Going From Orphan Spirit to Kingdom Son

Embracing Your Kingdom Authority (Praise TV)

In this episode, we provide you with a segment of a teaching we gave as guests on Praise TV internet program from Pakistan, hosted by pastor Shahzad Saddique.

So, in the podcast we teach about kingdom sonship and what it means to walk as a son and not as a slave; using the parable of the prodigal son as reference.

We also talk about the orphan spirit that plagues so many Christians and prevents them from fully discovering and embracing their sonship.

The only way believers can walk in the fullness of their authority is by getting rid of their orphan spirit and instead “receiving the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father!" ~ Romans 8:15

Memorable Quotes:

“In order to operate in the Kingdom of God and to bless people, you need to embrace sonship, and sonship comes with authority, dominion, and provision.” ~ S. Richard

“When you fail to embrace sonship, you end up looking for love and acceptance in all the wrong places - including ministry.” ~ S. Richard

100,000 yearly deaths due to dirty water in Pakistan

According to figures from the Health Ministry and UNICEF, more than 50,000 children below the age of 10 die every year from waterborne diseases like cholera, diarrhea, dysentery, hepatitis, and typhoid.

Higher arsenic levels in water, experts say, also cause diabetes, skin, kidney, heart and black foot diseases, hypertension, birth defects and multiple types of cancer.

Every year, over 100,000 people -- half of them children -- die from waterborne diseases in Pakistan.
