,
Speaker:including the three that you've mentioned.
Speaker:We see that it looks like something.
Speaker:Maybe we ought to test out what is our first step?
Speaker:I think you have to do it from a business page.
Speaker:I think we start there,
Speaker:right? Yes.
Speaker:100%. And then it's going to depend on whether or not
Speaker:you already have a Shopify store or if you don't.
Speaker:So if you have the Shopify store and you never had
Speaker:the Facebook app,
Speaker:or it may have been a sales channel,
Speaker:I don't remember if you didn't already have that.
Speaker:You want to get that installed and then you'll be able
Speaker:to send your product feed over Shopify store.
Speaker:And you're connected properly through the app.
Speaker:It'll automatically Would be there.
Speaker:Yes. Wow.
Speaker:That's like magic.
Speaker:It will send everything over.
Speaker:It's super easy.
Speaker:You're not creating duplicate listings and all of that stuff.
Speaker:It's going to pull it from what you already have in
Speaker:Shopify. And then if you don't have that,
Speaker:you can upload your product catalog right.
Speaker:To your Facebook business page.
Speaker:And they have some great tutorials on how to do that.
Speaker:So Do you have to click somewhere to say starting my
Speaker:shop or like if someone went to their business page right
Speaker:this minute,
Speaker:where would they find where to upload?
Speaker:And I'm trying to get really granular.
Speaker:So no one has excuses not to do this.
Speaker:If they're interested,
Speaker:That is fair enough.
Speaker:You have to have the business page set up in the
Speaker:shopping template.
Speaker:Okay. That's important because you can classify your business pages as
Speaker:different things.
Speaker:Right? Right.
Speaker:So your business page has to be classified as shocked.
Speaker:Correct. Once you have that,
Speaker:then you will have the shop tab where you can upload
Speaker:your products.
Speaker:Okay. So if you go and look at your account right
Speaker:now and you don't see the shop tab,
Speaker:it might be because you haven't classified your account as a
Speaker:shopping account.
Speaker:Correct. Okay.
Speaker:Perfect. And then from there you just start uploading your categories.
Speaker:Right? Right.
Speaker:You start with the products and you're gonna want to use
Speaker:their commerce manager is what they're calling it.
Speaker:That's the Facebook term.
Speaker:Okay. I'm writing this down here.
Speaker:Commerce manager,
Speaker:my guess is that there are YouTube videos already in existence
Speaker:because they made like,
Speaker:just been done like a couple of weeks ago about how
Speaker:to work with the commerce manager.
Speaker:Yes. Yes.
Speaker:And Facebook has some good tutorials on this and we can
Speaker:put some links in the show notes.
Speaker:Oh, wonderful.
Speaker:Perfect. If you email me those links,
Speaker:I'll make sure to put those in the show notes for
Speaker:us. You got it.
Speaker:It's very hard to explain without seeing the visual,
Speaker:Since they can access that elsewhere.
Speaker:I want to get all of your information and knowledge,
Speaker:the tactical stuff we can also worry about later.
Speaker:And when you upload,
Speaker:I do have this one question,
Speaker:obviously just like anywhere,
Speaker:the imagery is important.
Speaker:So you want good quality pictures.
Speaker:100%. It's coming in from Shopify,
Speaker:the product name and the descriptions are already there.
Speaker:Right? If not,
Speaker:then you would enter those manually.
Speaker:I'm guessing.
Speaker:Correct. Okay.
Speaker:Any tips on product names and descriptions,
Speaker:Please be clear over clever,
Speaker:clear over clever.
Speaker:I repeat this over and over again,
Speaker:clear over clever.
Speaker:It is fun to be cute and witty and all of
Speaker:that and create personality around your brand,
Speaker:but save that for your marketing.
Speaker:When it comes to your product names and your product descriptions,
Speaker:you need an eight year old to understand what you're saying.
Speaker:So is it similar to the way we should be Approaching
Speaker:our product name and descriptions for SEO purposes?
Speaker:You want it to be easy enough to be found?
Speaker:Is it the same concept over here on Facebook?
Speaker:Yes, because that should be your concept.
Speaker:Always doesn't matter what platform you're on.
