Welcome to the Spirit and Soul Healing Show.

I'm your host, Amy Sikarski and I hope you've been enjoying season two.

I'm so excited to share an energy healing session with you.

Season two is all about energy work and as you've watched on the previous episodes, I've been featuring some individual sessions.

Today I wanted to highlight another experience in the line of energy work and that is group healing sessions.

So I have my beautiful group of friends here and they are so kind and I think they're excited too, just as I am to be here with you today and film for this episode.

This is going to be an experience that will allow you to clear your energy, activate your light and to really feel clean, clear and brilliant within your field.

The benefit of that is it calms any external distractions that your aura might be fighting.

It clears that away and it will.

Help to bring a clarity in your mental energy field and your emotional energy field.

And some of us hold these emotions and thoughts, the energy in the physical body.

After, you'll have an experience called integration.

And that's when the body is making adjustments with the work that was done.

It continues to release and clear.

And then your body is continuing to absorb energy from the session today and also the energy around you in your.

Day to day life.

So I would encourage you after the session to be intentional with the energetic spaces that you're in, your thoughts and your intentions, because you're a clear, clean vessel.

And it's an opportunity for you to attract and invite in the frequencies that will support you.

If that's peace, if that's health, if.

That's courage, strength, vitality, whatever that is, be conscious of your thoughts and the energetic space.

So as we begin, you can recline or you can Lay down completely, or you can sit.

And if your legs are crossed, I would encourage you to uncross your legs.

That will allow the energy to flow.

Now, some people like to sit in.

Lotus pose, so if that's comfortable, go for it.

But if you're sitting in a chair and you have your knees crossed, maybe just uncross them.

Okay?

Alrighty.

So go ahead and take a nice relaxing breath in.

And I'm connecting in now.

And there's nothing you really need to do in this moment.

Allow and be.

We're feeling the energy and I'm hearing beings of light flowing in.

So I'll be sharing with you who.

Is here with us today.

The Christ Consciousness energy.

Here.

It's here.

So we have Yeshua and the Christ.

Consciousness Archangel, Zad, kl, Jeremy, Yellow Micael, and then we have Sandolphin, Raguel, Metatriel and Haniel.

These are all archangels.

And I'm feeling the energies of Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and Gaia and Sophia.

So we have the beautiful Feminine Divine.

And they're encouraging you to remember the light of your soul, who you are at a soul level, to release any restrictions, any bindings, to allow for the opportunity to clear any labels, any stigma, any programming that's been holding you back through this and other lifetimes.

And Michael is saying, all it takes is an awareness and intention and the opportunity to let go.

So today we'll be providing an opportunity to let go.

And as you take a nice breath in, there's a lot of light coming around.

It's like a shower of light from your crown, down your body, out in your aura and down to your feet.

Allow the light to flow through and take a nice breath and feel your body and notice your experience.

If there's any areas of tension, take a nice breath into that space and breathe in light.

I see little sparkles of energy flowing into the chakras, especially your sacral and root at your sacral and down at the base of your spine, between the.

Legs, at the perineum.

And this is the space where our energy of physical safety, the feeling that we're welcomed and wanted, that we belong here on the planet, and the energies.

Related to ancestors and other lifetimes can.

Be witnessed, felt, activated, healed and transmuted.

And at this time, they're bringing light into your root to stabilize and prime, to soften, awaken, activate the energy that might be closed to activate the energy of the chakra that might be stagnant.

And the soft frequency of light surrounds you.

Now I'm hearing there's A calling through all times in space, going not only to your own soul experiences, but also that of your ancestors.

And they're sharing with me some information.

That I recently received.

And so I'm going to share with you that if your intentions are the energy can go forward and backwards linearly in time, 300 years back, 300 years forward.

And this is for your physical ancestry, your genealogy, family tree.

Take a nice breath in.

Michael and Metatron are here, Zakiel, Ariel, and Gabriel.

And they're saying, you know who you are and you understand this life, your mission, your choices, your desires, the theme.

And they're here, guiding the way.

And if you feel you are a little off course or things are stagnant or slow, they're saying your awareness and your thoughts are only a contrast, a vibration letting you know that you are not alone.

And you can easily realign focus and get back into a place that feels in alignment.

The feeling is important.

It is not about messages and words specifically, but the way to your true north is through feeling.

And this is why releasing energies of others will help you to understand the feelings and the information that come from your soul and your body.

So, taking another breath in, visualize now a brilliant light flowing down from the top of your crown in your body.

This light is white with green and gold.

The gold sparkles, the white glows, and the green ripples like a wave of water.

Seeing the glistening light flowing down.

Through.

Your brow, through your jaw and your sinuses, down through the sides of your neck and in the center of your throat, flowing and coating out over your shoulders and down your arms like sleeves of light energy.

And the green frequency is more concentrated in the center of your body, flowing down to your heart.

And take a breath and breathe in the frequency of love.

