And so I really feel like

that's something that is being given back to me as well. And it just

feels like so wonderful and magical to feel

moving into the summit. And I truly believe

when you're building something, it's not just about the clients, it's about

the people that are working with you and for you, because that

Speaker:

also builds and adds to what your clients

Speaker:

receive, because everyone's happy behind the scenes, everyone's winning. Right? And so I'm

Speaker:

loving seeing it all kind of play itself out. It's really

Speaker:

exciting. Yeah. And I will say one of the things, too,

Speaker:

that I know you've been doing differently this year is as a

Speaker:

host, I've hosted a couple of summits myself. There's a lot that goes into it,

Speaker:

and I don't think if you've never hosted an event, you don't realize how many

Speaker:

little things that go into it. And it can be really hard to

Speaker:

actually enjoy the event as the host. And so with this planning

Speaker:

process, when we've been working through the marketing strategy,

Speaker:

it's also been centered around you having a good time

Speaker:

just like your attendees, because you deserve it as the host to sit back

Speaker:

and relax. So everything has been pre planned,

Speaker:

pre recorded, pre thought out. And once you

Speaker:

actually open the doors, then boom, you should be able to just sit back and

Speaker:

enjoy all the fruits of your labor, essentially, right?

Speaker:

So, Chrissy, you

do know all the things about raising your authority. From my

Speaker:

eyes, from my ears, like, I see it all over the place. I see your

Speaker:

consistency. I see the way you show up. I love the way you show up.

Speaker:

I love your content. Share with everyone some of the key things that you

Speaker:

feel about raising your authority. Like, what are some things that you find important

Speaker:

for people to know? So when we say

Speaker:

authority, we're talking about

Speaker:

not only the go to expert in your field, but the person that

Speaker:

literally comes front of mind when you think about a certain

Speaker:

area in your life or your business that you want to transform. And so in

Speaker:

order for us to be the authority, to be that person that

Speaker:

people think of, when you think of your specialty, people think your name,

Speaker:

your face pops up in their mind, and there's no question in their mind

Speaker:

if you're the one that they want to work with. And so when it comes

Speaker:

to raising your authority, there are some key elements in that. And one of them

Speaker:

is owning what I call your it factor. And we're going to be talking

Speaker:

about this a little bit at the summit, but one

Speaker:

thing I will say is you've got to figure out what makes you different

Speaker:

than others in your industry. And again, we're going to dive into this

Speaker:

further. But before you come to the summit, I want you to start thinking about

Speaker:

that. What really is different about your process, the way that you

Speaker:

support your clients, the way that you get them

Speaker:

results? What is different? That is one major thing. And another

Speaker:

major thing is how consistent are

Speaker:

you with talking about it? Like, are you actually showing

Speaker:

up? Are you bragging on your clients? Are you

Speaker:

talking about the same transformations daily? Or are you just

Speaker:

popping in and out of social media when it's convenient for you? A lot of

Speaker:

us, we don't struggle with consistency when we're new business owners.

Speaker:

We're the most consistent people there are new business owners will

Speaker:

outbeat us any day when it comes to consistency because you're just trying to prove

Speaker:

that you can do this. You're trying to prove your worth. You're trying to prove

Speaker:

that you made the right decision opening the doors. But as we grow

Speaker:

and we have clients, that's when consistency is actually the hardest

Speaker:

because things are working and we feel like, okay, I don't need to show

Speaker:

up at the same level anymore. I have clients.

Speaker:

This happens more and more and more, and then you find yourself

Speaker:

at a time of the year where you're like, crap, why is it so hard

Speaker:

to get clients, it's because of the consistency you didn't put in a few months

Speaker:

before. And so I'm going to be talking a little bit about what

Speaker:

goes into being an authority online, how to really

Speaker:

position your brand in this way, how to stay front of mind, how to develop

Speaker:

your It factor, and how to stay consistent as

Speaker:

a successful business owner. You have

Speaker:

me floored right now. That is absolutely incredible. I'm looking

Speaker:

at this from the perspective of myself and how I've

Speaker:

been looking at even up leveling where I'm showing up, because when you

Speaker:

do have clients, for me, it's a little bit different,

Speaker:

but all the same at the same time, it's like, okay, I have clients

Speaker:

and I'm working on their social media, right. And I'm fine

Speaker:

tuning, and then the team is fine tuning, and then there's all that going into

Speaker:

theirs that when it comes to mine, it's like, whoa, now I have

Speaker:

to do mine as well. Right. And so I've been

Speaker:

finding treating myself as my own client has been helping,

Speaker:

and at the same time, that's just another way

Speaker:

that you have been really helping me and seeing that, okay,

Speaker:

yeah, I do feel like I don't have to prove myself

Speaker:

anymore. Been there, done that. You either get it or you don't.

Speaker:

Right. But that's not the way it goes with new people who are just

Speaker:

finding you and being about your word and about your salt and about

Speaker:

what you say you can do. Right. So there's always a

Speaker:

new way that you can be more consistent and show up more and in a

Speaker:

better way. And that focus should never go away, especially

Speaker:

with all these tools we have now. Thank

you for that. The way you describe that, it just hit me. I was like,
