Timestamped Show Notes:
23:30 – My wife thought I was crazy, and she's just like, you're gonna take a week off, not run your business, and go to North Carolina?! I was like, yeah, it's a slow week. I was like, we take vacations, so why not?! We had a couple of beautiful vacations this year. We did Greece, we did Costa Rica. I was like, I need to go help people. It'll make me feel better.
40:00 – I went 20 minutes up into the mountains above Lake Lure, there is an HVAC contractor up there, Ridgeline Heating and Cooling. All of the local citizens just started working with him, and he turned his entire business into a giant Donation Center. So I drove up there, and it was so inspiring. I mean they have you just pull up to the front of the business and that's where local fellow citizens pull in, and it's like going shopping. Then down the side street of the business, that's where I pulled up out back, and that's where you can drop off donations like my sawyer supplies I was providing.
49:30 – Final Words
Our Final Words of the Show:
I mean, doesn't matter who people are. We're not qualifying these people in order to help them. We're qualifying them only if you need help, and so I'm going to come help. That's the whole story. That's all that matters.
