Shownotes

At 15, Ashley suddenly became seriously ill with mysterious symptoms. Eventually, at age 16, she received a diagnosis of connective tissue disorder, which is the broad umbrella of all autoimmune disorders.

Though a devastating diagnosis, she credits the treatment she received for uncovering a hidden depression which had influenced her life in ways she hadn't recognized.

As you listen to her story, it will encourage you to continue living life to the fullest, no matter what circumstances you encounter.

Ashley Cutler was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, which is where she lives and serves as a mental health therapist and a spiritual coach, with a background in social work and behavioral science.

A new wife, one of her major values, is family, and she is close with her parents, siblings, nieces and nephews.

Raised in a Christian household, her faith has been important to her throughout her life. Her life verse is Isaiah 41:10 "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."

She enjoys dancing, singing, having fun, and having deep conversations.

Ashley is active in her church, working with the youth and planning events and programs. She is a big fan of watching movies, listening to music, and reading books.
