We are re-visiting this concept of similarity between job search and the search for a “proper” mate.

Some may feel it is a bit of a stretch, but consider that if the objective is to “get it right,” then a proactive approach makes sense. It begins with identifying what you want/need in a likely match, vetting in accordance with that criteria.

Going forward to continue to refine and validate until one lands at the place of comfort also makes a great deal of practical sense.