You are love, and you are loved.

And your guides and angels say it.

Is time to remember.

And as more of the light from the divine source of consciousness flows in around anything that is not serving you, gently lifts away, it releases like, pixelated frequencies.

It just dissolves into the light dissolving in the wind.

And you can assist it by taking a deep breath in and releasing any tension in your body.

And as you do, you can visualize your breath going out into fire for transmutation.

And my team, the Council of Light, is here, and they have a lot of love.

And they say we are here to let you know and to remind you of the brilliant being that you are.

We are here to remind you you are not alone and to encourage you to connect with your teams in Spirit, angels, God, source, the divine, whomever you feel drawn the most to or inviting a full team to be with you always.

And they also say that your communities will support because when we gather, our light amplifies.

Taking a breath in, you might feel a brilliant frequency flowing from your sacral all the way up your body.

And they're showing me this beautiful heart.

It's the color of hot bubblegum pink.

It's like so fun and happy and full of love.

And they're surrounding you in love.

Michael is sharing an opportunity now.

He's inviting you to connect with the frequency of Gaia, Mother Earth.

And he shows me many wildflowers in the field.

In the distance are trees.

The sun is out with big puffy clouds.

And he's asking you to put your hands in the earth or in the grass and do you find a flower or a mushroom, possibly a gemstone?

What elements of Mother Earth's love and nourishment are here for you?

Just visualize yourself connecting in, possibly holding one of these beautiful healing properties of Earth and connecting in with the consciousness of these beings.

And you can ask or you can feel and just receive the message or the energetic transmissions and healing energy.

There's a connection here that can bring you through time and space, back to the core nature of your soul, light and every life on Earth.

And Archangel Michael, Rag ul, Zach Kiel and Jeremy L are holding space and share an opportunity for you to release any traumatic energies and the experiences that may be in your energy field or resting within your body.

It's time to release and let go and heal from the frequencies that are damaging or can feel like a thorn or a rock in your shoe, letting go of the energy and emotion of others and experiences trapped in time, but also felt throughout time and space.

So take a moment now, release.

Feel the love come in around you.

They say, dear child, feel our love.

You are not alone.

We are here.

Some of us feel a connection to the stars and they're bringing our awareness here now.

Within the stars holds a familiar frequency, that of family soul gifts, joyful memories, strength, friendship and support.

They say allow the light of the stars and if it pertains to you, your star soul, families to greet you now.

Taking a deep breath in.

Let the energy of love, camaraderie and peace be with you, flowing down from higher dimensions into the density of your physical body.

The timekeepers of Earth are with you.

And these are elements and frequencies that govern the linear aspect of time.

And they welcome you here and they give gratitude and thanks for the Opportunities that will be received by your light, by your gifts and the consciousness of you here on earth.

See dragons, big, beautiful dragons, and they offer a loving embrace.

And their strength is with you like a strong, powerful friend to help you see the way and to give you wisdom for protection and alignment.

Take a moment now and be.

Just be so.

Frequencies of light ripple through time to clear your energy.

And it's particularly releasing programming that was placed upon you.

Thoughts of inadequacy, Feelings of guilt, shame or doubt, Michael shares these are just messages.

It's a program, it's a frequency.

But for many, it was heightened within the experience, lodged in the energetic and physical bodies and believed to be true.

He says you are love of the highest order, light, oneness, truth and peace.

And let those energies dissipate any knots or cords unwinding, any hooks or clamps releasing, any bars or doors that were shut, opening.

You are free to be, to share your light, your gifts, your joy, your health and happiness and peace, all the light that you choose to first be with that within your own body, within your own relationship with self,.

And then.

Allow the energies to emanate from you to be shared with those who are ready to receive.

Saint Germain is here.

He comes in with a purple flame of light.

And I can see he's making adjustments to these gemstones within the chakras.

And the chakras are energy centers that go midline down the body.

They extend from the body like spinning cones, pulling in energy.

And on the furthest point away from the body is the lens of the chakras.

And here at the lens of the chakras, he's placing gemstones.

Now, some already have gemstones and he's just polishing these facets.

And for others, he's upgrading or activating, placing in brilliant, beautiful gemstones, taking a moment now as he works to calibrate, activate and accentuate the gifts, the Claire gifts, your psychic senses related to each chakra.

He shares that now that he you're feeling the energy, like a spark of light or a flashlight turning on and brightening, that all is well and good to receive a knowing and a reconnection to your gifts as you continue to release, align and heal.

And he's saying that if you feel a calling in your heart to study a particular topic, to dive into a hobby, to take action, to move, to travel, to adjust elements of your life, that there's a reason, a soulful, spiritual reason.

And your teams are encouraging you to reflect and ponder upon the opportunities.

And he's saying when aligned and ready to take action to take that step.

You will be supported and guided.

And he's sharing that while the work in the session today is occurring, it is offering many gifts and opportunities,.

