Shownotes
Corey Knight has extensive experience in the classroom with technology. After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in secondary education, he became a classroom teacher at an urban middle school in Indiana. After two years, he began working on my post graduate degree which he earned from Ball State University in Educational Technology and Curriculum.
He was immediately offered a job to be a tech coach for the district he worked at, but he kindly rejected the offer in order to stay in the classroom and continue working with students. He has a real experience with students and applying iPad technology in the classroom. While working in the classroom, he found that there was a need for teachers to learn how to apply technology in their classrooms in a meaningful way. The development of Classroom Tech Made Simple is the direct result of that need being met.
Corey continues to teach in the classroom today and enjoys working with students and teachers alike to help make the classroom a fun, challenging, and rigorous environment for learning.