Speaker:Of course,
Speaker:on certain platforms like an Amazon or an Etsy,
Speaker:right? There's a lot of keyword stuffing that kind of happens
Speaker:there in titles,
Speaker:which is not good on your own website.
Speaker:But the idea is you want to be clear.
Speaker:So the customer understands what that product is and when they
Speaker:are searching for something that those search algorithms can bring your
Speaker:product to their search query And that it matches what your
Speaker:product is.
Speaker:Exactly. Yes.
Speaker:I've got to put in a funny story here because It
Speaker:just happened this morning.
Speaker:We were having a VIP call for my maker's MBA group.
Speaker:And this is a woman who owns a gift basket business.
Speaker:And she has college survival kits and anniversary survival kits.
Speaker:Are you like all types of things,
Speaker:but she called them survival kits.
Speaker:She was looking at her SEO and survival kits was like
Speaker:her third largest keyword bringing in a ton of traffic to
Speaker:her website.
Speaker:But she's like,
Speaker:but my survival kits really aren't selling.
Speaker:They're not my best seller compared to the traffic coming in.
Speaker:And we talked this through and the fact is people are
Speaker:Googling survival kits looking for the real survival kit.
Speaker:Right. So then they're going to our website and finding a
Speaker:gift basket.
Speaker:That's titled survival kit.
Speaker:And then they're not buying it because it's not really what
Speaker:they were looking for.
Speaker:Right. So this is a great example that we're talking about
Speaker:in terms of product names and then also the descriptions.
Speaker:Yes. 100%.
Speaker:And I see that a lot and I've had clients come
Speaker:to me and say,
Speaker:I know I'm getting this traffic,
Speaker:but they're kind of just bouncing off of the home page
Speaker:and they're not converting.
Speaker:And when you go to their home page and you look
Speaker:at the collection names and things like that.
Speaker:So I have no idea what you sell.
Speaker:So it's really important to be clear over clever.
Speaker:And if you want to use that cause college survival kit,
Speaker:like that's fun.
Speaker:Use that in an email to your existing audience who already
Speaker:knows who you are and what you do Makes a lot
Speaker:of sense.
Speaker:It's boring.
Speaker:I mean,
Speaker:you know,
Speaker:we're around our products and we are creators at heart,
Speaker:right? We like to do things that are different in florally
Speaker:and light and fun and interesting and clever as you said,
Speaker:but don't do it.
Speaker:It doesn't serve you.
Speaker:Well, It doesn't.
Speaker:And I know that when it's your product and you're the
Speaker:one creating the content and writing the emails and you're doing
Speaker:all the things and wearing all the hats,
Speaker:you can get a little bored and you feel like you're
Speaker:saying the same thing over and over again.
Speaker:But the consumer,
Speaker:the person you're trying to reach,
Speaker:they need to see something or hear something seven to 15
Speaker:times before it really clicks.
Speaker:They are not bored.
Speaker:Right. So you don't have to reinvent the wheel every time.
Speaker:Good. All right.
Speaker:So we've got our products up there.
Speaker:Now we had to do it manually because we don't have
Speaker:a Shopify site yet.
Speaker:We didn't experience that magic perhaps.
Speaker:So now we've got our shop fully populated.
Speaker:Maybe we've broken them out into collections.
Speaker:You know,
Speaker:however, we set that up.
Speaker:So they're all sitting there now,
Speaker:what do we do Once you have that all set up?
Speaker:Now it's time to start marketing it.
Speaker:This is not an,
Speaker:if you build it,
Speaker:they will come.
Speaker:Nothing is right.
Speaker:It's really not.
Speaker:So yes,
Speaker:Facebook is going to give you tools and create all these
Speaker:options to make that easier for you,
Speaker:but you still have to show up and you still have
Speaker:to sell your product.
Speaker:Okay. So can I do it only in Facebook?
Speaker:You can,
Speaker:if you want,
Speaker:but I would expand that to insult them if your customer
Speaker:is there.
Speaker:Okay. Okay.
Speaker:Well, that's what I meant though.
Speaker:Are you limited then to promoting only within the platform?
Speaker:Oh, no,
Speaker:definitely not.
Speaker:It's just another place that you're going to send your potential
Speaker:customer. So you really can treat Facebook shops,
Speaker:kind of like a mini website with all the precautions that
Speaker:Jessica just shared.
