Unknown:so let's review. The first strategy in the 10 strategies to
Unknown:exceed your quantum revenue goal in 2022. Was to get crystal
Unknown:clear, what do you want? Write it down. That was strategy
Unknown:number two. So get clear, write it down, Break it down to the
Unknown:granular so you know 99% more likely to reach your goals when
Unknown:you write them down. I mean, how did the stats get better than
Unknown:that? 99%. Okay, so that was one and two. Number three was check
Unknown:yourself on the radio. Have you been doing that? Have you been
Unknown:noticing the negativity that floats around in the world and
Unknown:on the internet? And like all these places? Have you been
Unknown:checking yourself saying, You know what? I'm not taking that
Unknown:on, I have armor on? I'm not taking on that belief. I'm not
Unknown:taking on their negativity. It's not sticking to me. I'm sending
Unknown:it back. No, thank you. Okay. Notice that forests, rewrite
Unknown:your story, and explained how to do that. Right. So if you
Unknown:haven't listened to, if you're not, if you haven't listened to

Unknown:decision, you got to decide that no matter what you're not going
Unknown:to stop. This is hard. This is hard, I shared a story about a
Unknown:client last time who like was really stuck. And we have all
Unknown:been there, we've all been there, maybe you're stuck right
Unknown:now you have to keep going Napoleon Hill said you might
Unknown:just be three feet from gold, we see that with a lot of clients
Unknown:who are ready to give up their Three Feet From Gold, they can't
Unknown:see it, you've got to keep mining your gold, you can't
Unknown:stop. So I'm going to give you some tips. So today is really
Unknown:about tips and strategies to keep going when you want to
Unknown:quit, especially when when you're, you know, when you've
Unknown:set that quantum revenue goal, and you're you know, you're
Unknown:things are going pretty well or you hit a and then but you hit
Unknown:something. Okay, so here are the next five strategies.
Unknown:Strategies. Strategy number six, is to notice where you're
Unknown:getting stuck. Notice what triggers you different from
Unknown:check yourself that's about beliefs, thoughts floating
Unknown:through. A lot of times when we were invited to grow, or to take
Unknown:a quantum leap in our business it didn't, it didn't it means we
Unknown:have to stretch, it means we have to expand it means we have
Unknown:to get outside of our comfort zone means we have to live in a
Unknown:new belief. So right. So you're being called to a higher plane.
Unknown:And when when that starts to happen, something will kick up.
Unknown:And you'll want to stop. Okay, so I want you to notice where
Unknown:Where are you getting stuck? Where are you saying I can't go
Unknown:any further? Where are you so outside your comfort zone that
Unknown:you don't want to take another step? In other words, another
Unknown:thing to say is like, what are you refusing to do that, you
Unknown:know, if you did, it
Unknown:would take you to that next level? Okay, so think about
Unknown:that. Were like, what, what are you resisting right now? What
Unknown:are you not doing that, you
Unknown:know? would get you there? So this, this is really important.
Unknown:And you might be like, well, how does that show up? It can show
Unknown:up like,
Unknown:I want to make sales calls. I don't want to follow up with
Unknown:people, I don't want to be rejected. I'm afraid if I write
Unknown:a book, people will ridicule me, I'm afraid if I have a podcast,
Unknown:I'll be super visible and people will criticize me. I'm afraid
Unknown:like I really want to have a seven figure business. But I'm
Unknown:afraid that
Unknown:I won't be able to serve all of our clients. Or I don't want to
Unknown:manage people. I don't want to
Unknown:hire people like where do you stop? Where are you stuck? Okay.
Unknown:And I that, like spending some time on that, you know, ask the
Unknown:question, and then you know, write it down, maybe it's right
Unknown:in front of you. But if you don't get it right away, like
Unknown:you can do some work around it and really look at where am I
Unknown:getting stuck? Where am I free refusing to move forward.
Unknown:Because in that, in that place in your uncomfort zone, you need
Unknown:to move out of being uncomfortable and into a new
Unknown:belief zone where what you desire is waiting for you. Okay,
Unknown:all right. So you drink a coffee. Once you find basically
Unknown:what you're refusing to do, then the opportunity is to do it. One
Unknown:of my favorite quotes of all time is by Eleanor Roosevelt.
Unknown:She said, You must do that thing you think you cannot do? Let's
Unknown:do that thing you think you cannot do? It's it's waiting for
Unknown:you. It's waiting for you. So I want to I want you to take a
Unknown:moment. Maybe you want to pause the show for a moment. And write
Unknown:down? Like what are you resisting doing right now? What
Unknown:do you when you think about your goal? What are you not doing
Unknown:that, you know, if you did it would take it to the next level.