But.

The decision is truly yours if you implement these gifts and when.

And he's saying, no rush.

But be aware that if you feel a calling and a stirring in your heart, a fire in your belly, movement in your legs and feet, it is time to take action and a step forward.

So as you take a breath and relax.

I'm seeing a journal, and I'm seeing a pen and journaling out bullet points, thoughts, messages.

But I feel like it's happening now.

So take a moment and just see if there are any messages coming through for you.

I see a locket, or it's like a jewelry box, but a big locket at the heart.

And I see it opening with a key.

And as it does, there's all this complexity.

Looks very mechanical, like pieces open, little doors open.

It expands outward in geometry, geometrical.

Yeah, ways.

And they're saying that for those who have not opened their heart, it is safe to do so.

And some are afraid of their spiritual connection or soul gifts because they don't know if it will fit into this reality.

But Michael and Metatron are saying, well, you're here to change things up.

You are here to be a way shower with your torch of light and love and to show.

And so if it does not fit into the reality that you were programmed to believe you needed to be stagnant in, they say it is okay.

Actually, it is quite appropriate to move forward, allowing your light to lead the way and those to see it that can and choose to do so, maybe.

But holding yourself quiet and locked behind closed doors for safety isn't why your soul incarnated in this or other lifetimes.

It's time to expand, they say, to release and to be.

Taking another breath in allowing the light to be with you.

Through all time and space, you are guided and comforted.

And as the cycles and seasons continue, in the still, quiet moments, you are invited back to the oneness, to the presence of your soul, to your truth.

Taking a quiet moment now.

The vision that I see is your energy bringing peace through all timelines,.

All.

Directions to your other life experiences and the now moment.

Breathing in, Allowing and being.

The beauty of life on Earth is full of complexities, contrasting energies.

But Gaia welcomes all, all who are here to participate and be actively present in this dimensional space and in this reality.

She invites you to place your feet and even Your hands on the earth feel the support and the love.

While time ticks by around you.

When you are connected with her love, all is still.

Allowing yourself now and always, forwards through time to connect with the frequency of mother Earth in any way that feels most inviting.

And the teams, our teams are sharing.

The council is sharing, they say, we say you can connect in with Earth through the trees and the waterways, through the mountains and stone, in the caves, on the prairies, feet in the ocean.

You cannot truly physically touch the fire, but your heart can communicate with the fire and the lava light.

Remembering codes and ancient connections.

Earth remembers.

She knows you by name.

Gaia greets and invites you to this beautiful reality in space and time, where all on earth is shifting, transitions are unsettling to too many.

And she invites you to find comfort and peace in her embrace.

And the more that you connect with nature, the more you will feel nature responding and connecting, reflecting a kinship, a friendship.

Back to you.

Take a breath in.

Feel the light in your body.

And release when you are ready.

Feel the strength, the balance.

Notice how your presence is a grounded presence.

Take another breath in.

Breathe in the wind, Breathe in the ocean waves.

Breathe in the pines, in the forest.

Smelling the sweetness of the flowers,.

The.

Mist of the seas of Avalon.

Hear the drumming, the heartbeat of Gaia and the drumming of cultures and communities all through time and space.

Let yourself be one with the fire, Touched by the light of the stars.

Hands on the rock of the earth with crystals in your pocket.

You are one with God, with Earth, with light, with all creation.

Feel the love surround you now.

And as it does, it continues to release any programming and any projections of others that would keep you small and quiet.

Darkness likes to hide in the shadows.

When you call something out by speaking truth and light to dissolves.

And the clarifying pathway to do so is through your heart and with love.

We do not encourage any chaos.

We welcome peace.

We encourage peace and heart, space, communication.

You can shift the time, the ripples in time.

You can shift the energy in areas and spaces that are disruptive by speaking kindly and vocally from your heart.

Challenging if it were the status quo, asking the questions and showing the way.

And the way is through peace, compassion, with a guiding light, all encompassing the frequency of love.

Take a moment now to be, to be present and receive.

Satan.

You.

Feel the light and support around you and you may choose to invite in more of your soul energy.

You are strong and confident, brilliant, full of joy, abundance, radiating health, vitality, wisdom, curiosity.

You might feel your spirit animal with you.

It's a close friend and partner.

There's a magnificence here.

Taking a moment now, release the prayer, a thought or a blessing, an intention out through all dimensions for all to fill in here.

Sharing a connection with Gaia, with the elements, with all sentient beings, life on Earth, your family in the heavens and your family from the stars.

Take a moment now to bring your hands to your heart, Grounding the light into your body.

Bring your hands, palms facing down on your legs.

Connect into this life with gratitude.

And.

Confidence, ambition and joy, and with clarity.

And when you are ready, you can begin to move your fingers, move your body and open your eyes.

Remind yourself what day it is, what year you are in.

Take a nice breath in.
