The last few weeks, we’ve been talking about insecurities. During these last weeks, I’ve noticed some insecurities in myself a little more and definitely noticed it more in other people around me. That solidified my belief that we need to understand our own insecurities and create an action plan with which to manage/overcome them. We are to be in control of ourselves, because, in reality, that’s all we can control.
So today, you and I are going to Subway. We are going to take our insecurities and the underlying problems causing them to the Insecurity Subway, or maybe the regular subway is the insecurity subway.
Either way, we are going to examine a long line of different ingredients you and I can add to our plan to combat the problems causing our insecurities. Each method I describe can be compared to an ingredient on a Subway sandwich. At the end, you’ll have a delicious plan for combating your insecurities and their underlying problem.