Speaker:Right? You don't own it.
Speaker:So heaven forbid something happens with Facebook or your shop gets
Speaker:banned. I don't even know if that's a thing yet,
Speaker:but my guess is it's coming and you,
Speaker:for some reason,
Speaker:your account went dark.
Speaker:You have no way to access anybody.
Speaker:Who's liked your page to see any of your things.
Speaker:That's why a website and email lists are so important,
Speaker:but as you're starting out and as a supplemental,
Speaker:really strong place to also show your products,
Speaker:Facebook shops can very nicely compliment.
Speaker:Whatever else you have.
Speaker:It's just another place it's like having multi location,
Speaker:brick and mortar shops,
Speaker:if you will.
Speaker:Yes, exactly.
Speaker:That is the perfect way to explain it for sure.
Speaker:I love that.
Speaker:So we've got The shop and so I'm thinking this through
Speaker:for myself so I can then promote on Facebook and Instagram
Speaker:and obviously then the products come up cause it's right in
Speaker:the shop.
Speaker:That's right on that same platform.
Speaker:Can I then promote it elsewhere with a link to the
Speaker:Facebook? Yes.
Speaker:So I would,
Speaker:if you have,
Speaker:maybe you have no online presence.
Speaker:Let's say you're really just on social media,
Speaker:online presence,
Speaker:meaning a website,
Speaker:right? Okay.
Speaker:Yes. So maybe you've done most of your selling in person
Speaker:at markets and things like that.
Speaker:Hopefully when you're doing those,
Speaker:you are collecting emails.
Speaker:And if you're not start doing that now,
Speaker:now that you've collected the emails at the show,
Speaker:email them and let them know,
Speaker:Hey, I have this place where you can come online and
Speaker:shop, buy products.
Speaker:Here's what's new.
Speaker:Here's what I've created.
Speaker:Since the last time I saw you,
Speaker:you don't have to wait for me to come to the
Speaker:next market whenever that's going to be cool.
Speaker:You know,
Speaker:I could see this as such an awesome tool because even
Speaker:people who come to market,
Speaker:but you don't have everything there that they want.
Speaker:You could just pull it up on your site and order
Speaker:right from there.
Speaker:Yes. Have you ever shopped in a retail store and I'll
Speaker:use Nordstrom as the example because they do this very well.
Speaker:There's plenty of times where I have gone into the store.
Speaker:They didn't have exactly what I wanted and they ordered it
Speaker:right there for me on the spot and shipped it to
Speaker:my home,
Speaker:Walk you right over to a computer or they have something
Speaker:handheld now or however it works.
Speaker:Yeah. Because you don't want to that opportunity.
Speaker:Right. Cause the second people walk away,
Speaker:probably 50% probability that they're going to come back and do
Speaker:it. We just get busy.
Speaker:Right? Not that they don't want it Busy.
Speaker:Yes. I mean,
Speaker:even if you think of e-commerce in general,
Speaker:if you do have your own website,
Speaker:the average abandoned cart rate is like 70% because people just
Speaker:get distracted and their kid is pulling on their leg or
Speaker:something happens.
Speaker:The doorbell rings.
Speaker:People just get distracted.
Speaker:So if you can make that process as smooth and as
Speaker:easy as possible from the beginning and get that first sale,
Speaker:it's going to be so much easier moving forward.
Speaker:Okay. Absolutely.
Speaker:Now I just think Facebook shops Facebook overall,
Speaker:let's face it.
Speaker:You keep hearing that people are abandoning Facebook and there aren't
Speaker:as many people on Facebook anymore.
Speaker:Well, yes and no.
Speaker:I mean,
Speaker:let's look at all of our activity.
Speaker:We are on Facebook and probably the majority of people who
Speaker:are customers or potential customers are on Facebook already too.
Speaker:So to be able to get in front of them on
Speaker:a platform that they're normally using three,
Speaker:four, five times a day,
Speaker:maybe more,
Speaker:maybe a little bit less versus having to go and enter
Speaker:another platform.
Speaker:Right. I think just sets you up for so much more
Speaker:opportunity to sell.
Speaker:Totally. And Facebook is going to make it easy because they
Speaker:are going to save payment information for the customer.
