Guiding Principle, Quote or Mantra

All I ever have to do is be myself and I effortlessly attract love and abundance.

Things are always working out for me.

Since things are always working out for me, there must be value in this. (a rough time)

I’m at the right place. In the right time. Doing the right thing.

When You Tripped Up

In Helena’s partnership with her own desires she was seeking fulfillment outside of herself.

Then she started seeing her patterns via trial and error. She was notorious for breaking up and getting back together.

The shift was when she started only dating men whose energy was coming towards her. This shifted everything.

Proudest moment in partnership

Helena is a self proclaimed perfectionist and tends to do everything on her own.

In the past couple of years she has opened up and been able to help many more women by partnering with other coaches.

By trusting herself enough to partner it paid off huge, both for herself and for the women who they were able to help through this partnership.

What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received?

When you look at your man, you have a choice in that moment. You can either think about something that you like about him. Something he does that has you feel cherished and adored. Or you can think about whatever it is that’s irritating you or bothering you about him.

That choice is yours.
