This is such a classic story. Strong individual with tremendous promise and a future with the company. So guess what, they invest in you and they want you to take on more responsibility. Then a move, then another rung on the corporate ladder it is. Ok, work hard, really hard and then maybe another rung. Wash/rinse/repeat! Or you pull back and realize there is another way, a non-traditional way and I think it is a generational shift. You will quickly realize why Elizabeth has been able to be so successful in business and in life.