Speaker:So they don't have to enter in type in their credit
Speaker:card. It'll be as easy as using like an Apple pay
Speaker:or Amazon pay.
Speaker:So that's going to be a feature as well.
Speaker:So they're doing their part to make it as frictionless as
Speaker:possible. And like you said,
Speaker:we're already on Facebook.
Speaker:Our behavior has changed,
Speaker:right? We're not necessarily posting that.
Speaker:We just had lunch anymore.
Speaker:We're using it differently,
Speaker:but we're still on it for a long time.
Speaker:I know No one uses it a little bit differently.
Speaker:Some people I know particularly now just go into their private
Speaker:groups. They don't want anything to do with the feed,
Speaker:if there's drama going on.
Speaker:Right. But they're still on the platform or they're still following
Speaker:different accounts or different friends.
Speaker:I think it's a strong platform.
Speaker:If they have a new program,
Speaker:we should be paying attention.
Speaker:So why we're talking about it obviously.
Speaker:Yeah. And the other thing about social is the idea of
Speaker:the silent follower.
Speaker:Just because they're not liking your posts or leaving a comment,
Speaker:doesn't mean they're not paying attention.
Speaker:Ooh. I've never really thought about that before.
Speaker:And you don't really know who that is either.
Speaker:You don't really know who that is,
Speaker:but I will tell you that when they are ready,
Speaker:they will show up and they will engage or they will
Speaker:purchase. So it may feel like you are posting to crickets,
Speaker:but that doesn't mean that you are.
Speaker:So I encourage you to keep showing up anyway.
Speaker:Okay. And I'm also thinking we might be projecting now into
Speaker:the future,
Speaker:but as shops become more advanced,
Speaker:people are making sales.
Speaker:Facebook knows that then you could probably run ads to existing
Speaker:Purchasers. Yes.
Speaker:You're going to have that full access to Facebook's advertising platform.
Speaker:It doesn't mean hundreds and thousands of dollars Either.
Speaker:No it's access to them.
Speaker:Right. It's just think about your shop.
Speaker:If you're already doing Facebook ads,
Speaker:for example,
Speaker:and you have your pixel on your website and you're capturing
Speaker:all of this data in Facebook that you can use,
Speaker:you can create lookalike audiences from things like that.
Speaker:This is just one more place to get data from.
Speaker:Right? Okay.
Speaker:Question. Someone places,
Speaker:an order.
Speaker:What comes to you So that you can fill the order?
Speaker:Okay. If you are on Shopify,
Speaker:the order is going to come through your regular Shopify admin.
Speaker:If you just have the Facebook catalog,
Speaker:the fulfillment happens within Facebook.
Speaker:They were not clear about what notifications you're going to get,
Speaker:but I imagine it will be an email and or a
Speaker:notification within the Facebook platform.
Speaker:I'll get a notification that I have an order probably.
Speaker:And then it will give me for sure not the email
Speaker:address. I can make that assumption already.
Speaker:Right? It'll give me the name,
Speaker:the product they've purchased the name and where to send it.
Speaker:So a physical address.
Speaker:And that's it.
Speaker:So again,
Speaker:a big point about not owning the platform,
Speaker:not owning access to that customer,
Speaker:if you will,
Speaker:a good best practice here would be to include some type
Speaker:of an insert.
Speaker:When you send out a package that prompts them in some
Speaker:way to get on your newsletter list for more specials,
Speaker:somehow to capture that email from them.
Speaker:Cause you're not going to get it through.
Speaker:Right. And they haven't come out specifically and said that.
Speaker:But if we know anything,
Speaker:they're likely not going to give that up because that's technically
Speaker:a Facebook customer.
Speaker:It's not your customer.
Speaker:And I would imagine,
Speaker:cause I haven't seen it in the Shopify admin yet,
Speaker:but I would imagine it would come through the way an
Speaker:Amazon order comes through where it's just like scrambled letters and
Speaker:numbers. There's no real email address there.
Speaker:Right? I think we can count on that.
Speaker:I'm pretty sure for sure.
Speaker:And they haven't said anything about not being able to put
Speaker:those inserts in,
Speaker:I know some platforms limit what you're allowed to do there,
Speaker:but they haven't come out and said that you can't.
Speaker:So I definitely would.
