Michelle Ray is a Hall of Fame business keynote speaker, entrepreneur, author, and respected thought leader.

She spent more than a decade in media and advertising, rising through the ranks and leading her team to achieve outrageous sales results in a down economy. From there she shifted gears, joining a global not-for-profit youth organization, where she facilitated enduring partnerships between youth, entrepreneurs, and educators.

Michelle encountered a total contrast of leadership styles during her career, both good and bad. These experiences sparked her desire to help leaders not only master the fundamentals, but also become the best version of themselves. She seized the opportunity to venture into the speaking world and has since shared these messages with audiences for more than 25 years.

A credit to her Aussie roots, Michelle engages audiences with her down-to-earth, tell-it-like-it-is style. She has taught leadership skills to the Australian Army and the FBI, as well as some of the world’s most recognizable brands, and an array of Fortune 500 companies.

Michelle is a self-described hockey fanatic. When not working, she loves watching as many NHL games as possible.
