Hello. So welcome to another episode of Get Seen
Speaker:everyone. So this has been a year for me where
Speaker:I've really been diving into working less
Speaker:and working smarter and not harder and taking that to a whole
Speaker:nother level, getting supported in a way that I've never been
Speaker:supported before, building out my team, diving deep
Speaker:into artificial intelligence, and really learning how to
Speaker:duplicate myself. This has been something that's been a lifelong dream
Speaker:of mine, to duplicate myself. As with most of us, I'm sure
Speaker:I've dreamt of that many of times. However,
Speaker:these past few years I've needed to with familial obligations
Speaker:and things that are happening in my personal life that I really want to be
Speaker:present for. And so what I've been doing is
Speaker:really understanding and watching, observing what
Speaker:has worked for me, what hasn't, and moving really quickly to get rid of what
Speaker:doesn't, and implement more of what does, and stretching
Speaker:myself further and faster, making more decisions faster.
Speaker:And so one of the things that I've noticed is
Speaker:podcasting. So I already knew that I wanted to get into podcasting, that
Speaker:podcasting brought in a lot of opportunities with
Speaker:evergreen content. You may have noticed if you've been following me for a
Speaker:little while that I don't just have this podcast, I also am
Speaker:regularly a podcast guest on someone's podcast.
Speaker:I love being a guest on podcasts and I
Speaker:find that it's an opportunity for me to
Speaker:utilize that content in multiple different ways. So
Speaker:for some reason it was going over my head. Maybe because I learned
Speaker:so much by working and doing things hands
Speaker:on that I've been so hands on this year with my
Speaker:podcast towards the end of the year
Speaker:in comparison to the beginning, that I'm just now
Speaker:realizing that this is one of the best, if not
Speaker:the best, avenues for evergreen content and
Speaker:really creating content that you can put out there in
Speaker:multiple different ways. And so this is being recorded
Speaker:without video, but typically I record my podcast with video.
Speaker:So just to give you an example of what happens
Speaker:when you record a podcast episode and how
Speaker:far the reach can go for giving you more ease
Speaker:in your life, so you record on video and then you have
Speaker:the video podcast that you can then put on multiple
Speaker:podcasting platforms, including now YouTube. And so now you have it on
Speaker:your YouTube channel as well. Then you can take that and you can
Speaker:pull the actual long form video, turn
Speaker:it into reels, and then you can take the
Speaker:sound and do different things with the sound. You can
Speaker:overlay it on different types of reels.
Speaker:You can go and put it over a picture and do the
Speaker:podcast wave, or you can just obviously it's on
Speaker:your podcast with people who like to listen as well. And then
Speaker:you can take it another notch and then you can put it in and
Speaker:transcribe it. And then with the transcription, you can
Speaker:then go and create all kinds of copy and it's all
Speaker:in your own voice. And that's what I love about it. I say a lot
Speaker:of, you knows, sometimes I stutter a little bit, I really don't
Speaker:care. I am myself. And so I'm going to continue to put stuff
Speaker:out there. But what's so great about that is that people
Speaker:can really understand me as a human, not as some robotic type
Speaker:person. So when I run
Speaker:my actual transcript with all of those,
Speaker:all these different things, the pace at
Speaker:which I do speak and all the cadence, all that kind of
Speaker:stuff, artificial intelligence can pick up a lot of that stuff, if not
Speaker:all of it. And so I can really have
Speaker:my unique and authentic voice on so
Speaker:much content that is being repurposed in written form
Speaker:that way. So creating newsletters for
Speaker:creating blogs, I can create Facebook posts,
Speaker:Instagram posts, tweets, all kinds of things, all
Speaker:because I did a podcast episode. And then of
Speaker:course, you have everything linked, so
Speaker:it's going all across different places and then the
Speaker:podcast is now done. So the podcast itself
Speaker:is evergreen and it's there forever on its
Speaker:platform and it's working in the background. And so
Speaker:if you think about it, what is evergreen? Right? Well, think about
Speaker:the opposite of evergreen. You put a Facebook post up or an Instagram post
Speaker:and it's lost in the abyss forever. A tweet lost in the
Speaker:abyss forever. If someone pulls it up, it's because they were stalking you
Speaker:for a whole day, swiping and swiping and swiping,
Speaker:right? But with a podcast, someone can listen to any of your
Speaker:podcasts at any given time and they can binge you
Speaker:and all of this stuff with ease. And so that is something
Speaker:that is going to be highly beneficial for you for a long time.
Speaker:So I've just been really enjoying creating more
Speaker:ease with understanding. Like what can I do?
Speaker:So podcast decide what is the purpose? Right?
Speaker:The purpose is to be able to take one piece of content
Speaker:and turn it into so many different pieces of
Speaker:content. So you don't just have to look at podcasting. You should look at
Speaker:whatever you enjoy doing as a form of
Speaker:creation and say, okay, well, Leilani does this with
Speaker:podcasting, or Leilani does this with video content. What can I
Speaker:do this with that I enjoy? What can I take and how can I break
Speaker:it up into different things? So for example, if you really
Speaker:love writing, you absolutely love writing, then what
Speaker:I would do is I would say, okay, well, maybe I could just take
Speaker:some, maybe I wrote an ebook or maybe I
Speaker:wrote, yeah, maybe I wrote an ebook. So I would take that ebook and I
Speaker:would run it through some form of artificial
Speaker:intelligence and I would say, okay, well, let's turn this into
Speaker:tweets and let's turn this into posts and let's
Speaker:turn this into something that is maybe a speech
Speaker:that I can read and say before I go on some meeting or
Speaker:something. So I want to leave you all with that.
Speaker:I made my point. Go do evergreen. Do
Speaker:things that will give you more ease and more peace. And if you want to
Speaker:learn more about that, more in depth, more about the systems, you know where to
Speaker:find me. And my goodness, get your behinds to the
Speaker:holiday Entrepreneur summit this year. You really don't want to miss it.