Unknown:Just take a moment to write that down. Because when you can
Unknown:discover that and you can push through and do it anyway. And
Unknown:keep doing that. Keep going, keep pushing through whatever,
Unknown:wherever you want to stop and be stuck push through. You will
Unknown:train yourself to keep going no matter what. And that's where
Unknown:you really want to be is to have that attitude of like no matter
Unknown:what I'm going to keep going no matter what, I'm going to jump
Unknown:over that perceived obstacle or figure it out or I'm going to
Unknown:believe you know, sometimes it's something involves money. And
Unknown:like I don't I don't have I don't have the money right now
Unknown:to do that. How many times we say that right? That's a lie.
Unknown:That's just a lie. If there's something that you want to
Unknown:create your business and requires money, the money the
Unknown:money is around you. We can get into Universal Law and universal
Unknown:law says that money must be there and money has to be there
Unknown:like if you want something The money must be there. You
Unknown:wouldn't have the desire And when you lean into that, and
Unknown:that's around the law of polarity, you lean into that,
Unknown:you start to know that it's, it's already there, that's when
Unknown:I lean into a lot, because I think, oh my gosh, like, if I
Unknown:want something, the money must already be there. And a huge
Unknown:investment that I made at the end of 2021. And I had no idea
Unknown:where the money was gonna come from, but I knew it was a
Unknown:massive investment for my company, but I knew I had to do
Unknown:it. And when I walked in faith, and I stepped into it, I made
Unknown:the decision to, you know, I'm going to, I'm going to invest in
Unknown:this, we're going to move forward with this. The money
Unknown:showed up, make sure that it's such a beautiful, fast way that
Unknown:it was like, I couldn't help but take notice. And it was a great
Unknown:reminder of this, this belief, this idea that, you know, when,
Unknown:when you stop, everything stops, but when you keep going in
Unknown:faith, and you persevere the way we'll be there. And that's not
Unknown:about spending money recklessly, like don't be writing me saying
Unknown:are slow, you're telling everybody spend money. Now, this
Unknown:is about making smart business decisions, but it's also about
Unknown:trusting yourself, knowing that you're gonna keep the business
Unknown:going, you're going to invest in the business, you're gonna keep
Unknown:growing it, you don't get to go like take a break for two
Unknown:months, right? You're going to keep the business going. So I
Unknown:stepped out in faith. And I knew that I knew I would keep doing
Unknown:what I needed to do. So that's where I want to encourage you
Unknown:with that. Strategy number seven. This is an interesting
Unknown:one. And it's it's one that I've been spending more time with,
Unknown:helping our, our CEO clients with in our coaching programs.
Unknown:Strategy number seven, is to calibrate to a new level of
Unknown:income. I find that not a lot of people talk about this one. What
Unknown:does it mean to calibrate so what's interesting is your
Unknown:subconscious mind and your nervous system, want to keep you
Unknown:safe. Okay. And so often, when we see someone bumping up
Unknown:against a revenue goal, like they can't seem to hit it, they
Unknown:can't seem to hit it. It could be because they're not
Unknown:calibrated for it, that their nervous system isn't calibrated
Unknown:for it, meaning like, you haven't, you haven't worked on
Unknown:the self yourself in a way to allow your nervous system to
Unknown:handle that next level. And what does that even mean? It means
Unknown:like, well,
Unknown:if you're at, you know, 40,000, you want to be at 80,000 a
Unknown:month, there might be a belief that you have that, you know,
Unknown:energetically it's going to take more from you, because you're
Unknown:going to be working all the time, or it's going to zap your
Unknown:energy because going to be more clients might have something
Unknown:subconscious there, when the truth is when you scale your
Unknown:business like you, you don't have the same team at a million
Unknown:that you had it half a million, right, you don't have the same
Unknown:team. And so this next level, you know, having the million
Unknown:dollar business, you really have to work on calibrating yourself
Unknown:energetically to be able to take that on. And that could mean a
Unknown:lot more self care. That could mean working with coaches,
Unknown:healers, nutritionists could be working out more like really
Unknown:taking care of your physical body, so that you can calibrate
Unknown:to that next level. And then the other piece, of course, eating
Unknown:right and taking care of yourself, all of those things
