There’s a quote by Benjamin Franklin that I love, which says:

“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”

Now, you’re probably wondering… “How does this apply to a Salon Owner?!”

Well, I assure you it does! Let’s break it down...

As Salon Owners, we want our Salon to be the known expert in its area of specialisation.

Whether your Salon’s ‘thing’ is blondes, balayage, bold colours, edgy cuts, or red skin, aging skin or another specialist process… we all know how great it is to be ‘known’ for being really good at something.

And do you know where that all starts? With our team.

Ensuring the skills of your team reflect your brand image is so important, and is something that can really only be achieved through continued education!

Investing the time & money into educating our teams can often be something that’s over-complicated and overthought… but the key?

Keep it simple, sweetheart!

Today I’m chatting with Kylie Dwyer. Kylie is a Salon Owner, Business Owner, Educator, Key Note speaker and now co-owns Elite Hair Education.

In this episode, Kylie and I are going to chat about the importance of education and how to be a #bestboss in the (often cray-cray) Salon Industry.

Let's chat...
