  • Eating good nourishing fats is the best way for internal oleation
  • When our brain does not get the fat it needs, it will experience the fight, flight or freeze state

  • Good fat transforms to sustained energy, whereas carbohydrates transform to very short quick bursts of energy
  • Save your carbohydrates for later in the day
  • Think of fruit as dessert and combine it with good fat to balance the sugar effect