Speaker:So Don't ask for now anyway.
Speaker:Right? All right.
Speaker:Wonderful. Any final comment on the platform that we should know?
Speaker:Yes. There are a few further out features that are not
Speaker:relevant right now,
Speaker:but I want to give you a little bit of something
Speaker:exciting to look forward to.
Speaker:One is they're going to be creating an option for augmented
Speaker:reality. So if you've ever seen this,
Speaker:where you shopped on maybe a home goods store,
Speaker:for instance,
Speaker:and you're looking at a lamp,
Speaker:you can kind of hold that up in your home and
Speaker:see how it would look in your space.
Speaker:No way yes.
Speaker:Way. Oh my God,
Speaker:That's trouble right there.
Speaker:Amazing. And they're also going to be doing,
Speaker:and I don't know if any of your people have makeup
Speaker:or anything like that,
Speaker:but where you can actually try on makeup.
Speaker:And this is going to be very big in the retail
Speaker:industry based on the beginning of 2020.
Speaker:And COVID,
Speaker:you're not going to go into Sephora and try makeup on
Speaker:anymore. Like that's not going to be a thing.
Speaker:So this new technology where the customer can try it on
Speaker:is amazing.
Speaker:And Facebook is going to give you the ability to do
Speaker:that. That's awesome.
Speaker:So cool.
Speaker:I want to smell makeup just so I can set that
Speaker:up and have a store that does that because that's so
Speaker:cool. They're also going to allow you to link rewards.
Speaker:So if you have a rewards program,
Speaker:you'll be able to include that in Facebook,
Speaker:shopping on Instagram will be part of the discovery tab and
Speaker:the explore pages.
Speaker:So that's going to be great visibility for you.
Speaker:And I think I touched on this before,
Speaker:but once it's fully rolled out,
Speaker:there will be a persistent cart between Facebook and Instagram.
Speaker:So if the customer starts their journey on one platform,
Speaker:they'll be able to finish it on the other.
Speaker:Oh, Nice.
Speaker:So really easy experience,
Speaker:checkout experience from either platform or cross platforms.
Speaker:Yes, exactly.
Speaker:Wow. Yes.
Speaker:And then lastly,
Speaker:they are going to be partnering with other eCommerce platforms like
Speaker:big commerce and WooCommerce,
Speaker:et cetera.
Speaker:So if you're on one of those it's coming,
Speaker:you can just upload manually in the meantime,
Speaker:Upload a few,
Speaker:try it out.
Speaker:I think that they make sense that they go with one
Speaker:platform, get out all the kinks and then continue adding on
Speaker:top of that.
Speaker:Right. And when it comes to the small business,
Speaker:for the most part,
Speaker:those people do have their store on Shopify.
Speaker:So it made sense as the first step.
Speaker:Oh my gosh.
Speaker:So exciting.
Speaker:I love that we got you on so early in the
Speaker:game so that we can all jump on,
Speaker:learn experiment.
Speaker:We've gotten a lot of great information.
Speaker:It sounds so exciting for the future.
Speaker:Love it.
Speaker:It is so cool.
Speaker:Everyone has their own feelings about Facebook.
Speaker:I think they're really stepping up to support the businesses that
Speaker:are on their platform and I'm in a non condescending way.
Speaker:I'm very proud of what they're doing.
Speaker:I think it's really great.
Speaker:The future seems very bright,
Speaker:I think for sure.
Speaker:So let's talk about your future.
Speaker:What is going on with you?
Speaker:How are you moving forward and also share with all of
Speaker:our listeners how they could reach out to you?
Speaker:For sure.
Speaker:So my future is supporting female e-commerce product entrepreneurs.
Speaker:I've learned so much in my last few years,
Speaker:like you mentioned in the intro and I learned so many
Speaker:things the hard way.
Speaker:So my goal is to give them as many shortcuts as
Speaker:I possibly can and kind of clear out the noise that's
Speaker:on the internet Because it only gets to be more right.
Speaker:Yes, exactly.
Speaker:And that's really where I'm focused.
Speaker:And I do that mostly between general e-commerce consulting.
Speaker:And then I also focus a lot on email marketing because
Speaker:it is like the most under utilized marketing strategy for the
Speaker:small business that I've seen.
