Shownotes

Hands up if this year didn't go as you expected!  I'm sure you can agree that this year has been tough for everyone in our Industry.   Between lockdowns, staying connected with your team, building morale, and dealing with financial pressure... This year has been far from perfect. Leading a team to victory and trying to be the best version of yourself when everything else is out of your control... makes it feel almost impossible to stay motivated.  How can you be the best leader and backbone of your Salon when all your plans seem to have flown out the window? I know for me, trying to commit to a business plan and maintain healthy habits when feeling a bit ‘blah’ is overwhelming.  Despite all of this, it is possible to run a successful business and keep your staff happy and motivated. Here’s the secret...   I want to introduce you to Tom White. Tom is the owner of “Same Same but Different,” an ultra-successful hair salon in Melbourne, Australia.  Today, Tom is going to share with you his secret to staying positive and how you can continue to work on yourself and support your team during tough times.   The start of his new salon has been anything but easy,  but if he can do it, so can you. I know you will find this episode super inspiring!    So, in saying that, let’s get started and meet Tom.
