Patricia Morgan is known as a spunky Seniorpreneur, who lightens your load and brightens your outlook. Patricia has spent the last four decades helping increase emotional resilience, mental health, and well-being. With a master’s degree in psychology, she provides practical stress-reduction, communications, and connection skills. Her counseling clients and audiences describe her as insightful, fun, and uplifting.
Her authorship includes several books comprised of, Return to Center: Simple Strategies to Navigate Distress, Depression and Disconnection, which was chosen as the 2024 Canadian Counselling Book award winner, and the Canadian best seller, Frantic Free: 167 Ways to Calm Down and Lighten Up. Her books are available on Amazon and on her website.
Patricia is a recipient of the YWCA & Global TV’s Woman of Vision award and The Canadian Association of Professional Speakers’ Spirit of CAPS award for her contribution to the speaking industry.
