Eddie has a power washing, roof cleaning, and gutter cleaning business. That episode changed the direction of his entire season!

Here’s his question: As an owner-operator, I’m just one guy wearing all these hats and I really enjoy doing it. But eventually, I’m going to get too busy to juggle it all. I really would like to get more direction on getting more business without having to hire employees?

Artisan is what I call this style business. Some businesses, maybe they shouldn’t scale. There’s a different way to look at it.

Today we are going to change direction a little bit. There’s more than one way to build a really cool business.

You don’t have to be the millionaire, giant corporation with 500 employees.

Generating millions in revenue a year isn’t necessary. You can have just as cool and good of a business on a small scale. The way to do this is all about the environment and the perceived value. The small things that really matter, without being that large company.
