The economic outlook for Columbus continues to improve. However, mature job seekers may not be part of this improvement. Kelly tells us about how The Columbus Chamber is looking at this population of workers and gives us a more in-depth outlook/perspective.

The Columbus Chamber has been very active in its role of increasing the economic outlook in this region. Kelly discusses some of the Chamber’s goals to help local employers, particularly in their recruiting and retention of employees.
