Attorney, author, and former chairman of the Boone & Crockett Club, Lowell Baier, discusses his new book, "Inside the Equal Access to Justice Act: Environmental Litigation and the Crippling Battle over America's Lands, Endangered Species, and Critical Habitats", which focuses on the consequences of environmental litigation as it relates to sportsmen and women.