Unknown:help but also even energetically imagining that you can have the
Unknown:two, you know, the 2x, or the 10x, you can have that next
Unknown:level of revenue while actually working less. And that
Unknown:energetically you can, it'll even be easier for you to hold
Unknown:that next level. Hopefully that's making sense. Because
Unknown:when I first heard that, I was like, I don't really get it. But
Unknown:I also knew my nervous system couldn't handle whatever's
Unknown:coming like my adrenals and all the things because I was I
Unknown:wasn't focused on that it wasn't working, I didn't know how
Unknown:important that was. That is the one of the most important pieces
Unknown:is to calibrate to that next, that next level, okay. If that's
Unknown:something you know, you want support on, we do that at the 2x
Unknown:intensive so that might be a good course to come to spend
Unknown:some time with us one on one because you didn't get a private
Unknown:session ahead of time. And certainly during the course we
Unknown:do a lot of calibration. It just feels like I just want to say
Unknown:that because sometimes you're like oh my gosh, I don't even
Unknown:know what that means but physically in my body I can feel
Unknown:like I'm not calibrated to the seven figure business and
Unknown:definitely not calibrated to the belief that I can to x my
Unknown:revenue every month and actually work less like taking on that
Unknown:calibration and that new belief is often a stretch for our
Unknown:clients, but that's a place we'd love to play. Alright, So
Unknown:strategy number six check to check into where you're stopping
Unknown:what are you resisting? What do you not doing that would take
Unknown:you through the comfort zone into the new belief zone. and
Unknown:strategy number seven is to calibrate to that new level you
Unknown:get to calibrate the nervous system. Strategy number eight is
Unknown:to notice what you are focusing on. Pay like this is where you
Unknown:get granular and you're starting to really pay attention to your
Unknown:thoughts on a daily basis. What am I focusing on today? am I
Unknown:focusing on creating the next level in my business? And what
Unknown:that takes? Or am I focusing on what's not working? am I
Unknown:focusing on the client who left? Well, they left because you
Unknown:changed your packages, your pricing, you changed how you're
Unknown:showing up like they weren't a fit anymore? They left but
Unknown:you're there's a scarcity piece of you that's like, oh, I can't
Unknown:let that go. Right. So I'm focusing that am I focusing on
Unknown:what's not working or what's working? As the business starts
Unknown:to grow, so that you're not focusing on what's not working
Unknown:like you're inspecting? This is what our master coach Rebecca
Unknown:Hall always says at Earthlink. She's like, What are you
Unknown:inspecting? With your team with systems press? Like you're you
Unknown:have inspection points, that's fine. But it's not about looking
Unknown:at what's wrong every day. I want you to focus on what's
Unknown:right every day. Right? What's going well, what's awesome,
Unknown:which clients, our customers are really happy. They love your
Unknown:product or service, they're raving about it like what,
Unknown:what's going well, because the more you feed that, the more
Unknown:expansive it becomes. It's like I'm focusing on what's great in
Unknown:my business. Right now I'm focusing on the growth, I'm
Unknown:focusing on the amazing clients we get to work with, and
Unknown:focusing on how how much our clients love our new programs.
Unknown:I'm focusing on my next book that's coming out, I'm focusing
Unknown:on like that, like the majority of my day is spent there. If
Unknown:something needs attention, it goes on my list, I have an
Unknown:attention list that will get delegated. If we need to fix
Unknown:something, we'll fix it, we'll change it right. Again, like
Unknown:throughout the day, this is really important to on your way
Unknown:to that next level is to like notice what you're focusing on?
Unknown:What are you giving energy to, that you shouldn't be? What are
Unknown:you breathing life into that that's not helpful. Pull that
Unknown:energy back. And decide to only breathe life into what you want
Unknown:to create next, only focus on those things that move your
Unknown:company forward. Now if you need like, if something happens and
Unknown:takes you off your game, and you need 10 minutes, throw a pity
Unknown:party for yourself, do it, put a timer on throw the best pity
Unknown:party in the world, build the story for the self tell brand,
Unknown:like whatever you need to do to emote it, get
Unknown:it out. But then move on a 10 minute pity party and then move
Unknown:on. Strategy number nine. This is one of my favorites. And it's
Unknown:a way to get like if you're if you feel I hate the word stop.
