Howard grew up in a 600 sq ft shack in Alabama with 6 other kids. By the time he was 18 years old he was kicked out of the house by his step father with zero dollars to his name. A friend helped him buy a bus ticket to Houston TX and he arrived with $.25 in his pocket.

Fast forward a few years and you will learn that Howard built a $3,000,000 carpet cleaning business. Though the journey was not easy his business today is a cash machine and runs on business systems and automation. He is an expert in small business leadership and business systems.

During our conversation we talk about his story and what it takes to achieve this level of success. He used to feel like a slave to the business while serving the high end. He realized it was time for a change when he realized he couldn't travel without being on the phone the whole time.
