A Meaty Return For Manly Connection, Growth, and a Fine Meal of Brisket:
We return to the man-zone barn with smoked brisket while bringing back together another amazing group of men for our 2nd edition of our MEN OF MINDSET gathering. An evening of growth-oriented MEN with a meaty dinner and male bonding.
Quote: Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success! ~ Edward Everett Hale
Key topics included the challenges and opportunities in our respective industries, such as the impact of the pandemic on restaurants, changes in real estate commissions, and the need for skilled labor in construction. We emphasized the importance of resilience, continuous learning, and adapting to new trends. Our conversations also highlighted the need for better leadership, work-life balance, and the importance of teaching the next generation valuable skills and lessons.

Timestamped Show Notes:
23:00 – I appreciate him just helping me kind of hone my mindset, which it's all mindset. You know, one of the things when you hear a lot of this stuff, and when I'm thinking about you guys in this room, and the people I care to spend my time around, is we're not willing to fail. We're like the type of people that it doesn't matter what is thrown at me. I don't care what the job is that I come in front of. I don't care what the situation is. I'll figure it out. It's just my job. That's what I do, and I pride myself on it, and I think that's something that we're losing in some of these younger kids these days. I'm a huge kid advocate, love the youth, and and putting my time and investment into them. ~ Brian Strauser