Speaker:Cause nobody's talking about it as much as they should be.
Speaker:We were definitely talking about it.
Speaker:Yes, for sure.
Speaker:And some people who were caught unaware when we all got
Speaker:sent home are now forced to learn that that's something that
Speaker:needs to be happening.
Speaker:Yes. I love that.
Speaker:And you know,
Speaker:you can find me on my website,
Speaker:which is e-commerce badassery.com
Speaker:and it's the same across all of my social channels.
Speaker:Perfect. And we'll put all of Jessica's links in the show
Speaker:notes page,
Speaker:as well as the other information Jessica you'll share with me
Speaker:the other links that we talked about earlier.
Speaker:So you'll have all of that over on the show notes
Speaker:page, everybody,
Speaker:Jessica, this has been fabulous.
Speaker:Thank you so much for enlightening us about Facebook shops.
Speaker:I can not wait to go and check it out.
Speaker:I am so glad that you had me.
Speaker:This was so much fun.
Speaker:I appreciate it.
Speaker:And I hope everyone jumped on this bandwagon.
Speaker:Be one of the first be the 1%.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:We will.
Speaker:We'll all make a commitment in unison.
Speaker:We will be that 1%.
Speaker:I love it.
Speaker:I love it.
Speaker:Take care.
Speaker:Have a great day.
Speaker:You too.
Speaker:Bye bye.
Speaker:So right after this interview,
Speaker:I went over to our website for the ribbon print company.
Speaker:It's a Shopify site already.
Speaker:I switched it to be a shopping page over on Facebook,
Speaker:and then followed the steps in Shopify to connect the two
Speaker:together seriously in about 30 minutes,
Speaker:all our products were showing over in Facebook shops and it
Speaker:couldn't be easier.
Speaker:I can't wait to test out selling our products there now
Speaker:through DMS.
Speaker:And maybe when we have promotions,
Speaker:I'm thinking maybe I'll go over into our customer support group
Speaker:to announce the promotions and then sell right from there.
Speaker:Can't wait to experiment.
Speaker:Two other big points.
Speaker:I want to underline from our talk with Jessica.
Speaker:Remember that clear over clever for product names will serve you
Speaker:best. And don't forget about your secret followers.
Speaker:They're right there watching you and may not be engaging,
Speaker:but they will when the time is right.
Speaker:That's a wrap for part four of our six part series.
Speaker:Next week is drum roll Etsy.
Speaker:I know many of you have been waiting for that,
Speaker:but honestly,
Speaker:I'm seeing such value in each and every platform we're covering
Speaker:here. And remember many are now selling from multiple places.
Speaker:You just don't want to try and get several up and
Speaker:running at the same time.
Speaker:One, get it perfected,
Speaker:locked in.
Speaker:Then you can move on to another.
Speaker:Also make sure to subscribe to the gift biz on wrapped
Speaker:podcast. If you haven't already,
Speaker:that allows the next episode to automatically be downloaded,
Speaker:ready, and waiting for you.
Speaker:First thing next Monday morning,
Speaker:did you know that if you're not subscribed,
Speaker:sometimes it takes hours for the episode to become available to
Speaker:you, but not when you subscribe.
Speaker:So take a moment and do that now until next week.
Speaker:Remember you can catch me live in the breeze for those
Speaker:Q and a sessions.
Speaker:Even if you don't have something to ask.
Speaker:It's so valuable to learn from other people's questions too.
Speaker:You'll hear more about the group in the outro clip,
Speaker:closing out this show that happens right now.
Speaker:I want to make sure you're familiar with my free Facebook
Speaker:group called gift is breeze.
Speaker:It's a place where we all gather and our community to
Speaker:support each other.
Speaker:Got a really fun post in there.
Speaker:That's my favorite of the week.
Speaker:I have to say where I invite all of you to
Speaker:share what you're doing to show pictures of your product,
Speaker:to show what you're working on for the week to get
Speaker:reaction from other people and just for fun,
Speaker:because we all get to see the wonderful products that everybody
Speaker:in the community is making my favorite post every single week,
Speaker:without doubt.
Speaker:Wait, what,
Speaker:aren't you part of the group already,
Speaker:if not make sure to jump over to Facebook and search
Speaker:for the group gift biz breeze don't delay.