Unknown:But if you're just not sure like oh, I you know, I want to go
Unknown:from 40,000 to 80,000. But I don't know how. I don't know
Unknown:how. Now I do a couple things here. I do love the book by Dan
Unknown:Sullivan called who not how it's brilliant because a lot of times
Unknown:we get stuck in the house. And it's really not the how we just
Unknown:need the who we need the WHO to help us. Who has the how say
Unknown:that 10 times fast. That's like a Dr. Seuss book, right? Gotta
Unknown:find the WHO THE HELL because there's a who who has your
Unknown:house? In other words, there's people out there that already
Unknown:done what you want to do find them. Don't make this hard, stop
Unknown:making it hard, right? Find your home. Now. Another fun activity
Unknown:to like, loosen things up, though, is to answer this
Unknown:question, I want you to write it down. What's the fastest and
Unknown:easiest way to reach my quantum revenue goal, my monthly quantum
Unknown:revenue goal, what's the fastest and easiest way to reach my
Unknown:quantum revenue goal? And then you might want to do this in a
Unknown:Google Doc. So you have it and so your team can help you with
Unknown:that, or whatever you want to keep it. And then you come up
Unknown:with 50 ideas to answer that question 50 ideas. And it could
Unknown:be anything. But there's two really important pieces to this
Unknown:one is how you ask how you're asking the question, right? It's
Unknown:an open ended question. And it's also what's embedded in the
Unknown:question. We're not asking what's the hardest and most
Unknown:painful way to reach my goal? We're saying what is the fastest
Unknown:and easiest way to get to $80,000 a month in my business?
Unknown:That's part one, part two, you answer, you come up with the 50
Unknown:ideas. Now. There have been studies done on the power of 50
Unknown:ideas. Brian Tracy talks about this. And there's many others
Unknown:who have talked about it. I'm trying to riff on this found the
Unknown:studies, I found the studies and I was working on a book The
Unknown:belief zone. You can research this or studies out there that
Unknown:talk about you know, when you get to 50 or more ideas, there's
Unknown:gold in that list. It's gonna take some effort to get to the
Unknown:50 ideas. We often do this in you know, as a mastermind for
Unknown:with our clients. But there is gold cold that you'll find in
Unknown:that list. And then once you come up with the 50 ideas, go
Unknown:back and find your top 10 and then choose your top five. Maybe
Unknown:you want to take action on the first five days. Do you want to
Unknown:take action on you know, all 10? That look right? Like that's up
Unknown:to you? There's like the answers are there. It's like it's like a
Unknown:way to put your, you know, your subconscious mind on speed dial
Unknown:to come up with the ideas. Like it's, it's so powerful. And if
Unknown:it takes you a couple of days to do it, you know, different
Unknown:working on at different times, that's fine. Get to the 50
Unknown:ideas. Excuse me. And it's fun. If you have a sales team. It's
Unknown:fun to like have a Google Doc or you know, if you have other team
Unknown:members that maybe aren't in sales, but would have some great
Unknown:ideas to add. Have them add it, we use this, as well. And it's
Unknown:one of my favorite practices. So come up with 50 ideas answer the
Unknown:question, what is the fastest and easiest way to reach my
Unknown:monthly quantum revenue goal? Finally, strategy number 10 is
Unknown:to take three steps every day, towards your quantum revenue
Unknown:goal. Three steps, do three, three things every day. Because
Unknown:often we'll feel like we're not moving forward. But it's the
Unknown:little steps that you take every day that move you forward,
Unknown:right? So one of the steps might be, you know, today, I'm going
Unknown:to create the Google Doc for the 50 ideas, I'm gonna have my team
Unknown:do that. And then I'm going to come up with 10 ideas today. And
Unknown:that's two things already. And then the third thing I'm going
Unknown:to do is work on my packages and pricing, because we need to get
Unknown:that done every day. Take three steps towards your quantum
Unknown:revenue goal. At the end of the month, right? You know, if you
Unknown:did this 20 working days, I'm going to use easy math, and you
Unknown:took three steps every day. That's 60 steps towards your
Unknown:quantum revenue goal in one month. If you did that, if you
Unknown:did that every where's my calculator? Some of you already
Unknown:did the math in your head. That's fine. That's just not my
Unknown:strength. Don't have to, you know, you can brag about it
Unknown:later. Just kidding. But 720 steps, I knew that 720 steps in
Unknown:a year toward your do you think you'd reach your quantum
Unknown:gravity? Well, yeah, I do. I think you probably get it or
Unknown:exceed it.
Unknown:What you wouldn't do is stop. Right? You just you wouldn't
Unknown:stop. And that when people ask me the question, like, Why did
Unknown:some people reach their goals and other people, not all the

Unknown:did cry, they kept going. They had scratch knees, they had
Unknown:scratch, you know, hands, it was like they fell down, they got
Unknown:back up, they failed. They failed at a lot of things. They
Unknown:kept going, I'm saying this is what I did, what I continue to
Unknown:do, I feel a lot of things. But I take steps every day toward my
Unknown:goals. I have a list. Here's the thing. What you want, what you
Unknown:desire wants you to the quantum revenue goal that you desire. It
Unknown:wants that goal wants you as much as you want that goal. So I
