Soul Care Reflection

Episode Summary: As we conclude the At His Table series, we return to one last sacred meal—this time on the shore of Galilee. In John 21, the risen Jesus meets His disciples with breakfast, not condemnation. In this tender, post-resurrection moment, we see that belonging doesn’t depend on success, perfection, or comparison. It begins with the One who prepares the table for us—even when we don’t recognize Him.

Prayer Practice: Through three movements—Miracles, Restoration, and Comparison—we reflect on what it means to live as women who truly belong at the table of Christ.

Reflect

• Where do you feel like you’ve failed or fallen short—and how might Jesus be inviting you back to the table anyway?
• What “nets” have you been casting that aren’t bearing fruit?
• Where are you tempted to compare you journey with someone else’s?

Receive

• You are invited. Even now. Especially now.
• Whether you’re carrying disappointment, regret, or insecurity, Jesus meets you in love.
• Let yourself be nourished. The fire is warm, the bread is ready, and you belong.
